Warning to others considering doing business with CS Mobile RV Repair…read more My mother and her husband paid this business a $1,300 deposit for an RV air conditioner. They ultimately had to purchase another RV because of their circumstances, and despite requests to resolve the matter, their $1,300 has not been returned. I'm posting this because I don't want another family to find themselves in the same situation. Before paying a large deposit to this business, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, including exactly what happens to your deposit if the work cannot be completed. Our family is still seeking resolution of the $1,300.

I wish I had gone with my instinct and walked away. Even the financial institution they used for our loan is having a hard time getting them to help them with my RV. The park is quite clean, bushes are kept trimmed. Sites are extra wide and this year, we noticed new gravel has been added. Nice & level. The geese occupy the pond and they are fun to watch. There is a great, large dog run for pets. There is sooooo much to do nearby for tourism. Conveniently, . AW Shucks Oyster Bar is located within walking distant from our campsite. We found Mike to be pretty flexible, he said we could arrive early at 10:00 but this time we pulled in at 11:30. He escorted us to our spot right away. Had an issue with the 50 amp electric, but Mike came right out and fixed it. Everything worked fine for our 3 day stay. They do close for lunch between 12:00-1:00, and the front office closes at 5:00... so keep that in mind with your travel times for arrival. If our travels take us North through Montgomery, AL next year...... we will stay here again !!

I would think carefully about whether to do business with this outfit. I purchased a used RV from…read morethem in February and had almost $5,000 worth of service done (engine service, replace all 6 tires, etc.). The sales guy (Cory) was great but their business guy was terrible to work with and their receptionist became unhinged when I complained about the poor service. Not a good buying experience but it has gotten worse. On my very first trip after I bought the RV a cover came off one of the wheels. It was pretty obvious it had not been tightened properly as the bracket that held it was still there and in perfect condition. When I contacted them they initially said it was covered by warranty. Then they later said I had to pay for a replacement and when I questioned them why the service people simply stopped responding to my calls, emails and text messages. I have reached out to their corporate owners but have not heard back as yet. EDIT: I reached out to Cory to see if I could get the name of the company that did the tire work and he responded back that they have ordered the part and are sending it to me. So I changed my review from one to three stars and would give Cory five stars.

Per contract the RV was delivered, but we had to wait 30 days after close of sale and funds received, given this I included 2 weeks shop time and one crew became sick with COVID. The chassis AC was not fixed and remains a problem and generator was serviced. Problem generator leaked oil due to plug not being seated properly. We paid for a reputable mechanic to find the problem. Bottom line negotiate out repairs and go somewhere else for your service.
