Terrible experience! Here's my story. My car was dropped off at their facility after minor damage from another vehicle hitting my back end. The estimated time for repair was four days. For some reason, four days turned into eight. On the eighth day, as part of the final "calibrations", they did something wrong and triggered the car's warning system. Not being able to fix it themselves, they told me they had to take it to a dealership for fixing that problem. Though I was told it would be brought to the dealership either on that Friday or the following Monday, it never was. It wasn't brought over until the following Thursday. The dealership had to order a part which delayed the repair until the following Wednesday. I picked it up that Wednesday and took it home only after test driving it to make sure the alarm system and gate controls were functioning. So a four day repair had turned into three weeks! BUT THERE'S MORE!! When I got home, I discovered a long scratch across a piece of molding on the new gate. I was livid! I completely lost it! My poor wife was worried for my health, seeing me that way. After this lengthy, stressful, very upsetting experience, there was still obvious damage to the gate that was never repaired! I just couldn't believe it. I was in such bad shape that I had to take a couple hours to calm down so I could drive reasonably safely. At the facility, it was seen that not only was the scratch actually a crack in the molding, but there was also a very large crack in another plastic section on the underside of the gate. They ordered replacement pieces and I returned the following week for a two-hour replacement repair. The original four days had now turned into nearly a month. Not only that, but they charged my insurance company over $2,000 for the dealership "diagnostics" despite the fact that the problem was caused by THEM and not by the accident. Horrible, they completely failed to address the electrical issues resulting from my accident and now my car keeps going dead. I got a brand new alternator, following caliper collision's advice, and my car is still a 4,000 pound paper weight. Don't go there for anything electric, they can't fix it and will make a mint off your misfortune. By the way, you will see that Caliper Collision tried to contact me. The car in question was sold for scrap for next to nothing after repeated attempts to get Caliper Collision to do the right thing. They completely failed. I will not take seriously Caliper Collision's attempt to save face after they left me with a non-working vehicle. But even if I did, I am well aware that the email address they sent is never checked. Don't recommend. Stopped by the repair shop on a Sunday when they were closed and my car was out front with the hood off and snow on top of it. When I picked up the car, several engine components were now rusty and the windshield had a crack that was not there when I dropped it off. I suspect when the hood was taken off, the windshield got smacked. Within a month of having the car back, I started hearing some noises in the front and the trim pieces they had put on the bottom were not properly secured and now flapping and damaged. I just want to thank jeremiah pucci for all that he did for me. I stopped in to see if he could fix my wheel well part. He went out of his way to fix it on the spot. He was having a rough time trying to get the pins in but he was trying everything and i appreciate it so much. read more

Good customer service . That's it ! I was jerked around for over a month for 2 bumpers and a fender replacement . Having the parts was not the problem, the problem was the constant delays which cost me over $1000 in vehicle rentals , and lost work .. they did keep me in the loop as to why the delays , which are not my problem . They did do Good work though . read more
