Horrible Experience!!! Sold me a car which engine failed within 3 months of driving it. Took 5 months to get it fixed with warranty which I continued making $700 payments and when I got it went back it went bad within 3 weeks with failure of the gear shift! When I asked to trade it in they offered half the price I bought it for and wanted to carry the negative equity over to new car so then I have to pay for 2 cars. Didnt bother to help me with a loaner and caused me major financial damage and wasted a lot of my time. Save yourself and go to ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Employees who helped dig me in this major whole. I bought a Sprinter van sight unseen and flew in from Chicago. The van had "hail damage" that Premier had "fixed" The first thing the sales person told me was the van has a "clean Carfax". The van had under 100 miles on it and looked fine from the ground. When I got back home and was able to get up to the 9' roof I saw 5 spots with paint missing and rusting already. Premier has avoided and strung me along for over a month now. I had to spend over a $1000 to fix the roof. This is not a cheap vehicle and as a consumer you want to trust that the selling party is honest and not hiding anything. Being a 1000 miles away, I couldn't just bring it back and Premier will not do anything to offset the cost to fix the rust. This a basically a new $50k plus vehicle and they sent it out saying the damage was repaired and it wasn't. I am really disappointed that they are just ignoring me after they said they would work something out to offset the cost of repairs. STAY AWAY! read more

The service department is very helpful, they completed the inspection and even washed my car at no additional charge. I also noticed they had a vehicle I am interested in buying in the future on the lot, so I was able to work with Russ and go on a test drive while my car was being inspected. DO NOT purchase a car from here. We put a deposit down to hold a vehicle + extra because at the time we were going to go through with the purchase. Once canceling the purchase and reversing everything (as stated in writing we could), Premier Autos has held onto our 'down payment' for over a month because THEY accidently sent a check to Toyota to pay off the trade in (4 days AFTER we canceled everything). NOW we are paying for their mishap. Toyota has YET to mail a check, we were promised by Mickey (GSM) multiple times we'd have our money certain days, and it has yet to come. We canceled everything on 5/6 and they cut a check 5/10. They are holding onto our money UNTIL they get theirs back from the payoff, which again was THEIR mishap. $10,500 was what we put down and still have yet to see the refund. I didn't deal with Lalo as much but he seemed to have the Connections and business sense that only comes from being a reputable member of the car dealer community for many many years. This was my second time to Premier Autos of Dallas. I ran into engine trouble where the car was not even drivable. I called Mickey, and rather than paying for a tow truck, they sent one for me at no cost. When I got to the dealership they ran diagnostics and we discovered the entire engine needed to be replaced. Mickey and Michael ran several different scenarios for me as I needed a new car. I was able to find the exact car I wanted that was newer and with less miles. In the meantime I had to get back to work. Michael Johnson stepped in, drove me back to my office and later that day drove a loaner, which was the exact same make and model, down to my office for me to enjoy until the new car arrived. When it was all said and done and the car was ready I didn't even need to go to the dealership. Michael drove the car to my house where I then signed the paperwork. I've been in sales for many years, and these guys really impressed me. They operate with full transparency and integrity, and I will be a client for life.
