RUN AWAY!!!! I attempted to bring a vehicle into this shop for repair for over a week. Caliber made it very DIFFICULT, claiming they needed information that I had already provided. After 4 attempts, in-person visit and phone calls, I expressed my frustration to the GM. She told me to go find another shop to do the repairs and hung up on me. BUT, Mary was soooo nice and called me back several times over the next few days as I worked with the insurance company on towing elsewhere. She was so kind and helpful! 15/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. Lori was extremely nice and friendly and worked her butt off to fix my appointment when insurance completely screwed it up and did everything she could to always help me out and was super nice. Alexa did a very good job at diagnosing the damage and was extremely friendly. And to the technician that worked on my car, you did an excellent job especially with the paint. They completed the repair in a very quick and reasonable time and even finished it a day early. Overall i had an awesome experience at this location and if i ever have more body damage (hopefully not again) i will definitely take my car back here! read more

Didn't end up having my vehicle repaired here because of an insurance issue but I have to say if their repair work is anything like their customer service this place is top notch. Iris was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting into contact with a Caliber that did work directly with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. Prior reviews by customers were raving. I was hopeful to have a similar experience. However, my experience differed vastly. The communication/customer service is sub par or non-existent to say the least. Over the past 2 - 3 weeks, I have been shuffled around between Alexa and Adam with no updates of status, etc. I was originally assigned Alexa as the Adjuster. I received a call the date of my appointment to reschedule for two days out from the initial scheduled date as Alexa was out of the office sick. I then asked if it was possible to be reassigned. I was told she should be back in the office by then. I arrived to my appointment was told Alexa is still out and I will need to get you with Adam as the assigned Adjuster Appointment. I understand things happen but the back and forth was my experience throughout the whole process. The following week the vehicle drop off was scheduled. I arrived for the appointment, filled out the drop off paperwork, handed over the keys, Enterprise Rental had arrived for the customer pick-up on the rental. I was told Adam is not here today now I need to get you with Alexa. She came out told me she needed to check on the parts, cancel the drop off, Enterprise Rental, etc. and someone would be in touch. I never heard anything further. When I called Adam to check status approximately a week later, he immediately stated there's an issue with locating your parts reach out to insurance on options. I shared with him it would have been nice if someone updated me on this as my last conversation with Alexa she stated someone from your organization would be in touch. I reached out to insurance and it appears the quote/information Caliber Collision provided me during the adjuster appointment was different as to what the insurance received which caused a great deal of back and forth with me and the insurance company as to the why behind it. I've never experienced such. Most company's will give you a courtesy call of where we are in the process, etc. and close off any questions; this never occurred. I'm a Consultant and each encounter or appointment I had with this organization, I rearranged my schedule with clients to accommodate these appointments, lost revenue, etc. but as their customer they could care less. I guess they have so much revenue coming in that mine didn't make a difference. If you value your time, don't waste it with this organization. read more

Super friendly service. Quick service as well. Did not feel as though I was in an autoshop at all! Felt more like an office. I was greeted by super friendly people in suits who came out and looked over the car with me and gave constructive comments. My vehicle completed repairs 3-8 days early. Only downside is that when my car was finished, there was a tiny piece of my taillight that was sticking out. However, I contacted Sondra and she took care of it right away. Thanks everyone!! Everyone from the front desk to Sondra and more were super efficient, friendly, and professional! I highly recommend! Also, they have a text messaging system to regularly update you on your vehicle repairs. I love it! read more

I had exceptional customer service! My car was damaged on both passenger doors. Caliber Collision had my car repaired abs returned to me within only 3 days! Allan was excellent with up-to-date communication. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly prioritizes customer service. He stayed at the shop on Christmas Eve and waited for me to get there to pick up my car. This saved me at least 4 days of rental car fees due to the holidays! In addition, they had Enterprise come and pick me up from their shop to get a rental car! It was the best experience I have had EVER with getting a car repaired. I highly recommend Allan and his team at the Centennial location in Highlands Ranch. I was extremely impressed and so grateful to have my car back so quickly and the repair job was beautiful! Made an appointment, drove 25 miles to this place based on a recommendation. Rent a car guy was there waiting for me. Walked in for my 8am appointment that I had set up through my insurance company, the same insurance company that has a sticker on the window to show they are partners, and was told immediately there were three people in front of me....Ok. Waited for about 10 minutes and was told there was no record of my appointment....Ok. Sounds like my insurance dropped the ball...it happens, but what makes this place suck is they did absolutely nothing to keep my business or offer a solution. I would never want to give my business to an establishment that is gonna just sit behind a desk and stare at me because they can't handle their workload or they don't understand Customer Service. My advice is to look elsewhere. These folks did not care that they lost a customer. How do you think they will treat your vehicle. read more

My wife and I used Caliber Collision as part of GEICO's Xpress Repair. We used another Caliber Collision for another repair (we were very happy with the results), but decided to try one closer to home we were able to get appointment the same day as our incident last week. They promised the vehicle this Friday, but managed to get it back to us today (Monday)! I'd like to thank Sandra especially since since has been keeping me informed since the repair began and was understanding when I had to coordinate with my wife to pickup the vehicle while I was out of town.
