Ruben was completely respectful, essentially saying, "It's your car, I'll install whatever you want on it." He truly went above and beyond to save me money. We weren't sure if a third missing sunroof piece was required, so Ruben suggested trying the repair with just the rail assemblies first to save on parts--and it worked perfectly! Everything operates like new. To top it all off, he gave me a full system-wide software update free of charge bringing back my A/C function, stuck strictly to our original agreed-upon price, and even covered the small credit card service fees because I only had half the balance in cash.
