My experience with Nana Sarkisian of Cal Auto Body shop was immensely positive. I had a cracked windshield and contacted Cal Auto Body on here. Nana responded back with a quote and once I was okay with, she scheduled me right away. Additionally, she gave me some advice on what to do and not to do with a cracked windshield. Having said that, I was able to take my car in a day early and got my windshield repaired in about 2hours. They are really honest and down to earth people. And they did a fantastic job on my new BMW. I first got a quote on yelp. Then I went to the body shop and received the same quote from another person working there. This shows that they have an internal agreement for giving estimation rather than sizing you up and then giving quotes. They did their work above and beyond: not only did they do their work impeccably, they also fixed the din and dents at a reasonable rate. And the detailing is the best. Never seen my car this clean. I chose Cal to repair my 4Runner after I got into an fender bender with another car. The other driver was at fault, so the damages were billed to the other drivers insurance. Nana, the manager, was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted done. She worked directly with the other drivers insurance company to adjust the original quote on the damages in my favor. Which in turn got me some extra cash as well as making all the necessary fixes.
