Comfortable waiting area (includes complimentary beverages).

We decided to kill some time by getting the oil changed while in the area before grabbing a bite to eat. Very comfortable waiting area (so much so, another customer fell soundly asleep while they waited). The service techs were fast, friendly and thorough! Great play area for the little ones, and the business is pet friendly (which will always win votes from me)! Was it worth $88 for the oil change? I'd say so- they were more efficient than some of the lower priced shops, and the quality of customer service was just as great as the efficiency! If we are in the area we will be happy to use them again for convenient service!

$30 for an air filter that costs $7-$20 normally.....and it wasn't even replaced!

1/3/21: Blake reached out to me shortly after my last post to apologize and take accountability for the shop's work. Can't tell if it was an oversight last time or if it was an act ofa malicious intent, but Blake offered to make it right. Time will tell if I continue coming here or not, but for the time being, Blake has at least made the effort to correct the wrongdoing.

Deep scratch that can't be buffed out

BEWARE! Do not go here. My ins company towed our truck here for repairs, and it had been literally hell. We specifically told them we needed Toyota parts so we did not void our warranty. We would assure us we were getting Toyota parts when we get the quote from insurance that they were using non-OEM parts. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! To make matters worse, we go pick up our truck to take it elsewhere... and they scratched the door. This isn't a scuff that can simply be buffed out. This is in the clear coat. Steven apologized and said he would see what needed to be done. The manager, Jeff Thames... told us he wasn't doing anything for us because we can't prove they did it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Nice , air conditioned waiting area . This place has a play ground for active kids like mine . A water /coffee and tea area to hydrate and caffeinate. Oil prices have gone up everywhere but this place is a nice touch with the nice decor and play area so the kids can leave you in peace while you get your car serviced . It's a good drive but I'd say it's worth it .

Bar seating with phone chargers and 3 TVs, and comfy modern seating that is couch height as well.

This is the first time ever I leave a negative review since I believe everybody makes mistakes!!…read moreTwo years ago a go I had a car accident and found this business through yelp. Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

Absolutely stole $400+ from me…read more Visited them in September 2023 because my A/C was not working properly. They informed it was just time to recharge the refrigerant and it would be around $430. I said this seemed steep and they said it would be $120 if I did nothing and just picked the car back up for their diagnostic fee, they gave a big pitch about why it cost so much for this type of refrigerant and their work includes a warranty and yada yada. I said fine go ahead. At which point I looked up Autozone's cost for a can of the refrigerant with a gauge and it was $150. So I called them to tell them not to do the work, I would just do it myself. A full 8 minutes had passed and they said "sorry, he's already finished and parking it now." $430 for 8 minutes of work must be nice especially when they don't stand behind it at all. Fast forward to the end of February, it finally had a day warm enough for me to turn my a/c on again and now it's doing the same thing it was when I brought it in. Called them up and they said yes I'm still in the warranty. Take the car in. They determine there is indeed a leak in the valve and argued with me for having the car for a few months since the last time, I informed them that the months between September and February are known as winter and I hadn't been using the A/C. They agreed to honor their service warranty and fix the leak but asked me to pay for the lost refrigerant which is magically now only $108 lol. I was about to resign and agree when Kyle kept on about how the leak wasn't present in September, I told him I think it could have been because that's a big coincidence, at which point he then scoffs and said FINE WE WILL JUST FIX IT THEN. When I went to pick up the car he handed me the card for another mechanic as a way to say he didn't want my business anymore, which was never ever ever in danger anyway. Now HERE I AM JUST A FEW WEEKS LATER and guess what isn't working again? So congratulations on the $430 for a job you clearly did not do. I'll find somewhere else to fix it this time. If this was the type of service I provided in my work I would be ashamed of myself. I cannot recommend against them strongly enough, they should scrape the "Honest" sign off their building and just be Negative One Auto Care because that's what you get with them.
