Fabian was really helpful... I watched as another technician treated another customer with the utmost respect & maintained an upbeat, helpful attitude. Wow! At a collision shop? I read the reviews but just witnessed great customer service personally & with another client. Elaine was very helpful and nice at the counter as well... However, The start of the process was delayed because the other Caliber shop supposedly didn't send over all the info from the insurance. There was also a delay because of the new hood coming in damaged & then the headlight being on national backorder. First estimated time was pushed back from Friday to Thursday of the next week. Also, the call about the car being ready was only 1.5 hours before the shop & our rental car company closed on Wednesday night. My question & problem is why weren't we told earler in the day so that we could have had time to figure out how best to rearrange our priorities & gotten the rental car back in time?? Another issue is that it was dark when we got the car back & the paint is runny on the bottom part panel. This was seen this morning. Maybe that's why a night delivery was offered & we felt rushed. read more

So thankful for Caliber Collision. I hit a rabbit going 70mph heading to Palm Springs from Joshua Tree in a Prius. When most cars hit a rabbit, nothing happens to their car. Well, this rabbit did nearly $2700 worth of damage to my car. Damaged my bumper, blew out my wheel well, etc. Honestly, feel terrible for the rabbit. RIP. Anyways, Doug and Paige took such good care of me. Kept me well informed of what was going on with my car with texts (you can opt out if you don't want alerts). My car has never looked better. I am in complete shock!! I had almost 8 months with nothing but problems from this shop! I was about to give up.. I had originally taken my car in to have the carpets replaced, after water damage. However, the car was returned to me with many pieces installed incorrectly. Some parts of the interior had actually been broken while being installed. I would schedule to come back and get things fixed but, receive the car with yet more problems. However, this has completely changed .... Doug, the new manager has made me a believer and, that good people still exist !! He did everything in his power to fix everything they had broken and more! He made this new experience completely different and easy. He is not only an amazing person to deal with but, he follows through with what he says he is going to do and with class. I would recommend anyone who has had a bad experience in the past, to give them another try. I am here to let you know first hand that THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE!! I'm going to talk on the phone nonstop & let everyone around me know how hopelessly stupid I am. EDR...., ( silence ) recording ... EDR.... still recording .... Operator: there was an 1.5 hr phone call made, the weather conditions were bad ( rain ), a California stop was made, a seatbelt wasn't worn.. EDR: The Seatbelt wasn't worn, the person who is the operator was female, this number was called, several bumps in the road ( counted & timed ), Operator: Hmmmmm ...I have somehow lost my way.... what do I do now ?? GPS is being talked to ... EDR: Operator called this person for THIS long, on this date & this time. Function "recorded & saved" Operator: out loud discussion "I found my way but I'm going to be late". EDR: updates data every 10 secs or less. Tries to update info to the cloud. Cloud not available, subscription declined. Operator: screams .... OMG !!!! ( a very bad traffic accident was ahead that was not seen thus operator crashes into the other crashed car ahead ...its over ) EDR: Air bag deployed, force of impact recorded, other weather conditions recorded, all voices inside & outside car recorded. Operator: Almost dead but trying to speak ... almost in a whisper. read more
