Happiness to have a great drive-thru coffee shop chain known as Cali- with walk up window (ventana)- finally in Northern Broward. Was JUST there about 11:30 a.m. this Friday 5/03/2024 for a favorite Cali espresso drink, an Iced Cortada (Cuban style). Almond Milk is available. Excellent, friendly customer service. Try it soon if ever in North Lauderdale near intersection of Hwy 441 & Prospect Rd. Location sits on Prospect Road about one block east of Hwy 441.

I tried the Lavender Haze with extra caramel and cold foam, it was good & I'm excited to try the other signature coffees.

The whole concept of Cali coffee is that they take only drive-through orders and there is no inside seating area. There are occasionally a couple of outside tables but not for long-term stay. They have drive-through or walk up service to order your coffee where you can park and then walk up to the window. They have different variations, different signature or coffees and different flavors. It does make grabbing a coffee an experience. The employees at cali coffee locations I noticed are very friendly, almost borderline where you think they might be flirting!! Overall satisfactory, and different experience as a novelty type of feeling to it

Better cake pops than Starbucks. Total for two Nirvana's and a cake pop a little over $17. Another pricey coffee. Was nice to try but I prefer my coffee hot. They also have hot coffee on their menu along with refreshers and tea.

Located in a pretty nondescript strip mall, once you walk inside you'll immediately feel as if you're part of an English tea experience. The owner Brian is such a nice man and he'll make sure your experience is nothing but positive. I went with a friend who is vegetarian and he made sure her food was within the confines of what she could eat. For high tea they have The Royal Madison which offers you choice of tea, pastries, homemade scones with lemon curd and clotted cream, assorted finger sandwiches and fresh fruit. For $10 more you can get Megan's High Tea which also includes a slice of quiche, a cup of soup and champagne, a mimosa or fruit juice. We opted for the Megan's High Tea and I'm so glad we did. The spinach/feta quiche and the carrot ginger soup were both very good. My mimosa was perfect and was the perfect accompaniment for the finger sandwiches. The scones were warm right out of the oven and were so delicious that I'm still thinking about them a day later. I really enjoyed all the finger sandwiches with their different fillings, it's hard to pick a favorite. The tea was perfect the hardest part was picking one from the vast array of choices. They also have a cute little gift shop area that's worth checking out. Among the things they sell are a nice selection of assorted teas. I can't recommend this place enough and like I said, Brian will do whatever it takes to make sure you have a memorable experience.

It is a small place but the 11 of us had fun. There are so many teas to choose from my favorite was a caramel apple (I think). Their chai tea is also really good. It is located in a place with ample parking on either side of the building which the location has two entrances. One entrance leads into the section with the variety of nuts and snacks and the other side has the coffee, treats, bakery kind of vibe. The staff was extremely helpful as there were two ladies working there around midday when I went on a Sunday and it was not busy. Seeing that I have minimal experience in Turkish delights I did have a lot of questions and they were ready with the answers. I decided to get baklava which I am familiar with then I had a pistachio flavored iced coffee. What was suppose to be a purchase and leave because a purchase and dine in. The atmosphere and aesthetics made it really comfortable and inviting to enjoy taking a pause and enjoying the location. The employees made tremendous recommendations based on what we liked and they surely were right! I'll be back here again as this will be one of tiny go to spots in the area because of the staff and great coffee with treats! Side note, crepes and many other items are sold here as well!

The cafe is only two months old in the Cypress Creek Station shooping plaza, but heard the chatter on social media and had to drive a slight distance to also be part of the experience. A temporary simplistic Drip Coffee sign is affixed to the exterior of the business. Upon entering, the buzz of this cafe was accurate. The establishment spewed an ultra industrial modern intimate vibe with gray polished stone flooring with an open ceiling exposing the metal rafters and a/c tubing, accented by dark green ferns on the walls and tables. The laughter from five girls at a back table echoed throughout the cafe, which was a good start. The barista was chatty and all smiles while she took my order quickly with no hiccups. The Guatemalan dark roast espresso beans are sourced from PumpHouse Coffee in WPB. It was presented in a mini cup with the Drip Coffee logo imprint - this is such a simple inexpensive marketing tool that most cafes do not take advantage of. This is another cafe with a cashless tranaction process. Understandably, tipping is digital, but at the least there should be a tip jar as an option for cash. Found sanctuary at a table with a semi comfortable low stool. The Guatemalan coffee was strong and cut it with a shot of heavy cream. Usually I consume medium roast coffee, although this mimicked a few strong Austrian blends and was sublime and appreciated. The gender neutral bathroom screamed "WoW Impressive"! Instantly I pondered, the owners took their artistic vision to another level. Spotless, spotless, spotless, more greenery with thin wooden slats covering the ceiling and the low lit led hollow rough rock mirror hovered above the gray square deep sink. Washing my hands were more of a delight than a necessity. "Clean Bathroom = Clean Kitchen". No doubt that I will return to this eatery. Great coffee and a wonderful experience.

I also tried one of their empanadas, which was delicious and packed with flavor. My friend had the breakfast sandwich which she enjoyed! The real star here, though, is the pastries. I tried a couple slices of cake and they were absolutely amazing--fresh, rich, and clearly made with care. There alfajors also melted in your mouth!! There's also plenty of seating, which is a huge plus. The only downside was the ordering process. Since it was my first visit, I didn't realize you have to take a number (similar to Publix) and wait to be called. I ended up standing in line, not knowing they were serving based on numbers instead. To add to the confusion, numbers were being called out in Spanish, which I don't speak. Once you know how it works, it's probably fine--but as a first-timer, it was a bit confusing. That said, I'd absolutely go back for the food--just probably not on a busy weekend!
