Dropped off my Audi Q7 in August 2023. They stated they would not be able to get to the vehicle…read moreuntil end of September 2023. They stated they would have the vehicle completed by 27OCT2023. This date came and vehicle was not complete. Since this was our main family vehicle this was a great inconvenience. I would contact them on a weekly basis to get updated and usually little progress was made if any. My phones calls would not be returned sometimes which I would then have to physically to go the shop. Vehicle was finally completed 31JAN2024. Vehicle looked great and they were able to lower the cost a little by finding parts not directly from Audi. We are happy with the end result, but it was very inconvenient to be without this vehicle for an additional three months that we were not expecting.

Stumbled upon this company thanks to Instagram in spring (I believe) of 2025, and I checked it out. Fast forward to November 2025 and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I went in on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I wanted to get the taillights, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors smoked out. I was quoted about 2-2.5 hr turnaround. I dropped the car at 2:00, and I pulled away before 4:00. Randy was fast and knocked it out ahead of the quoted time. He really knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier, and will certainly go back for some other customization in the future.
