Where have you all been all my adult life? A dealership (the new modern dealership environment ) like feel without the dealership price!!! My first phone call was handled by Alex who is just as friendly and professional in person. Everyone I meet was friendly and professional when I dropped off my vehicle and when I went to pick it up! I got a great deal on my oil change and they even accepted a competitor's coupon. The air Filters were expensive but there was no charge for labor to put them in. I had called there other high rated auto shops and their pricing is about the same for what I needed done so why not go here, they have a kids play area with a huge slide a nice seating area Starbucks tea and coffee and two restrooms that most restaurants can't even come close to. I actually got more than I was expecting so I can't be happier! read more

On yesterday December 28th I visited Caliber Auto Care on Spring Cypress and Eldridge for the very first time. I was scheduled for an 8 o'clock appointment for an oil change and an inspection. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a repair shop. For starters they were promptly open at 8am. I was the first customer to enter the building. The building was nice and clean. I was kindly greeted by Kayla Robinson the office coordinator and Devin the building manager. They both were very polite, professional and attentive. Kayla had me checked in in a matter of minutes. I was offered coffee and or water and was shown where to find it. The lobby area was very cozy and welcoming like no other Auto shop I've ever visited. Upon waiting on my vehicle I was approached by my technician by the name of Trevor. He had the friendliest smile, was very knowledgeable and came over to explain what was being performed on my truck prior to starting. He also provided me with an estimated time of how long everything would take. Trevor returned to me in the amount of time he originally estimated to inform me that my vehicle was ready, as well as review all of his findings on it. He gave recommendations of what I needed in the near future to stay on top of my maintenance, but was in any form pushy about me getting any of those items done right then like other shops have been in the past. Kayla checked me out and I was provided with all of the recommendations Trevor suggested. My appointment was scheduled for 8am I walked out of there at 9:02. I've never experienced such quality service from beginning to end at an Auto Shop. I go in for an alignment just got 4 brand new tires. I drop my car off they say it will take 2 hours I'm like thats cool right? They call me 3 hours later only tell me they didn't do the alignment. And they wanted 50$ for them just to tell me something I already knew but 100$ is a good price for an alignment read more

WOW! I have been walking on cloud 9 all day because of their customer service! For me, customer service begins before you even enter the establishment and ends long after you leave. Bear with me as I list every single positive quality about this place. First, it was a total God thing that I went here. I had planned to go somewhere else, but couldn't see their sign off the road so I kept driving. I remembered there was a new place opened off Spring Cypress so I thought I would give it a chance. Their sign was very obvious off the road and easy to turn in to. EVERY parking spot was labeled "guest parking" so I knew exactly where to park. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by several things: (1) a clean, fresh smell (2) coffee/water/tea/hot chocolate options (3) A man named Jeff who treated me like I was the first and only customer they have ever had. He was eager to help, very friendly, and accommodating. While Jeff was taking my information, I realized I didn't have my paper copy of my car insurance and would need to look it up via email. He told me that was not a problem and gave me the wifi password. He was not bothered in the slightest way by having to wait for me to pull it up. Meanwhile, he started what looked like a laminated sheet with my info/what need to be done to pass on to other service techs. As a teacher, I appreciated this laminated paper/dry erase marker combo, as those are staple tools in my industry. The car insurance took me longer than expected so he showed me where I could sit and find the info. He offered to bring me a drink too. The waiting room was incredible! The chairs were plush, yet firm. There were 3 TVs with different shows going on each. There were little tables you could move to your area if you need to set a laptop or your McDonalds breakfast on (as one gentleman did). Jeff brought me my bottle water and let me finish finding my insurance. Of course, I found it right after he left so I approached the desk again. There was another gentleman there, whose name I didn't catch, but he was able to know my situation because of that laminated sheet system they had going! They inspected my car and I immediately texted my friends how amazing this place was. I also listened in on how other employees were treating the customers and it was the exact same way I had been treated! One man found out his wait would be about 30 minutes and the sweet lady asked him if he wanted to run out to his car to get his breakfast he had left in there. That same lady also took time to wipe counters with cleaner to make sure everything was still clean. When my inspection was finished, a VERY NICE man named Marco sat down next to me with a ipad. He proceeded to show me all the items that need to "pass" for the state inspection. There were pictures my car showing that they checked each part with notes on the side! WOW! It is 2019 and something like that should be standard at every car place (however, I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon). My favorite thing about Marco (and Jeff) is they were very humble. Most car people I interact with are always nice to me, but I can tell they are a little bit cocky, slightly annoyed when I ask questions, and think less of me because I am a woman. But that was not the case here! Marco and Jeff treated me with genuine respect and kindness. They also didn't try to pressure me into getting any more work done on my car (tire rotation, new wipers). However, I will probably go back to First Service for those things because they were above and beyond in all areas!! So while Marco went to pull my car around, I went up to pay. I was a little worried that it might be super expensive because the place was so nice, but it was only $25.50! The lady (who I referenced previously) was very nice and made genuine conversation with me while I was paying. On my way out I stopped at the restrooms (spotless) and noticed a super cute play area for children! It was so nice/clean and was all car themed! You would think my experience ended when I walked out the door, but it didn't. They second I stepped into my car, I noticed that they had VACUUMED MY CAR!! I almost cried. It really is the little things, yall. Thank you thank you THANK YOU First Service for an amazing experience!! When this place first opened - they were great and genuinely seemed to care - that is no longer the case unfortunately and I won't go back. Most recent questionable experience - made an appointment to get my car inspected - they accepted it - went in and Devin told me their equipment had gone down a few days earlier so they couldn't inspect the car. OK - I get it - happens - would have been nice to get a call so I didn't arrange my schedule that day but whatever. Was told a technician would be out that day to fix their equipment and they'd call me to reschedule. Have never heard from them - been 2 weeks - nothing and I know their equipment was fixed because had a family member go there. Three of us in my extended family who live nearby won't go back - they've lost the goodwill they had and now they've lost us. Big shame too because I think they're veteran owned/operated and since I have veterans in my family - big believer in supporting veteran owned businesses but not if they lack basic customer service skills. read more

This place is great! Immediately when I walked in there was someone to greet me, take my information, and start the service. I was worried going in that the wait for an inspection would take at least an hour they returned my car within a half an hour! The facility is very clean, and there's even a playground if you have to bring children with you. I highly recommend! read more

I had my car inspected today and it was by far the best experience I've had at any other service center! The staff were genuinely friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable and clean! They made sure you were comfortable immediately offering coffee, water or hot chocolate - how nice is that? Within 15 minutes my car was inspected and since it was my first time there, my inspection was free! I highly recommend them and I'll be back - they definitely earned my business! read more

Well, to start this out...I must say that I am the person that never returns after a bad experience with a location. It just doesn't make sense if you're shown poor customer relations. So, this time... I get to sing the Praise of this new location of Service First and their Incredible staff (Vladimir) on this occasion. I went in for a routine oil change but there was a problem. Come to find out it was my oil sensor light. It was very late in the evening so they shuttled my son and I home - after stoping off for some to-go food. - Sweet driver! They reached out to me throughout the morning and treated me with respect and gave clear concise information. They handled the issue graciously with a smile- offered me rides or a rental car and even drove my car to my home after not charging me one penny for their time and excellent service!! My car was leaking oil. I took it to Caliber Auto to get it checked out. It is hard for me to trust auto repair places being a woman. This place was great! It was nice and clean. There was even an indoor jungle gym for kids. From the minute I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. I like the fact that I could make an appointment. They took my car in right away. Devin came to me with a video taken of my car's engine to show me what was causing the oil leak. He also showed me pictures of the full inspection of my car. He made recommendations that I should fix. He also showed me pictures of things that were good. It's not always bad right? I felt no pressure to complete any repairs. He thoroughly explained everything to me. They send the results to you so you have a copy. Kelli was making sure everyone was happy and comfortable. Bradley was very friendly as well. Everyone was very knowledgeable and personable. They offer shuttling. I live far from the shop and they still took me home. I didn't have to wait long either. Timothy, the shuttle driver, was also very kind and respectful. It wasn't just me who received excellent service. You can't help but hear what others are saying. I felt like everyone was happy and that made me confident in this shop. The issues with my car were fixed when promised and no surprise fees. These folks are super nice. There was a very minor miscommunication where we were told that there was an X percent discount when the actual special pricing they were running was not really as much off. They told us that we had gotten incorrect info from their employee (which would have been no big deal anyway), but then the gave us the X percent discount, AND applied a credit for the actual discount onto our account to use on the next visit. They were very friendly, and the place was great - couches, big TVs, ipads, indoor playground, drinks and snacks - so I would have been fine with them just saying 'sorry, that info you got was actually incorrect' but they went more than an extra mile and for that I'll keep going there every time. read more

My car broke down on the way to my grand-daughter's wedding late on Saturday afternoon. I had all of the set up for the dessert table, luggage, pastries & my grand-son in the car when I pulled into this location in panic mode. They not only calmed my panic & got me settled with a cold water while they checked the car, but when they realized that the car couldn't be repaired until Monday they loaded everything in my car into their van & drove me to my location 40 minutes away. On Monday morning after the wedding they came to pick me up & delivered me to my daughter's home until my car was repaired. They not only did a good job on the repairs but they saved my sanity for the wedding. When they say that they put Service First it's not just a logo it's a business practice.
