When they clean the filter, rather than have the debris go into a portion of the yard that will not damage anything (there is an open dirt space 2 feet away) they clean on the pea gravel pathway into the yard which is also a dog run. Every 4 weeks I clean up and remove debris and add new pea gravel. I finally complained and the response was a big so what. I can't imagine anyone would want that debris dumped on the pathway to the yard. Once brought to their attention you would think they would apologize and make it right- no way. response was "your pool needs the filter cleaned every 4 week because it gets dirty fast" ok - that has nothing to do with the issue blame the client. not a good company to deal with.

However, from day two until the completion of the pool, their communication sucked. There were multiple days that they just didn't show up with no notification. We didn't hear anything until we reached out to them wondering why the no show. They claimed they had emergency jobs that pulled them away. We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. Ultimately, the pool looks beautiful and everything seems to be running fine. I am pleased with the final out come. I am not sure if I would recommend.

As always, they are a pleasure to work with…read more Their staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand what needs to be done, what was done, how to maintain your system, etc. This time I had Alan and Jose come out to do the repair. I've also had Alex come out and he is fantastic as well. I needed to have a pump replaced and a part in my heater done. Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. They're scheduling system and payment system are automated and very efficient and easy to navigate. Appointments are made promptly and you were able to confirm from your phone. I highly recommend them. I've been using them for many many years and if I could give them a higher rating I would.

We had a wonderful experience with him. Spas by the Bay has a great showroom with a lot of models. They took the time to explain how to use the chemicals and what would be a better system for us a salt vs chemicals. When I did my research, hot spring spas are the Mercedes of all spas. They have the best warranties and are the most energy efficient and less maintenance/more reliable.

I was happy to discover that salesman Steve there in Gilroy is incredibly knowledgable, helpful and low pressure (I for one cannot tolerate that sort of stress) and there was a wideselection of hot tub models. We discussed our needs with him and after some comparison shopping finally decided upon on a Caldera Seychelles (really glad we didn't impulsively go with Costco for this decision!!!) Steve was even able to recommend an electrician who often hooks up this brand and has an ongoing relationship with HTW. My wife had some real concerns about access to our yard but they were dispelled once we did a facetime video call down our pathway and clarified the dimensions needed. When it came time for delivery it was fascinating how professional and careful the crew was, like a brutish ballet! Now basking in the glorious 102-degree temperature of our tub, as our tensions melt away we now think that this might have been one of the better decisions of our life!
