We ordered a breakfast burrito and the BBB bagel. My husband really enjoyed the breakfast burrito and salsas they provided. The birria bagel with consomé was a unique combination that oddly worked. The bagel soaked up the consomé nicely and although really hard to eat, the flavors of the birria, fried egg, and cream cheese went very well together. I got a couple of pieces of inedible fat in my birria unfortunately but the flavor was really good. I wouldn't get this again as it was way too filling for me and instead would opt out for the taco or quesabirria next time. Service was friendly and quick. I really enjoyed the vibe in there and understand why it's a recommended spot.

Staff checked on us multiple times and manager suggested and took a nice family group photo. I hope he and the staff are well compensated because they were working so hard, SO friendly, really great at their jobs, and made our morning! I've been here four times in the past month and Cajun Kitchen Cafe hasn't let me down. They're breakfast menu is broad, and their omelettes (my go-to brunch food) are a must, especially the French Quarter, with hot links, jack cheese and mushrooms. Couple that with hashbrowns (or homefries), a plate of toast, hot coffee, and you've got yourself a fine meal. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and sharp service, and it's the proper wake-up call to any lazy Sunday. I have yet to try to lunch menu, but I have no doubt that it will be just as sufficient! You've earned yourself a spot in my heart (and stomach) Cajun Kitchen, and I'll keep coming while I'm 'round. read more

I recently visited Cajun Kitchen and ordered their Cajun scramble with hash browns and sourdough bread. The scrambled egg and sausage were decent, but I found them slightly too salty. The hash browns were okay and served in generous portions. Overall, I found the experience at Cajun Kitchen to be just alright. While the food was decent, it wasn't anything too special. If you're in the mood for a basic breakfast with some Cajun flavors, then this could be a good option for you. However, if you're looking for something more unique or memorable, I feel like there are definitely better brunch/breakfast spots in goleta/santa barbara. read more

Been to all three cajun kitchens, let me tell you, if you have a hangover, you want to go here for breakfast. Yes, the spot is more of a college student spot than the others, but it is the closest to UCSB. You can pretty much order anything off the menu and have it be good. Haven't ordered anything yet that made me upset. And will i go here again another hung over morning? You bet. read more

My favorite brunch place in Goleta. The fried chicken here is very good! However, it is a little lacking in seasoning but perfect once you add a bit of the Cajun seasoning they have on the table. The rest of their breakfast stuff is just pretty standard quality so I could not give it the full five stars. However, I recommend this place to anyone who is in the area. read more

Best breakfast in Santa Barbara. Copious amounts of food, all of it delicious. I haven't really tried the Cajun stuff, but their traditional breakfast fare is so good I just haven't been tempted. Wow wow wow! What a great find right near UCSB. Be prepared for long waits if you come on weekends. Get something with Cajun flair if you come here, like the baked eggs and hash brown. This place has good food. I'm not a fan of Creole food but this is my spot to go to for breakfast if I want to be close by (Scarlett Begonia is the far superior choice however). Silverware can be dirty sometimes, service is alright. Your typical local three star brunch spot. read more
