Kevin is such a gem! A few days ago I dropped takeout on myself in the drivers side, it was hot spicy miso soup. The container was cheap and bent open when it fell on me. The burn and smell were traumatizing. This was on Saturday. I took a shower and washed my clothes then tried to scrub my drivers seat with detergent and hot water. Bad idea. I was desperate. I let it sit in the sun and the smell was disgusting the next day. Tuesday, it smelt like Tide laundry detergent mixed with ramen. I wasn't comfortable driving my car with this stench. It put me in a bad mood. I was desperately looking for a car wash in the area that could shampoo my seat but anything I found in Fremont had really bad reviews. I sent a mass message through Yelp to a few detailing services and Kevin was the first one to respond with a reasonable price. One response quoted me up to $700 which was a drive-thru car wash in Campbell and another, which was mobile, quoted me $135 but I had to provide the water hose and some cleaning supplies. Kevin came to my house Wednesday morning. He gave me a heads up he was on his way and called me when he arrived. Kevin's mobile service is fully-equipped. He has a water hose in his car and his own cleaning supplies. I cleared out my car before he arrived and gave him a heads up about me cleaning my seat with detergent and he didn't pass any judgements at all. He looked at it and quoted me a little more because he needed to steam clean my seat a few times to break down the chemicals so the smell could go away. I appreciated him for explaining this. My car is a white pearl 2020 Subaru BRZ. He made it look, feel, and smell new again. He got to my house at around 9:30am and finished at 11:30am. The $235 flat rate includes a foam car wash with wax and interior detailing (shampooing seats, floors, wiping down the dashboard, etc.). My tires were conditioned too. To get the smell out of my car, I paid $275 and tipped him $50. I won't be eating miso soup for a while but I will consider Kevin's service first before going anywhere else. I do want to point out how respectful and charismatic he was to me especially as a female. This can be a valid concern for other women because of their own traumatic experiences. I've gone to a handful of car washes where I get weird looks sometimes and ripped off occasionally for simply trying to get my car cleaned but a bro walks up and gets hooked up for the same service with open arms. Kevin didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. :) read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This guy is so kind, honest, and cleans like a machine! I have 4 kids in car seats and they are ruthless in the backseat. All kinds of snacks get crammed all over. When he first cleaned my car he suggested a plastic floor covering which has saved the carpet. My car looks brand new inside! I'm a small business and use my car for carrying supplies to conventions/tradeshows a lot, so it was (embarrassingly) pretty messy with dirt, debris, and food crumbs. Very responsive, total was $245 for exterior car wash and detail inside. Gave 4 stars because it wasn't completely 100% clean but came close enough. Old window marks came off and I had bean juice I spilled on carpet in front seat he got out about 90% of smell out of car after shampooing. Took him about 2 hours so that was great. Trung was quite responsive and came on time and did the good job of removing mold from my car. However, first of all he bumped up the estimate by $50. Also he let the car floor soaked wet and told me to keep car windows open for few hours but even after 2 days the floor was still quite wet. I called him to dry out one more time but he started blaming that there is something wrong with the car, and I am supposed to fix it myself. I would had been ok if his attitude was right and politely explained his side but I am not willing to accept bad attitude from people who provide services to others. Overall ok job, the dude told me he uses spray on wax that only businesses can purchase. Don't know what that means but I was hoping for wax and buff to protect the paint. So disappointed about that. He has different prices based on the type of car and what you want to get done. We got an interior and exterior cleaning for our SUV and defog our head lights. I think his pricing packages are reasonable especially for quality of work he does. I don't only look at competitive pricing when it comes to getting services done but customer service as well. I believe Trung had both. He's super friendly and communicated thoroughly. I liked how he was able to come to us to get our car cleaned which made it super convenient. He even had all his own supplies and didn't need to use our water or power. He gave a window time of when he'd arrive and actually was able to come to us earlier which he also communicated. Owner sent someone very inexperienced to work on my cars detail. Guy worked on it for 2 1/2 hours and called me to let me know it was done... I go outside to see the work and immediately see so many areas that were untouched. I pointed the areas out to the guy and he had no idea what I was talking about and had to use a translator app to communicate with me. He said that he was sorry and he's new to this profession and that I don't have to pay anything. I told him no I'm going to give him some money for work he has done but I was not going to pay the full $215 that was quoted because honestly the half of that I gave him was not even worth that amount. I contact the owner of this business who will not respond to me now to fix this issue. Said I would be happy to pay the rest of the amount if he sent out a professional to finish the work. Have not heard back from him after initial text back showing him the photos of the car in its current state after his worker left. Update to your response: I have our entire interaction on my home video camera system so you can make up any story you want. You did an awful job and I still gave your employee money when he said not to give him anything.. you're a scammer and horrible at running a business.
