I was referred to Wet Detailz by another company. After looking at their work on Instagram and Yelp im they seemed really good. I contacted them through Instagram and scheduled for a Wednesday appointment at 2pm. Anthony calls me the day off the appointment and tells me his hose had popped, and that he would need to go to Stockton to get a replacement. No problem, sometimes these things can happen. So we reschedule for Friday May 19,2023 for 2pm. Anthony, texts me at 12:36pm to ask me if he can come a little earlier, since he finished his morning job earlier than expected. And I had no problem. This is when communication completed stopped. I asked when I could expect them and got no reply, so I said ok I'll wait till 2pm. I got no response from him and even called to see what happened and got no response. A STRAIGHT UP NO SHOW. I also think I saw his work van drive into our complex and just drove off.
