Provided an updated photo of my front bumper from their repair work 5 years ago as my dad said "They did a Mickey Mouse job" the bumper is always coming off lose clearly a terrible job done probably from the horrible alignment or maybe they glued the bumper with gum haha anyway Be cautious there are much better shops around make sure you make the right choice!! Unfortunatley Diego's shop is not a complete auto care center. After being mislead by Diego himself who offered to give me money to bring him cars I ended up receiving car after car with new damage as well as noticing Diego pocketed money for parts and just reused old ones. He returned a Mercedes Benz e550 to me with frame damage because he "did not have the time to go back and forth." He then refused to release my Porsche to me despite showing up with cash, credit, and money order. We had to call the police and they forced him to return my car to me. When I walked into the shop he started using profanity after asking me what I was there for and stating he was "surprised" I showed up he let me know he is not a "motherf*****". I'm not even sure what he was amped up on but it was heartbreaking to see a business owner in such emotional Turmoil trying to hustle his customers into storage fees so desperately Very greedy man with very poor workmanship. read more

Imma be real honest. I only leave reviews when Im really happy or really dissatisfied with service. This has been sitting in my spirit now for almost 2years. I was in an accident in 2019. Randomly at a stoplight a gentlemen asked what happened to my car and then asked for my number at a stoplight. He seemed cool and i appreciated that he took the initiative to offer that because another shop I had reached out to myself I kinda felt like I was bothering them. A Little bit later, I got a text that said his brother had a body shop.. Over the next week I started receiving text messages from Cecilia about an appointment for bringing my car in, even though I had never formerly reached out myself to the company. So finally After some back and forth I decided to just take it in because I was just stressed about figuring out getting my trunk fixed so I can drive safely to work. Met with the guy (Edgar or Eduardo I think) to drop my car off, was Told two weeks and the repairs should be finished. They offered me a temp car that had no plates. I declined, I was told they would help me get a rental car setup, they took me a rental in Burbank airport, turns out they didn't do rentals. They recommended me another enterprise down the road, which I'll will be leaving whole different review in shortly, got my rental, boom, done. Over the course of 4 weeks after back n forth (and a couple in person visits) about the progress of my vehicle, while getting harassed by enterprise and all state about the status of my rental, I find out it was deemed unworthy repairing and then released, without my consent or permission to the insurance company of the party who hit me. I was told Via text message from Cecilia saying my insurance gave them permission to do so. Which is untrue because I called my insurance and they had no records of phone calls with anyone from Diego's aside from the initial convo about the damage done. No records of anything about releasing it. Basically they said there was frame damage, didn't think it was worth repairing, didn't give me the option of taking my car back because they would have put it back together, then released it to ALL STATE without my permission or knowledge and told me via text message after I had to follow up with them multiple times, collected their $4000 fees from the insurance, and that was it. It's been almost two years and every time this place pops into my head I physically get sick, and angry, and often think about taking this issue to a small claims lawyer in a suit with not only the guy who hit me, but all state, the enterprise down the street from this shop AND Diego's. I may or not keep this review up, but for my own piece of mind I had to at least finally get it out my spirit because once again I randomly thought about this place this morning and got an upset stomach and real mad. read more

I called randomly at 3:30pm on a Friday for an oil change. They told me to come right in and they can take care of me. I got there and they were very professional and friendly. We sat in their very clean waiting room where they had great AC and snacks/water/tea/coffee. I didn't get upsold on things I didn't need instead I felt comfortable to ask about some other maintenance services I had questions about. I drive a 2017 Acura TLX and it cost $50 for the synthetic and new filter. I normally go to jiffy lube or mountain view tire but I didn't wanna pay 100$ for a tire rotation and oil change. Esp since I maintain my air filters and other fluids. I definitely recommend this shop for car needs! Thanks again for fast and great service! I will be back! read more

I would say avoid if possible. I'm doing my first car rebuild and of course did tons of research and needed one part removed and new part welded. Of course I was nervous visiting shops for only a small repair and paying out of pocket. The person giving me the quote here was neither knowledgeable or courteous. He made comments of the rail being damaged by some curves from the pictures I showed him. Yet, I had researched a few cars that weren't in accidents and they all had those curves to the rail. Anyways, I asked if how much they would charge to remove and install the new part and basically gave me an unreasonable offer. I know most people come with insurance and don't care how much it cost. But based on my experience of their customer service and lack of knowledge I would avoid if possible. read more

I went in yesterday for one tire for them to tell me I needed two tires and they would give me a deal of $70 for two tires. So I make it home ( mind you I happened to be in north ridge and I live in Moreno Valley ) so any ways I make it home only to get a flat tire !!! My Toyota Corolla looks brand new they even replaced both headlights so they would match the car drives perfect before there were wires hanging underneath my fog light was hanging but now the car looks like it just came from the dealer. DON't COME HERE!!! If you want an honest business, the correct parts for your vehicle, good prices, and the courtesy you deserve, then don't come here. Diego's mufflers is a joke. The owner is not normal in the brain. If you call him for a price, he'll quote you a much lesser price and when you get there, the price will be much higher. He will then sell you the wrong part after you tell him to make sure it is the correct one for your vehicle, and then he'll have it installed. When you tell him it's the wrong part, he'll try to talk you into believing it will work. It will not work because the smog techs will check the serial number on catalytic converters when you get your vehicle smogged. This guy is mental. He won't give you your full refund unless you threaten him to the B.A.R. This guy deserves a minus 5 star. STAY AWAY FROM DIEGO'S MUFFLERS because the owner is a jerk! read more

Went to three auto shops in Valencia that misdiagnosed my car and paid dearly for it, when I came here they fixed it within a day and my engine light turned off and I was good to go. Only come here now, I like the service and the prices are good. They may recommend more parts to be fixed (like every auto shop in the world) but as long as you are a bit knowledgeable about the issue your fine. I want to like this place. I came here 6 months ago and they did a great job on my exhaust. The time came for me to get my brakes done so I took the 15 mile drive. Originally they replaced the front brakes(pads and rotors) but when I went to leave my abs light was on. Not good. They told me to disconnect my battery overnight to reset the computer. Did that light didnt go off I head back. After being there from 11-4 they said they fixed the abs light but my rear brakes were the problem to begin with. Waited as they fixed that leave hopefully all good. Mile down the road abs light comes back on. I swing back around and they said they could have the part causing the problem at 9 am. I get a call the next morning that the wrong part was ordered and that it wouldn't be in till 1-2. Currently sitting here at 2 with no part. Ok cool at least while we wait on the part you could get the car ready on the lift take the tire off etc... Nope ... All together this is a big fail and I have wasted three days sitting on their couches. Thank you for your service read more

Firstly, I am not the type to write reviews but this place was so terrible that I felt the need to create a yelp account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Here is why- I went to Diego's because of mechanical issues and unfortunately, I do not know much about cars. It became very clear that Diegos takes advantage of people like myself. I went in for an estimate and they told me the car had issues with the catalytic and it would cost me approximately $350 to repair. So I decided to bring in my car a couple days later on my day off. That morning they said it would be a 2 hour job so I stayed to wait. After waiting for more than 4 hours and wasting my entire morning and afternoon, they finally released my car without any apology. I drove off and once I reached the freeway I began hearing a completely new sound! Furious with this noise and now too late for my other obligations, I called the shop only to have them be extremely dismissive and tell me that they had done the job perfectly and there was most likely a new problem with my car. My car continued making the same noise for the next two days, so on the third day I took the afternoon off from work to return to Diego's and fix the problem. Once at the shop, they recognized my face and turned their backs until finally one mechanic took a look at the car and said the other catalytic needed to be changed and would be another $350. At this point I demanded to speak to the manager but they told me he could not be reached. I became so overwhelmed and disgusted with the service that I finally left and took my car to a different shop. After investigating, the other shop brought me the news that the untouched catalytic was just fine but the one that had been replaced was the wrong one! The other shop understood my situation and put in the correct catalytic for only $10 because they only needed to put the right one in, and take the wrong one from Diegos out. In the end, Diego's cost me a ton of more money and time. AVOID this place at all costs! They will guaranteed rip you off and piss you off!! read more

Horrible place. At the first they were cool with good prices and showed care in their work. As time went by the worker got lazy and tried to make excuses on why he can't do something when what he had to do was a simple task. The welding they did was sloppy and didn't seem to care about damaging anything underneath my car as he was removing stuff. And to top it all off after I paid and got into my car I noticed all my change missing it was about a dollar in change but either way. luckily I didn't have something more important in the car.
