While I was writing down the number to call their office (the number list here is for the owner's cell), he called me back. I was incredibly impressed by the conversation. There was zero attempt to sell me something I didn't need AND he coached me for things to consider in the future...even telling me how to expertly do what they do. When they clean the filter, rather than have the debris go into a portion of the yard that will not damage anything (there is an open dirt space 2 feet away) they clean on the pea gravel pathway into the yard which is also a dog run. Every 4 weeks I clean up and remove debris and add new pea gravel. I finally complained and the response was a big so what. I can't imagine anyone would want that debris dumped on the pathway to the yard. Once brought to their attention you would think they would apologize and make it right- no way. response was "your pool needs the filter cleaned every 4 week because it gets dirty fast" ok - that has nothing to do with the issue blame the client. not a good company to deal with.

We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. Ultimately, the pool looks beautiful and everything seems to be running fine. I am pleased with the final out come. I am not sure if I would recommend.

This also isn't really a full walk-in florist space. There are some pretty bouquet options to choose from, but it's not as extensive as expected particularly given the other reviews that make it sound like a dedicated florist service. I did see a lot of colorful potted orchids lined up across the front window. Also, overall the items in the gift shop are extremely pricey and up marked -- doesn't seem like much shopping gets done in this space -- and it's less so a quaint country shop vibe and more so try-hard pretentious.
