Travis and his crew did an excellent job fixing our water leak and remodeling our bathroom where the leak was.

I feel so lucky to have found Jeff. I was prompted to find an inspector after detecting some…read moreconcerning moisture in my flooring. I wanted to get a neutral assessment, so I spoke to a few inspectors. However, my phone conversation with Jeff was so amazingly helpful, I knew I wanted to meet with him. When he came over, he had the right equipment to quickly resolve my moisture concerns. After that, he spent the rest of the time going over every little concern I've ever had about my home since we bought it 10 years ago. He shoots straight (to the point of being funny) and is very practical in his advice. It was awesome to have an expert give candid assessments on different issues. He was also very generous with his time, and he seemed to just enjoy helping me understand how to best proceed as a homeowner. I think every home owner should have someone like Jeff come out check out your home, especially after a few years of living in it, and you've gotten to know the issues of a home. It was super. Thank you!

Awesome inspector! Easy 5 out of 5! Jeff was great to work with. He was very responsive, upfront…read moreand honest. I messaged him through yelp and he quoted a very reasonable and fair price. He didn't b.s, didn't try to scam me. I had other people pulling prices out of their ass - quoting at $600-800 for a small condo inspection. Jeff is very experienced and took his time to guide us through the inspection process. He communicated all his findings clearly and gave us great tips along the way. He was friendly and personable. Not at all condescending like another reviewer alleged. I can tell he's very passionate about his job and a subject matter expert in his line of work. He was helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave honest feedback. I even got my report back less than 24 hours! It was a pleasure working with Jeff. I highly recommend Jeff for home inspection services.

James was referred to us by our realtor which should've been our first red flag. He was responsive…read moreand timely in showing up to inspect. The report made us feel better all around about the home purchase; it outlined a few cosmetic issues we saw and other things that are good to keep in mind to update later, like gfi outlets. After living here for 3 weeks, we realized the kitchen sink plumbing had the disposal recently replaced. Instead of installing the pipes male / female properly, the seller had lined up the plastic cuts, butt to butt and just taped them together. The first time we washed our hands, which doing some repairs, the cupboard underneath the sink flooded. James claimed he ran the sink for 2hrs to test the water pressure...yet he didn't notice tape leaking? The dryer was wired directly in to the wall. No outlet box at all..literally someone just drilled wires through the drywall and stuck them to the machine..also not disclosed in our inspection. I'm sure I'll find more obvious lapses in judgement and will update this review but overall as a new home owner, I recommend saving yourself the 750 he charges and just hire a plumber, electrician, foundation specialist and bug guy to do an inspect. You might spend more but at least you'll receive an unbiased evaluation.

The inspector was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his report would highly…read morereccomend them to anyone interested in buying a home.
