Previously known as Flir Cafe, this cafeteria is now Catered Too! Cafe. It is not just for the employees but instead open to the public. They have a sign on Hollister showing where to turn. It's basically behind the Flir HQ and then the building to the left. The daily menu always changes with some set specials of the week. I like that they keep nutrition in mind, their portion sizes are generous AND the prices cannot be beat. The only thing cheaper would be the CostCo Food Court! You can look at the menu on their website and even download to pre-order. Rarely do I have to wait to place an order when I'm there. read more

First of all (for the out of towners!) this is a cafeteria at a tech company. It was pretty delicious and it is open to te public but it is a cafeteria! We took our son out for his birthday and ended up here and once we were inside our son said "It's fine, let's just eat here!" it was a unique birthday meal! I got the eggs Benedict (only served on Tuesdays) mine was 100% delish, my husband got the veggie omelet was good and everything was very inexpensive! My son got the pancake combo and the pancakes were TERRIBLE.....almost inedibly rubbery (he actually didn't eat them) but steer clear of the pancakes and all was super good!! You definitely can't beat it for the price! I would maybe choose somewhere else for a birthday celebration but that's not the establishments fault! read more

First of all I didn't know how to get to this place and I never knew it was open for the public do to the fact it is part of the company that's in the front. Most satisfying breakfast I have ever had in a long time, when I look for an open place here in the central coast early in the morning for breakfast before 10 am nothing is ever open but this place is open since 7:30am till 10:30am for breakfast and 11am till 2pm for lunch (I'll check again for the proper times next time I go). If it was a choice between Cajun and flir I would always go for flir since for a fact their french toast is the most tastiest ones I have had in years, the ones from IHOP and Cajun taste like dust in my mouth. Overall I suggest this place for it's freshness and the fruit they cut looks the best and the strawberries are not sour like other places. Bestest morning choice I have ever done. read more

Was surprised to find an open cafe at Flir! I really enjoyed the friendly servers here who were patient and helpful when I was figuring out my order. It's a cafeteria style like cafe where there are daily specials "taco Tuesday" "Korean food Thursday" "gyro Friday" as well as their more staple items such as their salad bar (a large for $7) or sandwiches they offer. What's cool is that they also have a under $5 menu if you're looking for some good cheap food and one Of the items is a grilled cheese and soup of the day combo! I got the chicken and rice bowl and it came with a variety of veggies and kimchi! It filled me right up and was pretty tasty. My SO got a turkey wrap that comes with a salad and it looked good too. They have a lot of inside seating and outside tables where you are intermixed with the employees at the company but they don't seem to mind at all! This is a Cafe within the FLIR facility. Great breakfasts and lunch. They do not advertise but are open to the public. My favorite for breakfast is Eggs Benedict. I really wanted to like my food but the Korean Noodles had NO MEAT. I even asked the cashier and she said no no it's in there mixed in with the noodles... but there was none. So I had noodles, then rice and salad..... variety not so great. $9 for a meal that lacks protein not happy about. I've had Korean food all over the state and Korean meat is sooo good. We were looking for a breakfast place near our hotel, and noticed the 4.5 star rating nearby. Took a long time to find it, located withing a large corporate compound. Only open in weekdays! Worth trying if your in the area. We came in on a Friday and tried both specials. French Toast served with Bacon and Fruit, along with a Bacon and Avacado Omlete, served with toast. I used to work down the street from this cafeteria. Yes, it is a cafeteria for the buildings tech users. Their sandwiches are fantastic! They have a limited menu but the food is pretty good. My coworker used to go their everyday for lunch- she obviously loved the food. She said one time, after being there many times, the cashier told her that the cafeteria was only for their workers and that she had to leave. She argued that she ordered food from their cafeteria every day - but they kicked her out! She came back to the office empty handed and starving. She had to get a nasty sandwich from the vending machine at work! But then she went back a couple of weeks later ( IDK why? I would have never gone back) and they served her?? Love this place! Difficult to find but that is prolly by design. It is pretty much a cafeteria for Flir. So glad they allow Joe Blow off the street in there. I feel like that is much to the chagrin of the Flir employees. Lucky for me I don't give a damn what they think. The cafe staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful!
