Enterprise is my go to rental stop. The app makes it easy to rent a car. My last remtal was a Ford Bronco. It was super comfortable. I usually rent the mid size cars for trips to Vegas. To rent you need a Credit card. Not a debt card. I have seen people get very upset when they find out. They also charge a $100 deposit. They need proof of insurance too. You are able to buy it there. However it van be pricey. It does give you peace of mind. They have after hours drop off. I have always used that option with zero issues. read more

These folks are very good. It's my second back here renting a vehicle from this particular Enterprise Rent a Car and I found it to be a helpful car rental. Their customer service is friendly, understanding, and ready to get you in your rental. I had no issues with these guys and found them to be very good at making the rental process seamless. Nice and easy. (A tip: have your information ready too. It will go smoother.) They washed and vacuumed the car as well before I drove off with the rental. A nice gesture to not have a dirty car. Only person with a brain at this store is the male manager. No one at this store listens to the customers. They either A. ignore what you say and proceed to try to sell you on a more expensive car anyway. Or B. Regurgitate information speaking a million miles an hour in an attempt to sound smart. Enterprise Throughout my corporate and vacation travels, I have rented vehicles from every company; and overall, my experiences have been good. However, this was my first time renting from Enterprise at this specific satellite office, and my experience was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of EVERY employee. Although there were a couple of customers in front of me, I was immediately greeted with a smile and informed that the wait would be minimal. Once at the counter, the employee made me feel welcomed and helped me resolve an issue with my reservation, which was caused by my insurance company. The entire experience was pleasant, and I kept observing the adjacent staff and how they interacted like family and treating every customer as if they were family. Upon concluding my business, I asked to speak to a manager, and I was quickly introduced to Kiya Valentine. I told her directly that this was by far the best experience I ever had at a rental car office, and she must be an incredible manager since her staff exhibited excellent customer service. She displayed a perfect smile and thanked me for my patronage. I was never forced to post a positive review or do anything conditionally. Nevertheless, I felt it was important to share my experience online and acknowledge a very well-managed Enterprise Rental team. The words "customer service," "honesty," "respect," and "understanding" do not exist at this location. Literally every employee here has attitude and a lack of care for the customers. They promise one thing on the phone and as soon as you walk in, the car you need/promised is miraculously rented out and no other vehicles like it are available. Their equivalent of a 7 passenger luxury electric SUV is a Tesla Model 3. What's even worse is they don't even give you an adapter to be able to charge the POS Tesla on a non-Tesla charger. All they're willing to tell you is "call every day to see if we have another large SUV or van for you or if we can find an adapter." How about a "when a vehicle comes in, we will hold it and give you a call" or "we will go get an adapter and notify you." I've rented plenty of vehicles (from Enterprise and other companies) and this is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Stranded a Group of 28 (Mostly Kids) - Deceptive Practices We booked two 15-passenger vans several months in advance for a large group of 28 people (primarily children) heading to a cruise. We flew into Burbank, but our cruise was out of Long Beach. On the morning of our disembarkment, we needed these vans for a few more days of vacation in California, we realized the person in charge of our booking had mistakenly set the pickup location for Burbank instead of Long Beach (flying out of Burbank). We completely owned that mistake and fully intended to just drive up to Burbank to get the vans while the kids waited at the beach. Given how hard it is to secure 15-passenger vans, we called the Burbank Enterprise location just to ask if it was possible to transfer the reservation to Long Beach. They informed us it would cost an additional $700 to do so. We explicitly told them "No, we do not want to move it," and confirmed we were on our way to Burbank to pick them up as originally scheduled, according to our reservation. While driving to Burbank, we called them back about 15 minutes later for another inquiry. Shockingly, the Burbank representative transferred us directly to the manager, who told us, "You called and said you wanted to move them to Long Beach, so we no longer have the vans." We never said that. In fact, we explicitly stated the exact opposite. It is highly suspect that both of our reserved 15-passenger vans were somehow rented out to walk-ins within a 15-minute window, leading us to believe they never actually had the inventory we booked months ago and used our inquiry as an excuse to cancel. But instead of owning up to that very likely mistake, they chose to gaslight us by saying we asked for the change, it was our mistake, and somebody else booked them immediately, so there was nothing they can do. I remained polite but each time I called, the staff seemed unnecessarily rude about it. One even texted me from his personal cell phone a photo of the new reservation on his computer screen from his cell phone as a way to show me they didn't have the vans. That's fine but it was definitely unprofessional to text a photo of their internal system from a personal phone instead of just sending the confirmation how every other company in the world does. It felt like I was talking to an untrained Gen Z kid. We drove back down to the Long Beach location. The staff there informed us that the Burbank branch had simply pushed the reservation to their system that morning without ever confirming if Long Beach actually had the inventory. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have the vans either. They also agreed that Burbank likely never had the inventory. Enterprise's internal miscommunications, unauthorized changes to our reservation, and phantom inventory left a group of nearly 30 people stranded with absolutely no vehicles, and neither location offered an alternative. They suggested we try LAX with other companies. Update*. When we got to LAX, thrifty had some vans for twice our original enterprise booking cost. It took several hours to get them ready while the kids all sat at the cruise terminal. Thrifty suggested we book in advance next time. If only we'd thought of that. read more

After verifying charges with Matthew - he said and I quote 'yes, we have corrected this and you will be charged $15/day for the last 5 days from May 8th so you'll see an additional $70 on your final bill' and I clarified that and repeated what he said and he confirmed. He asked me if I was satisfied with their service and I said yes. He also told me everything looked 'perfect' after inspecting the car. I've used enterprise lots of times so trusted everything was fine and left. About an hour later I still hadn't received my receipt. My claims rep happened to call me and said he thinks I was charged the incorrect amount and would I mind hopping on a conference call with enterprise. I said yes. I receive the bill by email and I was charged the wrong amount. I explain to the rep Kaia (?) what happened and she proceeds to call me a liar and tell me that Matthew said the $15/day he quoted for the overage were for earlier dates and I calmly explained no, he very specifically stated May 8-13 and she kept repeating the same incorrect information with an increasingly sharper tone. One of my biggest pet peeves is someone falsely calling me a liar. I then tell her I don't appreciate being called a liar and that she's being rude to me at which point she starts YELLING in the phone 'I'm not being rude I'm not being rude' and hangs up. My claims rep was shocked and kept apologizing to me and I kept telling him it's ok it wasn't his fault. He said he was going to leave feedback with enterprise since they use them a lot. read more

We recently rented a 15-passenger van from this Enterprise location in Burbank, CA, and were truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by their team. I had reserved a Ford Transit van several months in advance for a group trip (and called a week prior to pickup to confirm that we were still on track). The day before our scheduled pickup, Edwin contacted me to let me know that all Ford Transits had been affected by a safety recall, and we might need to switch to using two smaller vehicles instead. Needless to say, I was disappointed and frustrated. However, Edwin went above and beyond by locating a 12-passenger GMC Savana in Santa Barbara--and even offered to drive there to pick it up and bring it back to Burbank for us. That's no small favor (and no short drive), and I deeply appreciated his dedication to making things right. When we arrived the next day, Victoria efficiently and warmly checked us out and got us on our way. Both Edwin and Victoria demonstrated a level of customer service that exceeded expectations, and we are very grateful for their efforts. My only humble suggestion would be to notify customers of vehicle recalls as soon as possible. From what I could find, the Ford Transit recall had been issued about two weeks before I was contacted. A bit more lead time could have helped us plan better. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. If I could leave no stars I would. I made a reservation for 6pm on Thursday 04/09/26. I have an email confirmation and everything. Why would it give us the option of 6pm if they don't take anyone at 6pm. We got there at 605pm and that's because it took forever to make a u turn so we can get into their parking since it's I such an awkward location. We get down and there's another customer begging the "supervisor" to please give them a car. They arrived at 603pm. That lady just kept shaking her head and said she couldn't do anything. I asked for her manager, and she said she was the supervisor. I asked for her manager and she closed the door in all our faces. Unfortunately we didn't get her name, but she was African American with long braids. We are now left with no car. We're supposed to be leaving in a couple of hours and the closest enterprise here is the Burbank airport. I just checked their reservations and it's gonna cost us $130 for the exact same car. Now the worst part is that this location didn't even have the vehicle we reserved. We reserved a compact suv and all they had was luxury SUVs and compact cars. So they don't have a car for us anyway and they don't have a car for the other customer that was there. I have never dealt with this I'm in complete shock. And my vacation may potentially be ruined. Oh and we just arrived at the other enterprise and they have no Availability. This is beyond unbelievable. And due to Coachella everything is booked at all the car rentals in the area. This Enterprise location is much better than your average car rental location. It has a deal with Tesla and All-City Collision to provide a Tesla rental at the same price as my insurance allowance. Therefore, I only had to pay the taxes on the rental. It took a little while to learn on a rental Tesla, as I depended on my cell phone to do everything. Well, once I got into the groove of driving a rental, it went smooth as silk. The one thing that made it special to me was that the shuttle service is immediate and drove me to pick up my fixed car within minutes. I was able to check out within a few minutes, and was still able to see my car in daylight. I am appreciative of this location and hope next time it's under different circumstances... read more

You have got to be kidding - Rivian Burbank set me up with a loaner here. The first car they offered me was a Tesla - they couldn't find the key. They searched for almost an hour for the key -- The next one was listed as being auctioned, the third was also listed as unavailable. The final vehicle offer as a loaner for my 100k Rivian was a 2022 Hyundai Kona with nearly 50K miles: Filthy - beater. Seriously Rivian? Seriously Enterprise? I went to pick up my car at request by body shop, but the car was not available and the representative was extremely rude. I had to take uber back home. After I returned the car, months after they charged me on my credit card for some ticket I never received. This location used to have better employees and manager and I wish we could get those people back to work here. Lets start off by saying Lisa who is the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and she does not care about customer service because as soon as you speak about the fact that they are giving you rates that are higher than other locations she talks about the other locations being unethical and not her and her employees being unethical by raising your rate so the company can make a few extra dollars on a car. This is the information Christian and Lisa gave me you so you make your own decision about renting with them: the cheapest car they have costs about 75$ a day without insurance and 28$ if its under your insurance. The car they gave us for that rate is a Hyundai accent that didn't even have a back up camera and smelled like something had rotted in there. We took it and didnt even complain and over the next few days we tried to call and see if they could adjust the price to our budget and in return were harassed by the manager Lisa and her employee Christian and Michael. At some point Lisa was telling me she wanted me to return the car because It was too much that I was trying to negotiate a better price and she didn't care if I was left without a car. In conclusion, find a different branch with nicer more ethical employees who care about customers more than making a few extra bucks for the company. read more

Charlton assisted my with my rental when I arrived. Jordan assisted me with the return. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, kind & knowledgeable. I was not rushed. Everything was explained to me. The icing on the cake was when Jordan offered a driver to take me to my mechanic to pick up my car. I cannot think of anything they could have done to make my experience any better. Fast forward one week. My car has to go back into the shop for some more mechanical work. We visited several other locations looking for a specific type of car as inventory was low and this location is by far the best one we encountered. Shady business practices - charged me for double the time than I actually had the car. I had to take an hour from my day to go dispute it and they wouldn't even offer a discount for wasting my time and holding an extra chunk of my deposit for double the time. I value businesses that respect my time and money - this is not one of them. They are quick to charge fees but refuse to be held accountable when they inconvenience the customer (they gave the excuse that someone that didn't even work there made the error) What kind of BS is that? Hats off to Brenda at the Burbank branch. Solidifying it as my favorite Enterprise in LA - although I haven't been to them all. They can get busy - and they know that - so Brenda made a point to acknowledge me when I came in. And when she did get to me - she was present and pleasant, helpful and efficient. Everyone there wants to help you and help you get out of there - because we all have places to be and they know that. I fly into Burbank all the time, and I always take a 10 min Uber to this branch vs the airport location. The vehicle drop off with Ellie was equally as swift and pleasant. I'm not sitting here reading the other reviews, and not everyone is a pleasant person that will have a satisfying experience with a car rental company. The first two rentals had issues and I wasn't satisfied. The third time back I was able to rent a beautiful 2024 Kia Sportage which I LOVED! We booked a reservation for Van for weekend aug 11-13. We received a call day prior that we maybe waitlisted for van due to low inventory, but we can accommodate you in large SUV if any van isn't available. Okay sounds fair!!! We arrive at enterprise Friday and counter clerk says we have no vans or no large SUV, we only have regular 5 passenger SUV. Worst experience at this location!!! It must be a new manager doing inventory because this is ridiculous. I would've been okay to let me know we don't have vans or large suvs, so I can make other arrangements or at very least assist me to find a comparable vehicle at neighboring Enterprise.
