There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Charlotte is kind and helpful, Caesar was helpful, Tom is a delight if you can get him, but the mechanic that I was always stuck with was rude and condescending. Constantly interrupted me, which seems a strange choice when I have diagnostic information you need. So much so once on the phone that I had to make a complaint and speak with a different mechanic who could compose himself as a decent human being. They once repeatedly insisted that I needed a new compressor BEFORE even looking at my car and even AFTER I told them that I had just had it replaced 2 months ago. Then insulted my normal mechanic who had done the job, insinuating that he didn't know how to install a compressor. Without knowing him, and again, without having looked at the engine. Awkward much? Shockingly, it wasn't the compressor. It was an air leak as I had said in the first place and that they had failed to find in the end. Took it to a non saab mechanic. I used to take it here for diagnosis when something was really tricky but I'll be glad never to go back here again. Good news is, they were so difficult that I learned how to do a few things myself to avoid being held hostage to ignorance. Just replaced my vacuum lines, ignition coils and spark plugs myself. The car left me stranded and had to be towed back to the dealership and was accepted by them. It has been there 3 days and nothing is being done. I did not even drive it 100 miles! While being towed, I was informed by the tow truck driver that the emergency gear device had been removed. This makes towing the car impossible in emergency situations. It has a 'no warranty' status, and a waiver for a service contract, however, being 75, I drove the car very little, 100 miles or under. I can cancel the check from my Credit Union, but I loose my $1000,00 down as they say they had a 'no refund' policy, but that is not stated in the sales contract. I still don't have a car, and I lose my money. Meanwhile, I am missing important medical appointments.
