This is the place to go if you need auto-body repairs! It was less costly than I was expecting, I got a loaner car from them while my car was being serviced and everyone I spoke with there was great! The repairs were excellent! I had an issue with my passenger door and you'd never know looking at my car after the repairs that there was a problem there. I was referred to this place, even though it's an hour and a half away I gave it a shot. They said my truck would be ready in 2-3 weeks for parts replacement and paint. After 3 weeks it was ready, took it home and noticed sprits of paint all over one side and top of truck, I had to take it back. They fixed that BUT, since they replaced bumper, all the front sensors are way off and all over the place, they get triggered by nothing and sometimes don't even get triggered at all. It's been since May that I got it back and it's gotten so annoying but I don't know if it's worth it to take it back. read more

My car got hit in February and I picked L&S. They gave me the next available appointment to give me an estimate of the damages. Turns out they also work through Mercury so when I decided to push the claim they did everything through them. Their service on my 2014 Toyota Camry was amazing!! I met a few of the guys there and each one had amazing customer service! I got an email every day while my car was in the shop with letting me know the status. I have never left a yelp review but I felt like I really had to let anyone browsing through here how great they were! I picked up my Camry today and they even gave my car a wash and detailed the inside!!!! They didn't have to do that but that shows you how great they run their business!!! I was able to use L& S 2 times and both times I was treated like a Queen. Jeff the owner had to deal with Geico which in itself is a challenge.. I went to two other shops the same day , no appointment , and the other shops took their pics / measurements same day within 10 mins. Also, the other shops felt modern . The receptionist lady here was efficient and polite so that's why I'm giving 3 stars. The location itself is terrible! It's hard to get in, there's a lot of traffic in front of their driveway. I can't say enough about L&S, from first contact with Vanessa, the office manager, to estimators Bob and Jeff, to Raul the foreman and even Robert, who gave me a ride after dropping my car off. They all have great personalities, they are honest and they all seem to share the common goal of providing the best customer service possible. I've had two cars repaired by them and both times I've received the same great service. Everything about the process was clearly explained to me and the communication was great throughout. With the second car there was a problem with a replacement part, not because of L&S, but due to the insurance company's policy regarding repair vs. replacement. They were able to get the insurance company to replace a rebuilt part with a new one to solve the problem, and through the whole process listened to my concerns and treated me with respect and a smile. It was clear to me that their main concern was to make sure my car was repaired properly and that I was completely satisfied. That kind of attitude is rare to find these days. beware don't ever take your car to this place. I took my car 4 times and they did a bad job. I finally called allstate and had them take my car to get fixed else where. L& S collision's replaced some parts but they were broken parts. they people there are lazy and don't care about there customers. when I took my car to the other auto body shop they are the ones who showed me the bad job l & S had done. I can't believe a body shop that has been around so long doesn't go over the work their employees do. Bad service. I will never go back to this place. read more

From Vanessa, who is the first person you see, to Raul who handled the work on my car, and Jeff, one of the owners - they take pride in their work and are always taking their customer service one step further. Making sure I have a rental is not part of their job, but like I said, they take care of their customers.
