It was a Monday and you know it was going to be busy, busy, but Isabelle who assisted me had pep in her step, she was knowledgeable, efficient but most of all, so kind and helpful. She not only answered my questions, set me up quickly but when I needed some additional assistance, she made sure I was well taken care of. And the sedan I got was clean and ready to drive off the lot for the week. My return was just as efficient. Quick and easy and then I waied for my ride back to the auto body shop. There was only Isabelle and Bellagio but these two did not miss a beat. I never felt forgotten or dismissed despite how busy they were. They were sensitive to our needs to get going so was on it. Great teaming. Good customer service. An operation with great people is a beauty to behold when you are in Operations and customer service. The battery died the next day. Avis fixed the battery but refused the tires even though they had 0 tread. I have now replaced two tires out of pocket(500$) and windshield wipers they wouldn't replace in the middle of a rainstorm(60$). I have missed 5 days of work in two weeks because of this. Not one concession had been offered by Avis and Uber couldn't care less about driver safety. If you are driving for Uber please check your tires before you rent from here. I have rented three electric cars from them and all of them had bald tires. ALL of THEM!! You will be responsible for the fix out of pocket or they will take away your car and you may not get a replacement. I am quitting Uber altogether because of stuff like this.

He checked the car, smiled, and said everything was fine. I even asked to confirm, and he said yes. Then the next day, I see a $60 charge on my credit card. I called and spoke with Laura, who was rude and not helpful at all. On top of that, the car itself wasn't in great shape. scratches, dings, and not very clean. I've had better experiences with Budget/Avis, but I'll definitely be using a different location next time. This whole situation felt pretty shady. Not the friendliest staff either.

From the moment I picked up the rental, I had issues…read more I didn't get pickup instructions after booking, so that was a hassle and wasted quite a bit of time from the beginning. I had to call them to ask for instructions, which they then sent AFTER having to call. Once I got in the car, it drove really rough -- the vehicle was not maintained well. Both front seats were damaged, the chargers did not work, a side mirror was damaged. At this point, not only did I no longer need the rental, but I wanted a more enjoyable experience. I headed back to Glendale to return the car. Edwin offered a charger to use but again, this was after having to drive all the way back to Glendale. Edwin asked if I used my charger or the ones that came with the car and instantly said "oh those don't work".... if you know this then why not fix the problem before renting the car back out? Or at least, why not supply a working charger beforehand instead of offering one AFTER a paying customer drives all the way back to the business? When I reached out to my agent, he told me the charging ports were a courtesy and my request for a different car was not suitable. When I requested to return the rental in early, he said "the $99/day tesla I originally booked was not available so they gave me the $130 car for $99. Therefore I can't turn the rental in early because I was already given a discount"... This was done without my knowledge so how is this being used against me? At no other car rental business would returning a car early be an issue OR requesting a car with working amenities be outlandish. I had the rental for 8.5 hours and my card was charged for 3 DAYS. Poor quality cars. Poor customer service. Poor experience overall. Save the headache and use lyft if you can or rent through more reputable agencies like Hertz or Enterprise. I left a review before and the operations manager tried to make it sound as if I did not understand how to operate the car and that was the root of my frustrations. I received a confirmation directly from Hertz for a 12:00 PM pickup at the Glendale South Brand location. What I don't understand is how Hertz's own website can confirm a 12:00 PM pickup when the location closes at exactly 12:00 PM. Once I realized they closed at noon, I was rushing to get there and called the location SEVEN times before someone finally answered. I explained that I had a confirmed reservation, that we genuinely needed the vehicle, and that my ETA was around 12:02 PM. Literally two minutes after closing. The woman I spoke with made it very clear that she would not wait even a minute past 12:00. I understand that employees have closing hours and I would never expect someone to stay there indefinitely for me. But if your own company allows and confirms a pickup for the exact time your location closes, how is that the customer's fault? Then the conversation became even more frustrating. She told me the problem was that I had booked through a "third party." I explained that I did not book through a third party. I booked directly through Hertz and simply used my AAA discount. Instead of trying to help me figure out a solution, I felt like I was being blamed for the reservation. Then she tells me that the car I had a CONFIRMED reservation for wasn't even available. Apparently they only had SUVs, and they would not honor the price Hertz had already confirmed for me. So Hertz accepted my reservation, sent me a confirmation number, confirmed a vehicle and a price, gave me a pickup time that was the exact minute the location closes, and then I find out the vehicle they confirmed isn't even available and they won't honor the confirmed price for a vehicle they actually do have. What exactly is the point of a confirmation if the vehicle, price, and pickup time you are confirming mean nothing? This was a rental for my mom and we actually needed the car, which is why I was calling repeatedly and rushing to get there. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was simply expecting Hertz to honor the reservation they sent me. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and the customer service made it so much worse. I would seriously think twice before relying on a reservation from this location, especially if you actually need the vehicle you reserved.

Personally, I was looking for a used Daily Driver that was a Hybrid engine vehicle. I sent them an email and text and received a prompt response from Ashek. Scheduled a test drive the following day. Vehicle was in good condition with some minor cosmetic flaws. Nothing major. Vehicle also had a CarFax report which I did like. He also had evidence of a recent vehicle inspection from Pep Boys. All this helps when deciding on making an investment with a vehicle. Test drive went well. And after some time completing paperwork I went to the bank and withdrew the money to purchase the vehicle. I did not finance but wanted to make it clear they do offer Financing as an option. I'm very pleased with my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. I'd highly recommend this dealership.
