I was referred to Wet Detailz by another company. After looking at their work on Instagram and Yelp im they seemed really good. I contacted them through Instagram and scheduled for a Wednesday appointment at 2pm. Anthony calls me the day off the appointment and tells me his hose had popped, and that he would need to go to Stockton to get a replacement. No problem, sometimes these things can happen. So we reschedule for Friday May 19,2023 for 2pm. Anthony, texts me at 12:36pm to ask me if he can come a little earlier, since he finished his morning job earlier than expected. And I had no problem. This is when communication completed stopped. I asked when I could expect them and got no reply, so I said ok I'll wait till 2pm. I got no response from him and even called to see what happened and got no response. A STRAIGHT UP NO SHOW. I also think I saw his work van drive into our complex and just drove off. The work van had stickers on the back doors of the van and I believe their logo of the company was on the hood of their van.

Anthony did an initial exterior and interior detailing and at first the smell seemed to have went away, but he let us know that it would come back and need to be shampooed out. We waited a week or so and when the smell did indeed come back, easily made and appointment to return to get her seats shampooed. As for my car, I desperately needed the seats shampooed as well since I was frequently driving dogs around, especially to the dog park. Posting a pic of my boyfriend's car since he got the ceramic coating and it looks really great. Overall, Anthony's detailing service is nothing short of amazing! Decent prices too. :)

Took my girlfriends 2021 Subaru crosstrek to get a ceramic coating (2 year coating) and both an interior and exterior cleaning. Girlfriend and I are pretty happy with it. Water slides off. Dirt,chemicals, bird poop etc. are super easy clean ups now. Car is practically always shiny. They offer maintenance washes and top coat protection to lengthen then coating life. Very professional. Highly recommend especially for their rates.

I have a 2018 Black Lexus IS that definitely needed to be cleaned up. Wet detailz did a great job with the wash and wax package. Anthony got my car looking brand new and the best part was that I didn't need to leave my home. He is mobile and has all the detailing equipment needed for a sparkling car. He also cleaned the inside of my car and left no fingerprints. He got all the dog hairs from having my Jack Russell in there and also all my food crumbs since I love to eat in my car on my way to work/school. I just got the basic package done, but will def be coming back for scratch removal and probably ceramic coating. 100% recommend!!

Anthony did an awesome job on my car. I had a lot of dust, crumbs, and stains inside from everyday driving and he got everything cleaned up way better than I expected. The wheels and tires came out super clean and the interior honestly smelled brand new after he finished. You can tell he pays attention to the small details and actually takes pride in his work. Great service as always and value. Had the wash with interior detail as exterior decontamination service. Came out excellent and clean, especially with the added steam cleaner. For winter had the interior shampoo, detail and exterior maintenance wash. Happy with he service and prices are reasonable. Over 5 cars serviced by Anthony now and with hi. Expanding into tinting services will be utilizing him as well. FYI: he's fully mobile and self contained so it's great. He can work almost anywhere. read more

Amazing Detailer. My car was long overdue for a wash and more. It had also gotten a few surface-level scratches that were irritating me and I wanted to know what I could do about them. So I reached out to Wet Detailz to get a quote. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Marcos responded back on that Saturday and was able to book an appointment in the following week. There are several packages to choose from, as well as add-ons (scratch-removal being one such add-on). What's really awesome is that Wet Detailz has a mobile detailing van, so he drove to my house and detailed my car there! Practically no hassle on my part. Wet Details is sure to take his time to make sure that he does his job correctly. At the end of it all, I was asked to take a look at my car to make sure it all looks good. I did notice a few spots here and there and he either corrected it or explained what was going on (and sometimes it legitimately was beyond the scope of work--for example, my car had some small chips on it). So, I'm satisfied with the service I got! The nice scent in my car after all the work was a nice cherry on top. It was reminiscent of getting into a new vehicle. My car hasn't looked so good in such a long time. read more

Dog hair, drool stains, dirt, grime...my car had it all. Anthony did an insane job cleaning everything. Whole interior looked like new. 10/10 for the amazing overall service. First of all, you need to book in advance because it took me a few tries to get Wet Detailz to squeeze me in! WORTH THE WAIT. He is also on time, From San Jose to San Francisco, he showed up early before our appt at 8:30am! Lol it's all about punctuality and he didn't fail. I recently had my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder have the full interior cleaned! I didn't have to tell Ant to clean every crevice (he already knew without asking) since he saw I had my son running around, he did me the favor by removing his huge car seat to clean behind the seats also. EVERY CREVICE of my huge suv did not go untouched. He definitely took his time because not one crumb was seen on the floor. I also appreciate how though he was in such a narrow street of mine, he made every inch of room work for him and not made or left any messes for anyone to clean up! Self sufficient with his well equipped van :) What I really liked after seeing my car results is the scent of the car matched the cleanliness of Ant's work. I asked him to steam clean/santize the interior and it felt like a fresh clean car all over again. I got it second hand so it was a must to get fully sanitized, as soon as I see him putting in work -- my car already felt and looked brand new. Ant takes his time and is efficient with his work, these reviews are 100% agreeable. Always going to call Ant and and he has my recommendation!!! Again, Anthony comes equipped with everything he needs to make sure your car/suv is cleaned and washed as thorough as he can get it! Had Ant from Wet Detailz give me the full package and ceramic coat my 2019 Toyota RAV4 at the start of the fire season we had back in fall 2020. Ever since he did my car has been easy to wash and the ceramic has kept my car looking fresh after every rain. Ant has a meticulous attention to detail and knows how to take care of a customer. He will clean every part of your car even door jambs that you would never think of cleaning. 10/10 recommendation read more

Got my Subaru WRX detailed by Anthony nearly a year ago and his ceramic coating application is still holding on strong! He is very detail orientated and will take amazing care of your car! The car come with multiple scratches from the dealership but Anthony was able to get those buffed out and corrected like no big deal. Also, his pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable for the amount of work he puts in. Now that he has gone mobile, I am super excited to have Anthony detail my Subaru again soon! read more

Anthony really knows his stuff! I took my girlfriend's Lexus IS200 t to get it detailed and ceramic coated. We chose the 6 months protection option he had at the time and it's been almost a year now and the ceramic coat still holding up! He did such a great job I decided to bring over my Dodge Durango for a detail and the 2 year ceramic coat protection. I appreciate the fact the he does a whole exterior detail and also adds in an interior detail as well! He also steam cleaned our vents for the AC/Heater system. 10/10 recommended, if it's exterior detailing, interior cleaning, or ceramic coating, he does it all and at 100% satisfaction. read more

Wet Detailz provided great service at the convenience of my own driveway. I had loaned my car to my friend who had a dog and it left so much hair behind. Haha. Ant had this tool that was able to scrap up the dog hair from the floor and trunk. I was amazed. He made my car spotless from the exterior to interior along with my rims and tires. My car was already clean but I wanted to get the gas that was cheaper if you also got a car wash. I figure it couldn't hurt sprucing up my car with a car wash. I pulled up to gas pump #5, I got out of my car and I walked to the cashier booth to pay the attendant. It was very hard to understand the woman inside the booth because she had a heavy accent and at the same time she talked fast. I wish I had recorded her but who know you are going to need video evidence until after an incident goes wrong? She kept changing the instructions every time I had to encounter her presence. She turned what should have been a simple process into a confusing one. She ended up being no help and I left there dissatisfied as a customer and potential returning customer. The female employee in the booth told me that I had to get the car wash first. I repeated her instructions back to her, to make sure that I understood her. I repeated, "You want me to get the car wash and then return to you and then I can pump gas at the discount price?" She said, "Yes." She also added, "You want to pay cash, I help you." I happened to be holding cash in my hand. However if needed to pay by card, I could do that too. At this point, no options were given. I was told to go to the carwash. I got back in my car and drove to the right of the two lanes to pay for a car wash. Before I could get out of my car to pay at the self help machine, a male employee who spoke limited English blocked my door and indicated for me to stay in my car while he operated that machine for the car wash. He took my bank card and he used it in the machine to pay for my car wash. I couldn't see from my position in my car anything he was pressing on the touch screen to access the car wash. I trusted that I was paying for the inside/outside car wash so I could get my gas at $4.69 a gallon instead of $4.89 after the car wash. After my car was cleaned, I pulled up to gas pump #9 to get my gas. I returned to the payment booth to pay $40 for gas. I gave the attendant two twenty dollar bills along with my receipt for the car wash. I saw her put the money in the right front pocket of her pants along with my car wash receipt. Then she pointed for me to return to the pump where my car was to pump the gas. I returned to pump #9, I lifted the pump handle and as I was holding the handle in one hand, I used my other hand to push the button for 87 Octane. Before I even started adding the fuel, I noticed in the price window it showed the higher price $4.89 a gallon and not the car wash discount price $4.69 a gallon. I positioned the gas handle with the tip of the nozzle on the edge of my gas tank without touching the lever to access the gas. I only used the rim of my gas tank to hold the nozzle in place while I went to get the attendant's attention to let the employee know that it's showing the wrong price. She returned with me to the gas pump and she pointed to the $4.89 and said, "Yes, that's the cash price!" I reminded her that I had the car wash and it is not the price promised to me for a car wash. She doubled down and said it was. I told her, "No, it's not." I walked over towards the street where I could see the Shell Sign with the prices listed on it as she followed me. I pointed out the prices. Then she said, "I had to pay at the pump for that price." She never said that nor did she tell me that when she took my money and my receipt for the car wash that I already paid for. I was feeling frustrated. A lot more back and forth continued until I realized she was not going to honor allowing me to get gas at the carwash price. I called the Milpitas Police because I felt like I had been scammed out of the gas price that was promised if I got the car wash. There are no signs instructing customers how to get gas with a car wash at the .20 cent less a gallon incentive. I had to rely on the Shell employee who misinformed me by telling me what to do without explaining anything. I bought a car wash that I didn't need and the gas that I needed from the beginning I could only get if I paid the full price. After the police came, the officer talked in the employee's language because according to him they speak in the same dialect. The police officer said there may have been a miscommunication due to the language differences. All the police could do was tell me that it was a civil matter. He also said I could file a consumer complaint, and something with the Better Business Bureau. I left without getting the gas I needed to begin with and wasting my time there. I drove to the Union 76 gas station on the corner of Park Victoria & Calaveras Blvd where the gas was even cheaper at $4.59 a gallon. Ten cents a gallon cheaper than what Shell was charging for gas + carwash.

Plenty of clean towels at the bottom of the collection box but they are damp, thankfully they don't smell of mildew. Staff is good about picking up the used microfiber towels and refilling the bottles. Minimal scent on both. You vacuum you own floor mats at the vacuum area. I wish they had a mat cleaning machine like other car washes. You just feed it through a machine at the top and it rolls out the bottom. I want to go on Wednesday and get a buy one and get one free on the Extreme wash. That looks like a good deal. W San Carlos is a busy street, takes a while to enter and leave.
