I'd rather not have posted this. However, I was left with no choice as I asked to speak to the owner multiple times, but he never gave me a call. Maaco took 7 months to repair our vehicle when it should've taken 1-2 months. Every week, there'd be another issue or excuse. Would blame insurance at times, but the insurance contact was always quick and responsive. Employees were probably stretched too thin with how busy they are, but I as a customer shouldn't feel the brunt of it. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Don't bring your car here if you want a bad paint job. They are at the lowest end of the paint service and it shows by my car. Received a bad paint job with one base coat and one top coat of clear coat that wasn't applied well. Even another MAACO said they did a horrible job. Even though this auto body shop wasn't in my insurance network, I still wanted to use them anyway. The minute I called, I could tell how professional and down to earth they were - and willing to help fix my car. I spoke to Dylan originally and told him my problem with my front bumper and how much they insurance quote was. Came in a day or two later to have them look at it, and everything was pretty straight forward. They had it for exactly how long they estimated it would take, and the final invoice was exactly as it should be, without any extra charges. Very honest people and loved working with them. Our delivery company has tried to use this Maaco location on two occasions. They are very nice people. But, they never get our vehicles done. The first one sat for weeks before it was touched. Yesterday we picked up the second delivery van after two full weeks of it sitting in the back of their lot.. The owner advised me today the estimate had not even been written yet. Again, they are nice people, but we cannot afford to have our company vans sit out of service for weeks until Maaco gets around to taking care of business. read more

This location made me no longer be a customer of Maaco. They had signage requiring masks yet not one of their employees was wearing one. After seeing a Back the Blue sign hanging, I decided to leave as I will not support a business with that philosophy. I called corporate to say that I did not feel it was appropriate to hang political signs in their business. I then got a harassing call from someone at their location claiming I had backed into a car when I left. This did not happen. If you value black lives, take your business elsewhere. After getting a couple of estimates for some front end body work I needed done, I chose Maaco because they were the cheapest. Initially they were a little bit behind because the parts came in a couple of days after they were supposed to. However, they still were able to have my car ready and looking brand new for me by the deadline they had promised. Lonnie and Dylan were very reachable and they were able to tell me exactly which step of the process my car was on whenever I called in. Worst experience of my life. I understand that we had a large hail storm that delayed getting the work done and caused issues with supply of components. The problem I have is the lack of communication and following through on delivery promises. I'm sure my car would still be there today if I didn't press them regularly. The hail damage repair was fine, but they left it a huge mess inside even though they claimed to have "detailed it". I also got home to find that my windshield wipers were not put back correctly, and would not work, so I had to go back to get that taken care of. Both of my front headlights and all of my lights inside the vehicle were burnt out as well. Icing on the cake and what pushed me over the edge to write this review is that they placed someone else's expired registration sticker on my windshield, which caused a huge mess when I tried to go get it inspected this weekend and it kept bringing up the wrong car. I also had another car there to have the hail damage looked at and they managed to crash it and they had to replace the bumper. That is fine, but they ended up charging my insurance company for every day the van was there, even though it was their fault. read more

Maaco of Euless. Was a horrible experience. I arrived asking for a quote and the service rep. Immediately said it would be $1000. I said I thought you guys had paint jobs starting at $499? Any rate he would not go under $700. And this was for a convertible small 350Z that already had the hood and trunk painted. All I needed was the rest of the car painted. This guy was so money hungry. Horrible customer service and could careless of my business. So after leaving very disappointed. I decided to go to the Maaco in Irving which was way out of my way. It was another world there. They honored their $499 paint jobs there. Plus great service. I highly recommend going to the Maaco in Irving rather than Euless. So now I'm getting my paint job for $535 plus great service. What can I say? I couldn't ask for a better service then Maaco. I called this morning and Dillion at the front desk answered. I told him that I needed to see if Maaco can fix my minor scratches. Dillion said just bring it by to get it checked. I was greeted by Shannon and he did a walk around said it wouldn't be problem and my car will get fix right away. Darius did an excellent job!
