The first rental vehicle I received had a tire pressure light come on. I put air in the tire, but the light came back on the following day. As soon as I notified them about the issue, they responded immediately and took care of everything without hesitation. They quickly arranged a replacement rental, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The whole staff was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, which made an already inconvenient situation so much easier. I was met with great customer service. It was a Monday and you know it was going to be busy, busy, but Isabelle who assisted me had pep in her step, she was knowledgeable, efficient but most of all, so kind and helpful. She not only answered my questions, set me up quickly but when I needed some additional assistance, she made sure I was well taken care of. And the sedan I got was clean and ready to drive off the lot for the week. My return was just as efficient. Quick and easy and then I waied for my ride back to the auto body shop. There was only Isabelle and Bellagio but these two did not miss a beat. I never felt forgotten or dismissed despite how busy they were. They were sensitive to our needs to get going so was on it. Great teaming. Good customer service. An operation with great people is a beauty to behold when you are in Operations and customer service. Of course, it is never a great thing to have to take the car to the shop, so everything and every experience that can help to make the situation better is so greatly appreciated. Reserved a minivan for 2:30 PM, showed up on time, and was told there was a recall on minivans that they found out about that morning. No call, no warning--just wasted my time driving there when they easily could have notified customers in advance. The employee helping us, Miles, had zero urgency and was completely unhelpful. My friend and I had to tell him to call the mechanic, check on returning vehicles, and contact other locations--basically doing his job for him. Communication was inconsistent, and we kept getting different answers about vehicle availability. To make matters worse, Miles was rude and dismissive during our interactions, especially when we were trying to problem-solve under time pressure before closing. We were told to come back later, then got a last-minute call saying the vehicle was no longer available. We then booked cars through multiple other Enterprise locations, were told they were available, drove there--and guess what? Not available. This happened more than once including at an airport location. How and why does a company keep confirming reservations for cars that don't exist? The lack of communication, coordination, and basic customer service was shocking. This experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly stressful. I would not rely on this location--or their reservation system--if you actually need a guaranteed vehicle.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this rental location…read more I arrived a few hours before my scheduled pickup time and was told that if I wanted a vehicle immediately, I only had two options available. I was placed in a Nissan Altima at a rate of approximately $69 per day after taxes and fees. At no point was it made clear to me that arriving early would result in such a significant increase in the rental cost. Had I known, I would have simply returned at my scheduled pickup time. The following day, after realizing how much I was being charged, I attempted to return the vehicle and discuss a refund. I spent hours waiting for Sai, the General Manager to return my call. When I finally reached him, he acted as though I was inconveniencing him rather than addressing a legitimate customer concern. During our conversation, he repeatedly emphasized that he had other customers to call and even pointed out how long he had been on the phone with me, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation or showing any understanding, he made me feel as though I was somehow at fault for being unhappy with the charges. His initial offer was a refund of only $35. He later increased it to $50 as a "final offer." When I did not immediately respond with the gratitude he apparently expected, he withdrew the offer and abruptly hung up on me. What disappointed me most was not the money, but the complete lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are trying to resolve a concern in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would encourage others to carefully review all rates and fees before accepting a vehicle.
