I would like to write about my experience at Caliber Collision. At the front desk, I was asked to sign the paperwork, which I did. I had NOONE speak to me or look over my vehicle with me. I waited for an enterprise pickup. While waiting another customer came in a MAN, and I watched a Caliber representative, greet him and tell him that nothing would be done to his vehicle until he went over everything and he would then call him and get his verbal approval. I then went to the clerk and asked her if I too would be able to speak with the person looking over my vehicle and verbally authorize a repair, she said yes you can expect a call from Frank. Well Frank never called, but he did call a Geico representative ,Colin who then called me. Colin explained to that Frank started work on my vehicle and claimed that I signed the papers to start work. I was Duped by the clerk at Caliber who had given her verbal agreement that I would be called. I immediately felt panicked and uncomfortable. I asked Colin the Geico rep if I could move my car to another auto body vendor. He said yes. I then went to pick up my vehicle, and was met by Frank, who claimed that I had given him permission to work on my vehicle, and I had no conversation w him once so ever. He then told me to have a bice day. I sensed that Frank didn't treat women customers the same way he treated men customers. So Geico paid Caliber Collision on my behalf and I asked them not to...and now Geico isn't authorizing a full repair with my new auto body vendor. Bottom line stay clear of Caliber Collision and Frank. read more

My name is Joe. My car was stolen, and I had taken it to caliber collision Fabian was my guy. made sure the car was taken care of from start to finish. After that couple thing happened where I had questions, Jason I believe is his manager and he took care of answering my questions, the first time and made it really easy to deal with. I recommended the company to a buddy who came down from Idaho, had a car accident on his way to visit.Before they started W ith his car, he gave them a date that he needed the car back by. The car was ready a week early, in mint condition. So its actually two completely satisfy customers. when I call the office is always busy, but they always have time to get right back to you for let you know how busy they are very professionally. A client backed into my 2015 Chevy Silverado, it dented the passenger door pretty bad. My friend said to take it to the caliber collision off date Palm. Cindy at the front desk said it would be about 20 mins until they could look at the truck. I was surprised that the general manager Doug came out of his office and said he would check it out right away. I had some previous damage to other parts of the truck and asked for a price to fix those areas , which would be out of my pocket . Doug worked with my budget his guys got my truck looking as good as the day I drove it off the lot. My wife and I are vacationing in Palm Springs. Apparently, while we were enjoying ourselves at one of this terrific city's great local restaurants, some jerk bumped into our car and damaged the bumper on our Honda accord. The local Honda dealer referred me to Caliber Collision. Crystal, the very friendly young woman at the front desk arranged to have Mario take a look at our car. Within about 15 minutes Mario was able to use a little elbow grease to reattach our bumper and didn't even charge me. What a class act! It's so rare these days to see people exhibiting simple human kindness. I don't write many reviews so this is a special occasion. HA! I recently had Caliber Collision in Cathedral City, CA (68-945 Perez Road) repair the trunk of my Mercedes CLK 430 Convertible after a tree fell on it. The car is an older model and there were difficulty finding the parts. Instead of blowing me off (and they were the only ones that didn't) Doug explained to me all the challenges involved with what I needed to be done to my car. We came up with a plan which was executed very well. From the start, Doug and his team (Vincent) managed my expectations very well and communication throughout the service was exceptional. Caliber Collision is highly recommended for a seamless repair to my red sports car last season, after it was hit by a landscape truck! This year, we limped into town with a lighted moulding hanging off the side of our vehicle. I ran the SUV over to Caliver Collision today without an appointment and was served immediately by friendly and helpful staff. One of their 'technicians', Adrian, chose to undertake the repair personally, on his lunch break, so I could have my car immediately. Upon finishishing he shook my hand and told me to have a good day....there would be no charge as he did it himself and didn't require parts. Good, old fashioned service....with a smile. I just returned from getting a bid from Ben Reyes at Caliber Collision on Perez Rd. Someone had knocked off the side mirror on my Audi while probably walking by the car and did not leave a note. It was still attached but I wanted it professionally re-installed, and my insurance was going to cover it minus the deductible. Ben walked out to take a look at it, re-aligned the unit so it was fully operational and sent me on my way with not charge at all. In this day and age when does that happen? I brought my car in for some repairs and they did an excellent job fixing all the items. My car looked brand new when they were finished. Vincent was great to work work with; very friendly and professional. Two days after I picked up the car, I had an unexpected part break inside the passenger side door. I brought the car back and Vincent said since they worked on that door, they would replace the broken part free of charge. Highly recommend this shop. Great service with friendly staff. They repaired my BMW a year ago and it needed a little touch up. I called and Manager Doug Prosise said bring it in and we'll take care of it. I took it in and they took care of it within a half hour and he even washed it for me. Looks good as new.
