I chose Caliber Collision because of the quality work I experience from other locations. This particular location, while friendly, had the worst quality of service I've ever seen. My car was returned looking fine apart from mismatched headlights and a backordered part. After driving home, I discovered they had not reattached the wheel well fender and the front license plate was missing. The new fog light was not functioning. Within a month, the new headlight and most of the rear lights stopped working. In addition, I had asked, twice for quote on some additional work, which I never received. Maybe that was fortunate. Because of the horrible quality of work, I will think twice before using Caliber Collision in the future. read more

I highly recommend you NOT going to this location. Here are some of the issues with this location. 1. Employees are rude - front desk and repair advisor. 2. I requested service advisor to contact me before certain repairs where being made and I never was contacted until AFTER the repair was completed. 3. Rodents ate into my electrical system while there and Caliber refuses to take responsibility even after pictures and report from dealership. 4. They left tools and repair material on the roof of my car, some flew off while driving down freeway and the others (roll of painting tape, etc) found later when washing car. I have had great results from the Hurst location, I would recommend going there if you are going to use Caliber Collision. read more

Do not use this shop. I dropped my new car off early July for hail damage and was told it would be 3 weeks. I never received any phone calls or emails regarding the car's status and after 4 weeks I called the shop and was told my car would not be done until October. Horrible experience! read more

Don't take your car here! I dropped my car off and they have held it hostage for 7 months and counting. I was told it would be 5 days and it's been 7 months. All because of 1 part that they say is on back order. And I was told they could not legally release the car because of its a safety hazard part and insurance won't allow them to release it. So I have been left without a vehicle. Car rental ran out after 30 days and forced to borrow cars from family. Don't go here, they can't guarantee anything. Sadly this place has only 3 reviews so it is difficult to judge (small sample size). However, I decided to give this place a try when I had to get some fender bender scratches/dings fixed on my car. My insurance company authorized them as a service provider and I received a call from them promptly to schedule my drop off. My rental car (Enterprise) was located close by but they told me to come in and they will coordinate a pickup for me from the repair shop. Great! Quick drop off, met my client advisor (Jay) and was picked up my Enterprise just like they said. I didn't have to do a thing other than show up. I agreed to have my car status plates provided through text and Jay kept me in the loop on what was going on and when the car would be ready. Since I had two claims (two insurance companies), I was worried on how it would be handled, but it was seamless. They even handled the rental car transfer without me having to do it. Car was ready when promised and even though I was traveling on the day I was supposed to pick it up, Jay was accommodating enough to work with my schedule. Overall the car came out looking brand new. I have had it for a few days now - so far so good. My only concern was that during their repair they had to replace the headlight and decided to go with an aftermarket one (which eventually didn't fit and they had to go the OEM path). I wasn't informed about the aftermarket option else I would have insisted on OEM only. It all worked out in the end but I wish, I was notified of this. If you need good service and quality call, this is the place you can use (insurance or not). My advise for those using rental cars, pick Enterprise. They pick you up and you can drop the car at Caliber and they pick it up from there. Saves you the trouble. Lot of insurance companies authorize Hertz, but they are terrible. read more

This body shop just plain ran out of excuses. Had no answers. My service representative said he was embarrassed by the product from the guys in the back. They do a great job of communication until something doesn't go right. Gave me the car back quickly but when looking it over, it was terrible. Paint drips in multiple locations, smudges and out of alignment. Have pictures of the whole process and details. Just take my word for it and use someone else. Anyone else. read more

Since this was the body shop recommended by my insurance company to expedite the repairs on my Ford F150, I naively dropped off my vehicle expecting what was promised to be a communicative, smooth process. The process was a nightmare fro drop off to pick up, to returning the vehicle because the paint did not match. Communication amounted to voicemails at 8:30 in the evening by Tony, un-returned calls, and a call from Tony @ 5:30 with demands to pick up my truck (the first time) on a Friday evening in the rain before 6:00. On Saturday morning, the sun had come out and my metallic brown truck was now a two toned with the rear quarter panel the wrong paint color. Of course, this location was closed on Saturday and the truck was returned on Monday morning. DO NOT expect courtesy or professionalism from this service writer. DO NOT expect communication as promised on their website, commercials or printed materials. When I picked my truck up this afternoon, Tony was again abrupt and rude, never offering to go over the vehicle. Stephen Lang, center manager, was outside and asked me to pull the truck over to inspect it as I was leaving. Thank you, he was a bright spot in an unfortunate choice of body shops. If you have Nationwide Insurance, demand to use your own selection or dealership and do not be lured into their preferred body shop. Save yourself the hassle and stress. read more

Terrible customer service from the estimator. Car looked fantastic at the end but the estimator assigned to keep track of my claim had no answers every time I called for an update and had to ask the manager to help me who also had no certain answers for me. However upon meeting the staff up front, I do appreciate the fact that caliber collision is willing to attempt to train and hire elders with special needs. Very heartwarming feeling however they need more training before being let out on their own. The body workers are faantastic though. A few of them were up front when I picked up and has great attitudes and sense of humor very much needed in the dreadful front office. read more

I had a small accident that resulted in damage to my front bumper and grill. License plate torn off. Caliber did a super job in getting the car repaired in three days. Exactly what they promised. Paint is a perfect match. Car completely washed and they all but detailed the car. Tires were painted with black paint and looked fresh. Staff is very friendly and the place looks clean. I would definitely come here again for any repairs. Price was fine as I had insurance and my share was what my policy called for. If you want a good job on your car, give this place your go to. Brought my car in for estimate and repair. They noticed some prior damage and said they did not want to fix it. I just wanted it fixed, so I said I would cover the damage out of pocket. After a week, they came back with a ridiculous amount and said their staff was incapable of performing the repair. I think Ashley was just trying to get rid of me. I took the car to another shop and they quoted a lot less and were very confident the car could be repaired. Don't be fooled by the nice office, they clearly amateurs. read more

This place was recommended by my insurance. I will never take my car here again I was told Bryan would keep in contact me but he never did I had to keep calling checking on my car . How Brett the manger was nice . But over all was not happy was told my car would be ready by a Friday and they kept pushing it back. Also they test drove my car and then they didn't even give me gas they left empty. Also they didn't give my spare tire back . Also charge me $1000 in for a storage fee and try to say since I made uber claim it cost that much. I'm just stick with my dealship collision place. I recently got one of my cars repaired at this Caliber Collision center in Bedford Texas at 3825 Airport freeway. The repairs were fine except for one fairly minor flaw on a fender. Some white paint was showing in a place where it should have been dark and a piece of trim was missing. I brought the car back the next morning to show them what was missed and they were very kind and they fixed the repair flaw right then while I waited. It took about an hour and it was perfect when they brought it back. This was a major collision and there was major damage to the right side so it would have been easy to overlook a small flaw like this but they fixed it right then as soon as I brought it back in. These people were very nice and polite and they do good work. They did a great job repairing this collision damage on my car and I can't tell it was ever in a wreck. There are no rattles, no loose parts, everything works, power windows and power door locks work, the power mirror controls work and the new paint job and body work looks great. I would most certainly come back to this Caliber Collision shop if I needed to and after my experience here, I would not look around for anywhere else to get a collision fixed. This shop is also a State Farm prime repair center so if you have State Farm, that makes it really easy to get your car fixed here. They bring the rental car to you at this Collision center and you can drop off the rental back at the Collision center when repairs are done on your car. The people are very nice and very helpful so this was a win any way I look at it. Thanks for the great service! Great service, friendly helpful employees and they do quality work at reasonable prices. I came in last week and talked to Ashleigh V., a service adviser about reattaching a piece of molding on my truck. She said she could fix it, but it was raining hard that day, so I told her I could come back when everything dried out. I came in today and Ashleigh jumped right on it, even though they were super busy. She event went above and beyond what I expected to reattach the loose molding. I can't compliment her enough for the great job she did while I waited. We have had my wife's car repaired there several times and another minor repair on my truck. Everyone is always eager to help. They are my go to place for repairs. Plus, we live close by, that really helps. read more

First time ever doing one of these but I'm that frustrated with the experience... took my vehicle in for rear end damage and it was fixed in a timely manner car looked great. When I went to pick up the car there was a "key system error" that was on my screen. I went back in to tell them about it they said it was probably a low battery for my fob. I explained to them that I only had the car for a year and had just changed the battery so it couldn't be that I asked if they could look into this since the warning light wasn't on when I took it in to them. They told me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to take it to a dealership if I had any other questions about that light. So I finally found someone else to look into it who wasn't going to charge me and i come to find out that they didn't connect a sensor in the rear bumper (literally a 1 minute fix). Mostly disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't even take the time to look into any of the issues I was having and told me to go elsewhere for a solution. read more

Caliber is by far the worst shop to take your car. if you want repeated trips extra milage and gas to be added to your repairs as well as looks to be intentional damage after the 3rd visit, then this is the place to go. First drop off left trash in my car floormats filthy job not done properly car was driven around with over 20 miles added to it and Spanish music blaring. Second trip was told by Chris the manager it would be fixed completely and he was going to make sure. Wasnt able to leave car that day so had to return next day for a rental, so more time gas and miles wasted. Get car back paint is chipped job still not done properly window messed up.  Take car back a 3rd time firm but direct tell Chris my car better get fixed as by this point they have been paid by Geico almost 4000 to do a job! Leave my car was promised empty promises by manager Chris. Pick up car next day , car is in worse shape as someone deliberately did damage to my car it's obvious.
