I used them a second time to put a railing on a balcony that faces the street. We had an open picket railing and wanted something that would give us more privacy. I didn't want a fresh powder coat job on a damaged gate, so I Yelped for welding services close to me. I called Precision Welding and Adan answered and came over to my house within the hour. He was going to give me an estimate for replacing the steel plate. The gate is a little smaller than 4' x 6'. To my surprise, he told me they could take it over to his guy that does powder coating. That sealed the deal for me. We texted back and forth and we set up an appointment to get the job done. My gate was removed on a Tuesday and was reinstalled as good as new by Friday afternoon (I was told Friday, Saturday at the latest). This was important to me because I have three dogs and a pool. I'm old school and like to have a written contract, but I realize that nowadays texting serves the same purpose. Great craftsmanship, excellent communication, great value, all in timely fashion. I highly recommend Precision Welding. As a bonus, I had my spring replaced with a self closing hinge. I have needed that for decades. The old setup would slam shut, especially on windy days, cracking the brick wall. I've been afraid I would have to replace my wall. Note that the side rails need to be painted. We are doing some big renovations at our house and it is all staring with a custom drip pan for our washer and dryer. We needed it pretty quickly and they turned it around in 24 hours.
