Finally... someone has restored my faith in the possibility of a new establishment offering great food and excellent customer service! The Philly stack, while not a typical Philly cheesesteak, was delicious none the less. The chili chess fries were on point! Chili and cheese were flavorful and the fries were crispy and tasty. My wife had the classic stack burger which was good as well and their signature sauce was perfect. Inside was clean, well lit and had plenty of seating with several TVs. Cali stack is one of our favorite weekends stops for lunch! We haven't had something here we haven't liked. My favorite is the Cali blue burger and the sliders my fiancés favorite is the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken tenders. Service is always quick and friendly. We love the staff here. My boyfriend has been seeing this place all over his local fb groups so we decided to check it out tonight and boyyyy did we regret it :') It's located on the corner of a little strip mall, right next to dollar tree. When we arrived we noticed a line out the door, however we found parking easily. As we were walking in I overheard a family walking out saying something about a 45 minute wait? I noticed that all the tables were full, but hardly anyone had their food. That probably should've been a sign to turn around, but we still wanted to give it a shot. We waited to order, maybe about 10mins in line, and right as we got to the register the cashier informed us of a 50min wait time. Still hopeful, we ordered for take out (6:30PM). We both ordered the #2 combo and a burger panini for our son. We asked if one of the combo fries could be upgraded to onion rings. The cashier said yes for an extra charge. No problem. Price was good for those 3 items, I want to stay around $31. Because of that wait time I decided to grocery shop up the street. We went back to the establishment at 7:20 thinking the food would be ready but nope. My boyfriend went inside while I waited in the car with the kids. It's 7:45 and he still hasn't returned to the car, so I'm like wtf? I text him asking what number they're on and he says "120" (we were 124). I finally see him walking out, bags in hand, around 8:10PM. I couldn't believe it!!! We waited over 90mins for 2 burgers and a panini. Never againnnnnn. My boyfriend said he sat there and watched their "system" and apparently they were making the orders based off the tickets rather cooking them in bulk. You know you're selling burgers and fries. Constantly have patties and fries going. I promise you they will still be made to order, and done faster! I get that they want to be accurate in their orders but there's definitely a better way. With that being said, they still got our order wrong. We upgraded to onion rings and did not receive them. How are you going to have people checking tickets constantly and still mess up in packaging. The food itself was ok. The burgers were NOTHING special, even with their "signature sauce." My sons panini was good but truly the only difference between that and our burger was the bread. And the fries were extremely undercooked. It was a big ole pile of mush every fry. Save yourself the time and drive 10mins to get burgers from 5 Guys or even In N Out. I went here for the first time yesterday with my mom and my daughter. I'm not really a big burger person. I like them but don't seek out the best usually. My mom however is a burger fanatic. She wanted a burger so we decided to go give it a try. First of all, the employees were VERY nice. They were attentive and quick. It was nice inside, and very clean. We got our food and WOW, could be the best burger I've had. The price was great, the food was fantastic, and the service/employees were just as awesome. We will 100% be back!!! Went to dinner last night with friends, I had the mushroom burger (pictured), friends had a classic stack & the other had the Hawaiian (pineapple/terriaki). With 3 of us, we ordered 2 tots to share. The burgers were delicious & prepared to perfection, tot order was huge, we ended up taking almost a full order home. I took home 1/2 of my mushroom burger & when reheated for lunch today, it was just as delicious. Staff is wonderful, shout out to Carlos (we remembered him from our previous visit), sorry we did not get the name of the other young man working who was also wonderful. Starting off, this rating is not a reflection of the service. Service was great. Friendly and approachable. Burger paddies reminded of Boll Weevil's. No flavor or seasoning. Like something they'd serve in a hospital. Bacon was very chewy, would argue that it was undercooked. Fries were soggy. If you buy frozen fries from the store, then microwave them, that's what they were. Fried chicken sandwich was okay. Drowned out by the buns but good flavor and crisp. Inside was HOT. The Cali stack burger was great in my opinion. As far as burger joints go, this might be one of the better/best ones in Lakeside, and definitely worth a try. I ended up getting the $10.99 meal which was great considering the portion size was also pretty generous. The service was prompt and everyone seemed really nice. The seating area is pretty spacious as well. The inside felt a bit bare but I think as time goes on there'll be more opportunities for the owners/management to add to the ambiance. I had the Cali Stack Combo with Tots and a soda. The burger was okay (slightly overcooked as I prefer mine medium-rare to medium). I don't believe that the patty was freshly made, but I didn't ask. Tried them twice, and both times were fine. They seem to do a lot of online order fulfilling, so there was a bit of delay in getting service both times when we arrived in the early evening 5:00. The employees are pleasant and keep the place clean. The fountain drinks include "craft sodas" which is nice. We tried the Cali Stack with bacon & avocado, the regular with cheese, the Philly Cheesesteak, fries, onion rings, and chocolate shakes. The onion rings are really good. The burgers: Meh+. I called to place to place the our order four times and it rang rang and rang and it finally hung up every time. I even called on the website which rang repeatedly and it hung up too. It was the worst food I've had for a very long time. We ordered two burgers with bacon and the bacon was raw. We had to take it off and throw it away. It had one extremely thin tomato. There was no pickles or onions on it. The avocado was awful. To top it off I paid for the two strawberry cheesecakes and I didn't even get them, We will never go back there again!! I was craving a burger, so I remembered this place that's not to far from where I live and wanted to try em out. I had ordered the double stack burger, this burger was huge cooked to perfection and delicious I almost couldn't finish it. I had ordered it to go the service was fast and friendly luckily I was the only one there at the time (11am/ish) so i was in and out pretty quickly. Also had ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and was also good and thought everything was reasonably priced. First visit here and I was excited to try it. I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I got it it didn't even look like chicken. It was way overcooked. So I asked them to replace it with a classic cheese burger and they did. When I got the cheeseburger I lifted the top bun, then the slice of cheese only to find a long strand of hair.
