They said my minivan didn't need it yet. They would tell me when it needed it. Over the years they helped us with various things including choosing our next car to checking out the used car that we wanted to get for our teenagers. Always friendly and always helpful. I rented so many times lost count! Last rental I made them cover for the cost but at pick up the staffs kept saying oh we only cover the rental not the gas so let's make it even w uber cost.... This makes no sense but I'm too lazy to argue so I let it go but want to make sure that ppl are aware of the service issue. THEY CAN break their words on you so be prepared.
