I never want to have another car accident but if I do, this is definitely the place to go. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. The communication is incredible. If someone says they will call you back, they do. I was notified every step of the way of the progress of my repair. Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance company. Someone gouged the side of my bumper and of course, didn't leave a note, accepting responsibility. I called Collision, made an appointment for early AM. When I got there, there was one gentlemen being taken care of so I had to wait for a bit but they have a nice, but small, waiting area with fairly comfy chairs. When it was my turn, the young man, who did the estimate and paperwork, was very friendly and courteous. He finished the paperwork, had me sign and was on my way a short time later. I told him to take his time, I was in no hurry to get the car back and I wanted it done right. They contacted me a couple of days later and said it was ready. After I returned and they pulled my car around front. I was asked to come out and inspect the work. I could not be more pleased. It was impossible to tell, the car had ever been damaged. Even the paint was a perfect match and I was concerned because it's silver in color. One of the most difficult colors to match. I highly recommend this location for any body repair work!! read more

Wish I could give a worse review. Changed the date of my cars pickup 5 times so far. It's been over 3 weeks for some minor dents from a tree falling on my car. This is outrageous. It better be perfect at this point. I need a car for my job and based on the fact I recently had ankle surgery and can't walk for long periods. I'm beyond annoyed at this shop. On top of them not even calling me to let me know the repairs we're delayed. I called multiple times on the day of pickup only to be told repairs were extended another 5-10 days each time.. read more

I have an F 450 truck that needed front end work. I have State Farm insurance as was wary when they said this place was on their list of "recommended" vendors ( I thought CHEAP immediately). Couldn't have been further from the truth! They took in the truck on Monday AM, texted me reports each day, and returned it to me on Friday, DETAILED! Mike and his team turned my negative situation into a VERY positive one. I was side swiped on the freeway and my Lexus was severely scraped on more than one panel. Mike inspected the damage and scheduled an appointment for me to turn in my car. When I dropped it off, the transaction was quick and painless. After my car was backed into the professionals at Caliber Collision made every step from the starting estate dealing and working with my insurance agent, up to the point where the cleaned my car after they fix what was seen and the things when they took the doors apart and fixed it better than I expected. Every one from the front desk to the techs and everyone in between made sure I was kept informed and when I was at the office Mr. Bell, &Lindsay & Janet (I think that was her name at the front desk) are a amazing team and took perfect care of my daughter and myself and listened to everything I asked and they answered or found the answers and the treatment shown by everyone who worked there showed me that this company is the best in the Coachella Valley along with their other office's. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I give them 5 stars but I'd give more if I could, they are frendly, knowledgeable, professional, and care about everyone and remembered that I'm a disabled firefighter and they asked how I was and if I needed anything while I waited, after I got my car back it had a tail light out and they fixed it in under 3 minutes and made sure everything was working like new. they all are amazing and perfect and I'm telling everyone I know that needs their vehicles fixed to see them first for a honest and fair report and quote. I had taken my car here for a simple insurance claim for a bumper and undercarriage replacement. Pretty basic fix, right? Well, a week and a half later as i picked up my car(after hours per their request) i slowly started to realize odd new things about MY car. The first being how my seat didn't sit or adjust add it once did, the lights on the dash were oddly a much brighter color than before, and my car had @ 1,200 more miles on it! These guys are CROOKS, don't take your car there! They will take your original top of the line parts and replace them with after market cheap pieces. Im not talking small things, I'm talking everything from your rearview mirror to your shocks. My car WAS a certified car before they did the repair, now it is considered low grade. And to top it off, the bumper repair has never lined up with the fender, it sticks out about a half inch.... but they guaranty it for life! I would rather die than take it back to them! read more

My wife and I brought our car in to Caliber Collision on Monday and first were greeted by April the receptionist who was VERY pleasant to us. Then Brian took a look at the car and said we could pick the car up Friday. We were very happy and they ordered us a rental car, which came a picked us up. They are polite, professional and finished early. My car looks perfect, and they made this a very easy experience.

My BMW was severely damaged when is was backed into in a parking lot. Damage to fender, front bumper, headlight and right front tire. Caliber was recommended by my insurance, and I was dubious but went ahead and went there to check them out. Travis the service rep was courteous and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable leaving the car with them. Travis said repairs would take a week or ten days. They arranged for a rental and I left the car with them. While my car was in the shop I had a health emergency and had to be admitted to the hospital. My car was finished while I was in the hospital. My wife could not pick up the repaired car because she doesn't drive, due to impaired vision, and Caliber not only brought the car back to our home but took the rental car back for us. The car was repaired perfectly, it looks like new. I have to give Caliber five stars for not only excellent body repair work but also exceptional personal service above and beyond the normal. I don't know if all their service representatives are as good as Travis but I would recommend Caliber for any body work you need. read more
