It was my first and last time using the service here. I brought in my car get the $29 package hand wash. First I asked the cashier guy what's the difference between all the packages and he didn't even bother to explain and told me to pick the $29 one. My car has 4 plastic mats. By the time I received the car back, the two front one were gone. I asked the guy who washed my car and he claimed he didn't know about it. So I talked to the manager and no one was able to find them. He told me he will give me $10 credit and I refused not to because I don't want to come a place where they lose my stuffs. He gave me full refund and told me not to ever use their service again. What a horrible place!!! There are bunch of other places offer same package for a better service. read more

As a long time customer, I was sorely disappointed on my visit here on 9/18.18. Firstly, they have DOUBLED their price! Yep, doubled. $26.95. Last visit, I paid $13.95 (interior and exterior). I had a very hard time even understanding the workers. When my car was "finished", it still had so many paw prints and whatnot on my seats that I actually had to go get one of their towels and spray, and re-clean the seats myself. Avoid this place unless you want scratches on your car. A real car wash would prohibit their employees from wearing any kinds of bling bling. Reason is pretty simple, to avoid any paint scratches when hand drying. NOT THIS PLACE! The employees were reluctant to remove their watch and/or rings when hand drying your car. I have been there several times. When I first saw the bling on the employee's hand, I tried telling him politely, but he didn't understand me (or ignored me). Ok, I thought, perhaps he didn't speak English. Few weeks later I went back. Same issues. I tried telling the supervisor, he turned around and said something in Vietnamese to the employee. Nothing! First things first, if you are the type to be all OCD and worry about every little speck this place is not for you. This is a inexpensive car wash so a detail isn't necessarily 100% you get what you paid for. Don't expect a $100 service when you are only paying 25% of that. Nonetheless if you are like me who doesn't have the space to wash your car, don't have the time and not willing to pay a luxiourious amount of money then this place is definitely the place for you. They do a good job for the price that you pay and they are usually really nice and are willing to make you satisfied if they may have missed a spot. Just dont be an rude about it. I've been coming here for 3 years now and I honestly cannot think of a time where I was not satisfied with their service. There has been a time where a spot was missed during one of their busier time and I understand that they were rushing and trying to move as swiftly as they can so I just asked nicely if they can take care of it and I was on my way. This Gas Station probably has everything you've come to expect it should have. Gas, a shop, air and water pump, etc. One thing that is unique about this place is the car wash. I usually wash my own car but I decided to try it out and see how good the results were for myself. You drive up to the car wash zone and a attendant comes out to greet you with a menu that roughly range from $8 to $80 ( I don't remember how expensive it could get, I didn't bother reading after I saw $50). You also get a 10% discount if you pump $40 dollars worth of gas there. $8 = Express wash. Just run through the machine, no hand drying no vacuuming. Nothing $80 If you car is a large car and you want the works. "Top quality" soap for your car that includes "high-quality" wax kind of deal. Hand dry. Vacuuming. Among other things. I purchased the $18 deal. It was a Wash, Wax, Vacuuming, and Hand drying. You get to sit in a nicely shaded area, and the wait is about 15~30 minutes. RESULTS: My $18 dollar car wash was mediocre. The insides were vacuumed nicely and the dash board was clean. Sure my car LOOKED clean, but in fact it still has a lot of containment on my paint because right after my car wash, I put my hand on my car and glide it across the hood of my car. If you know what a CLAY BAR or PAINT SWIRLS are, then I would avoid this car wash. It's not worth it. HOWEVER if you don't care about detailing you car and you have a hot date tonight and you car look like shit, this is the place to go! read more

I got a 3$ off 14$ wash online coupon from yellowpages. Hence, I decided to go this place for my carwash. Inspite of the bad reviews by other yelpers, the 3$ discount seemed a good enough incentive to me. But I was so WRONG ! The car didn't really seem different before and after the wash. The grime still stood out on the car exterior. The interior was not better either. Finally, all pissed off, I had to ask them to reclean the stains on the interior, after which I had to clean their liquid sprays myself ! All in all, I'd say - do yourself a favor and treat your friends at McD's or Taco Bell from the 14$ that you might otherwise spend here in car wash. I have a hard time even giving them a 1 star knowing that a car wash worker stole my fast pass out of my center consul of my car. I thought it was strange that they took both receipts when I received my keys so I don't have proof that I went there in the first place. I hope my $5 tip made them feel a little guilty for stealing. ATTENTION ATTENTION PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS CAR WASH. Today I took my wife's Audi Q7 to get it washed. First they tried very hard to oversell a more expensive car wash. Second I asked them to rinse out the rubber mats since they had sand in the grooves from a recent beach trip. They told me that was extra. OK just vacuum them, So I paid for the $17.95 car wash. So when they THOUGHT they were finished they called me over. The first thing I noticed the rims were still dirty after running the car through the car wash. I told them they need to wipe the rims. One of the guys said that is $10 more. Your kidding RIGHT!!! I said the wheels are part of the vehicle the last time I checked. I kept insisting they clean and wipe the RIMS. All the 7 guys sitting around just stared at me. Someone brings me the menu and shows me to clean the tires and wheels I needed to buy the $27.95 wash. He said we use AMOUR ALL!!! I didn't want AMOUR ALL. I simply wanted them to wipe the wheels since the car-wash itself didn't do a good job. Still a defiant NO!!! So after getting pissed I asked them for a rag. So while 7 guys stood there looking at me I went around the entire car and ended up wiping off the rims myself. Took me less than 5 minutes. If I were you I would avoid this car wash at all costs. They put it back on but obviously not good enough because the damn thing fell off on the freeway after I left there. Did not vacuum back seats AT ALL. Still dog hair and dirt on floor in the back as well. $30 and you can't even vacuum the backseat? On top of that, you make me lose my hubcap? Don't think I'll be returning. If you have a choice "Go Somewhere Else" Had the worst experience. They did not deliver what they promised and made you look like a heel. After paying $120.00.At 2.10 the car went in and they knew I was wanting. By 5.30 nothing was done except the wash. When I complained they said if I wanted a good job then I will have to leave the car overnight.anyway I took the car around 6pm which was half done. Few days later I had to go n as they had kept my seat covers..when I got there they handed me a key from my FOB. When I returned home and put the key back n the FOB the plastic cap was broken. I went a third time met the manager. They redid the car. Still a bad job.The manager wanted to know if I knew the worker from before as he had given me a 250.00 job for 120.00. He did give me the money for replacing the key through Ford. I left a note for the owner to call me bot he never did. Went recently on a whim due to convenience....will not ever go again. Just not a nice place. Workers who are not personable, hardly speak English, and upsell you. Dirty rags that leave the car smelling .....like it was hastily wiped down with dirty rags. The steering wheel was sticky afterwards. The worst part....they double charged me. Even though my receipt showed one credit charge of $20.95 my credit card bill showed 2 charges of that amount. I wonder if this is common practice there? Anyone else get this? Will never return. I paid $22 for a car wash that included the following: -My daughters dirty flips flops on my seats that left dirty footprints considering the put it on the seat with the soles down. -A black smudge the size of a half dollar on my beige carpet -What appears to be ashes on my back up carpet mats in my trunk -My plastic bag that held my leftover lunch only to find out that my lunch was EVERYWHERE in the plastic bag, which eventually spilled over onto my pristine trunk since he didn't tightly wrap my lunch back up again. -Dirt around the area of my license plate that he kept wiping, but I had to keep pointing out to him that he kept missing because he was too lazy to bend down and see where I was pointing at. The area that was dirty was the width and length of a 12-inch piece of duct tape. -Wheels that were still wet that I thought were supposed to be cleaned considering the package I bought. I guess I should have read the finer details noting that it did it not include drying the wheels as well. WTF. NEVER again. There's a reason why this place never has a line of cars waiting to get washed. Go further down to the 76 station with the car wash on Calaveras and Abel. There's a reason why there were cars waiting and turned me away because I missed them closing at 6pm. WORST car wash ever. Why didn't I bother to read Yelp before I came here? Don't waste your money or waste your time going here. This gas station is ALWAYS the most expensive in the area. Usually about $.35 to $.45 more for a gallon. If you want free air for your tires, forget it. You'll have to pay for it, even if there is a sign stating you can get free air if you ask the cashier. There is a state law that says free air must be provided to all drivers. Not at this gas station. And I got ripped off one dollar short of what I paid for gas. Not fair and not nice. As I pulled up to the entrance, I specifically told them not to clean the inside and not to roll down my windows because I recently had my tint installed. The guy showed me the different services/prices they had. I came here instead because the Chevron hand car wash was already busy. My car wasn't too dirty, all it needs is a basic wash. The express was $11.99. While waiting I saw one of the workers from a far getting into to my car so he could pull up. Suddenly, he rolled down the driver side window about half way. I was mad and angry and was just hoping my tint didn't get messed up. Good thing it was already 4 days after I had my tint installed. By the way, I would never come here to get any detailing done because the rags they use are very filthy! Not only that, I've seen them press on the break really hard whenever they have to pull up. That scares me the most! I don't want to have to worry about having dents in my car. I just wanted to get out of there quick and hoping nothing happened to my car! Deserves zero stars. Stopped in to fill up but found their prices were higher than others in the area. So I decided to just get a few gallons to tide me over. In attempting to use my credit card, I found the pump payment device was not working properly. Asked the attendant for help, and he insisted I prepay him the $5 I planned to spend. The pump still didn't operate. Attendant then said he had previously reported the malfunction to the owner, but it hadn't been fixed. No out-of-order sign in sight. He said their Internet access is slow -- that I needed to be "patient." After 10 minutes of this nonsense, with the attendant's refusal to help with a working pump and refusal to refund my money (but offering me $5 out of his own pocket while yelling at me), I left for another station. Today I found he still hadn't refunded my money. Tried calling the posted phone number for the station and kept getting a fax signal. My bank got my money back. Done with this station and done with Shell, who also wouldn't or couldn't help, as their stations are independently owned and operated. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!Normally I would have to say I liked this car wash. Good Price for a clean car. SO not the case this afternoon. I paid for the 20.95 package which is to include wash car, rims & tires, with vacuum and clean interior of the car. Before leaving, I explained to the guy how to lift the back seat's (I have a Mazda 5), so they could vacuum the seats too, he said no problem I got it. After waiting about 10 minutes or so (only was my car and one other) They signaled to me that my car was done, I walked over (and handed them a $5 tip, since it looked good) my mistake I didn't check it out. As I drove away I noticed fingerprints still on my radio buttons I thought ok, I will give a quick wipe when I get home - Not a big deal, right? When I got home, I am wiping and I noticed the back interior was not clean or wiped, I proceeded to open the middle back seats ( I have 3 row seats) and WHOA they had not vacuumed the back or wiped there either. If you remember in the beginning I explained how to lift the seats to the guy.... I was a bit irritated after this and started to do a complete walk through of the inside & out of the car, to my surprise the exterior of the car was horrible, they were streaks, drips and spots on my windows, the front bumper had dirt and a few bugs still, they had not cleaned the inside of the back windows in or out! By this point I was a bit upset, I went back to the car wash, went to the gas station cashier as that is who took my money, he told me, "the car wash guy in the beige hat can help me", (Teigh) was his name. I walked up to Teigh very nicely and explained to him, he said, something in Vietnamese under his breath and said, " we don't clean interior with the package you bought". First of all I had not handed my receipt to him and actually it did include it. When I told him, " yes it did, here is my receipt", he said, "drive your car here I will clean it better", then proceeded to mumble in Vietnamese once again under his breath. I asked to speak to manager he started yelling telling me, " MAM, this is cheap to get your car cleaned" and raised his voice in Vietnamese again. Another gentlemen came out and said what's going on I explained it all to him again... he said pull it up here I will clean it for you. I said no sir I am sorry now because of all this trouble I would like half my money back for my hassle and/or a ticket for a car wash/clean later as I am running late to take my child to her practice. The gentlemen (who was very nice) told Teigh what we said and again Teigh went off in Vietnamese. I asked to speak to the manger and Teigh said, " I am part manager". I said good bye, I am done here! I went back to the cashier at the gas pump part and explained what was going on he said, " I am sorry we are separate from them, I can't help you only they can", yet he was the one who took my money earlier. When I asked him about the owner or manager for the car wash he said I never see him he comes only once in a while. I asked for his name he said, he didn't remember. OMG!!!!! I hate this car wash now and I will NEVER give them another $ again!!!!!! I had my car washed this morning and was encouraged to buy the $22.99 wash. I noticed that there was a $18.99 wash available and asked what was the difference. I was told that armorall the tires was the only difference. I said I did not want armorall and selected the lower priced wash. When I was called that my vehicle was ready, I noticed that there was standing water on the cover and water dripping down the sides. The alloy wheels appeared as if they were not washed. I complained and was told that the difference between the higher and lower priced wash was they did not wash the wheels. I told the individual that that was not what I was told. His explanation was that the attendant did not speak English well and I asked did that seem like a good candidate for the job. The individual said that he would have the wheels cleaned and after it was done, the wheels didn't look much better. I have been here before, however the lack of quality had degraded and I will not be returning. I recommend that anyone contemplating having there vehicle washed here think again.
