Great service from start to finish. Called in for tire availability and spoke with Erick who was very welcoming and helpful and was ultimately the reason I chose this shop. The great service didn't stop there. Those tires I called in for...they didn't have on hand but Erick ordered and had them there later THAT SAME DAY! Now May was the dude who actually did the work I requested which was stretching those same tires around some new wheels. He was great from the greeting to the goodbye. We had some great conversation that had nothing to do with work. I totally love this place! They've saved my butt and my cars so many times, it's crazy. I almost always come in with what seems an impossible fix and they always pull through! Eric, that guy's the best when it comes to customer service, care, financing, and just being an all-around great guy! They're fair and always make my car feel brand new, even after I bring it in totally trashed (which I've done a bunch of times... sorry). Came in because I needed new tires, they helped me find a tire that is specifically made for EV's. They can support more weight which is ideal for an EV. Plus the tires were much cheaper than what the car came with. The staff is super friendly, and they even gave me a ride to my house while they finished up the job. Great place. read more

This is post is only for modified vehicles. If you have a lowered vehicle don't bother coming here. I use to come here a few years ago and they had a young mechanic named Alex and he was fantastic. My car is lowered on fully adjustable coil overs front/rear with adjustable camber arm kits front/rear and Alex had the knowledge to raise or lower the vehicle and even adjust my camber if needed. Unfortunately during this visit I was told that Alex no longer worked there but I decided to give them a chance since all I needed was an alignment. I've gotten many alignments from Alex in the past with no problems. They now have an older mechanic who barely spoke any English and told me he can't do my alignment because my camber arms were in the way. The owner told me that I had to go somewhere else to get my height of my car adjusted since his mechanic did not know how. I waited about an hour in the lobby just to hear this. Wow what a waste of my time, don't bother coming here if your vehicle is lowered. read more

Had a lift installed and while there bought 5 wheels , when i get 300 miles away the track bolt fell out and almost cause me to wreck at 55 mph. took it back to them told them that the wrong bolt was installed so i could get home , they needed to get the proper bolt for it and they repaired as they say , when i get home the track bar is still loose . upon inspection the track bar is damaged and the wrong bolt was not taken out and replaced they only tightened it up . weeks later i go to have tires put on the wheels that were taken off because i bought new ones from them , it was discovered that 2 center caps are missing . The business was honest and they advised me on which tires to get based on need and budget. The business was very professional and they went above and beyond by fixing a screeching noise in the brakes, for free!! Best thing is that the tires have lifetime warranty (the tire's life lol) where they'll repair flats, rotate, and balance for Free!!! If I couldn't i wouldn't even leave a star. Eric has been a close friend but this is outrageous. Went in for a simple alignment everything was good until one of the mechanics took off with my car. I asked Eric what was going on and he said it was a "test drive" myself I am an apprentice mechanic and my car sits on the lift in my garage. Nobody drives my car but me im just like that I take care of my things. I just wanted second opinion from a professional on my outer ball joints as it was the only thing I haven't replaced. And even before all this the car pulled right I have been telling them there alignment rack would tell you that. To sum this entire story up the guy pulls in the driveway hauling ass scraped my brand new freshly painted bumper I got done a few days ago. And to sum that up once I get back in my car traction control Was disengaged they were clearly having a fun time in my bmw. My seat was moved. Etc. I asked Eric to call him back BUT HE HAS NO CONTACT WITH HIS EMPLOYEES. I find this business very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to a place with no contact with employees nor letting you know about taking your car. I could've drove with the mechanic and it would've been a different story. To come back and find traction control disengaged my ball joints making a louder noise than before and my bumper is all scraped outrageous I don't recommend any of their franchises (keep in mind my car is on lowering springs people who don't know how to drive lowered cars shouldn't) keep in mind my full coverage insurance would only cover me in my vehicle from. Other reviews they seem to be speeding with people cars cutting in and out of traffic if they caused an accident in my vehicle it wouldn't be covered not a way to run a business read more

Dont walk away from here. Run! I had a nail in my tire brought it here for them to repair it. They scratched my rim when they removed the tire. The technician told me they scratch every single rim when they pull the tires off. That didn't sit well with me. Now I have a scratched wheel on my brand new 100k truck. And all they said was it happens all the time. Spoke to the owners David and Eric. Eric promised to call me the next day. Been a few weeks and nothing. That says alot about how they run things there. Very shady business and owners. They don't have a word. Place is a joke so are the owners. Karma will bite them in the ass. read more

My experience here was so bad I feel like I got scammed. I was recommended this place to get my tint done by OSCAR and I think it was the worst tint job and customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my brand new Tesla Model Y here to get all 7 windows tinted. After service was done, a full interior detail was needed. 1/23/22 - Dropped my car off to get tinting service done. Come back 3 hours later and Oscar tells me her didn't have enough film for the front windshield and that I'm going to have to come back another time?? Booked this service a week in advance so shouldn't there be enough supply? Weird. Also an inconvenience for me since I mentioned that I am coming from Westminster (an hour away) 1/24/22 - Checked the tint job during the day since when I got home it was dark. When I opened my trunk, I noticed my back window was not fully tinted (there was gaps in between the film and window). 2/4 window tints had air bubbles and looked poorly done. When I mentioned this he said that they would dry soon. My roof tint has so many imperfections and scratches on the film. And not to mention my white seats had black marks on them that were previously not there. 2/6/22 - Come back to get my windshield and back window done. Noticed that the front windshield is a different shade than the previous. Mentioned this to him and he said he would check and never got back to me. Sitting in the driver seat looking at my roof tint, I noticed there were gaps between the tint and window. Sent a picture to him, he opened the message and didn't respond. 2/4 windows that had air bubbles, I could see that he just cut the bubble and flatted it which doesn't really fix the problem. Opening my trunk I noticed a lot of green fluid was dripping down. A pool of the same fluid was in the crevices of my trunk. This green fluid was also on the sides of the front windshield interior. My interior frame of my car, covered in dirty marks. White seats also had dirty marks. 2/11/22 - Texted Oscar again telling him how I was unsatisfied I was with the job that he did. Again, opened the message and didn't respond. 2/16/22 - Texted Oscar AGAIN telling him i wanted a refund and telling him what was wrong in what area. Again, opened the message and never responded. I shouldn't even have to get my car detailed after tinting my car. Car is supposed to be in the same condition as I left it. Not to mention I paid almost $1k for this service. Then had to pay another $250 for a detail. Ridiculous. read more

I took my 2021 Tacoma TRD PRO here to get a lift done also raptor lights on my oem grill the lift came out ok but I don't appreciate how Eric and the team put super glue on my raptor lights and messed up my oem grill also he put the lights how he wanted not even asking me or even calling me to say how I wanted it or even asking me if it was okay to put super glue. Am very disappointed in the service here I went back to try to fix it and he told me he can't. Also I have a front face camera with the raptor lights near it all glued. read more
