I am as you know a perfectionist and have very high standards when it comes to selecting a qualified body shop to perform work on my 3 month old Mercedes. I truly felt 100% confident after meeting with you and your acknowledgement to my requests. You went above and beyond to meet my requests of making sure Farmers would approve a new door, rather than fix it. Which I have no doubt would of been perfect with the only exception of my piece of mind!!! The car wasn't even a week old when it had there customer back into it. Caliber collision did an ok job, But THEY CUT MY BRAKE HOSE AND ALMOST GOT KILLED. Also While they were fixing the car JAMES offered FREE car rental and at the time it was returned they DIDN'T WANT TO PAY FOR IT. Then they said they were paying only 50% JAMES called his manager and still kept going for hours until they finally admitted it was their mistake. And because they didn't wanted to go to COURT. That's only a portion of bad things that happened. PERSONALLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION. read more

This was easily the best experience I've had with a body shop. Cody was a pleasure to work with. I've never seen a body shop go to such remarkable lengths to get an accurate portrait of the vehicle when it is brought in. He took pictures of things I never would have considered, like the odometer. The whole time they had the car, they kept me up to date on the status and the estimated time of return. I had contacted Caliber Collision when my brand new Subaru BRZ got a small paint chip during delivery. Jeff worked with me to coordinate when they would have a batch of matching paint available, so that I could come down to either touch it up or perform more extensive work. Jeff and his whole office were super professional and friendly. Jeff gave me some good advice, and in the end I decided to just do a little touch up. Great experience at this body shop. They send update notifications on your car via text so you get a good estimate on when your vehicle will be ready. The professional that helped me out was Rick. He was very organized and easy to contact. He was even willing to stay an hour after closing so I can pick up my car before the weekend. In regards to the actual repair, it was flawless. These guys have their sh*t together! I first went to Caliber 8 years ago, then again last month...and sadly again last week. If ever need body work again (let's hope I don't), I won't hesitate to go back here . They're super friendly and well organized. In addition to doing great work, they send you constant updates on the status of your car. They even offered to drop off my car to my work when it was done, and then take my rental car back for me. I came into caliber a few weeks ago regarding my banged up RAV4. From the second I walked through the door I experienced very friendly and accommodating customer service. James promptly assessed the damages, gave me a valid verbal estimate (could have received a written estimate if desired) and even put a few "bandages" on my bumpers to hold it together. From my initial phone call to set an appointment through the entire process of dropping of the car, getting updates on repairs and picking up the car. The office manager, Mallory was super friendly, informative and professional in her communication with me through the entire process. Daniel the serive represenatative went beyond the extra mile to provide excellent, timely, firendly and professional service. One repair, a fender bender, was resolved without any repair while another Caliber center had written up an estimate for $1100.00. Yes it is not a new bumper but the scratch and touch up paint, unless it is pointed out is invisible. The other repair of a side view mirror was done in a timely and professional manner. The car was delivered sparkling clean even to the tires. I appreciate the honesty, prompt and great communication in addition to the professional work done on my car. Thank you Daniel and Mallory ! Took my car into Caliber to get a foot and half long crease/dent on my rear quarter panel fixed because they were recommended by AAA and I had heard some good things about them. Due to the location of the dent, my car needed a new rear quarter panel, rocker panel, and a few other things replaced and painted. Dropped the car off and got it back about a week later. Once I picked up my car, there were a few things that were not quite up to my standards. Dropped my car off again, and within two days not only did Caliber fix their mistake but they went over and above to fix other previous problems without me asking them to. My insurance company suggested Caliber and this location is near my office. I showed up to get an estimate and they quickly told me this particular location does not work on BMWs. One of their other locations (less than 5 min away) does. But the manager still went out of his way to give me an estimate and made me feel important even though they couldn't work on my car. He was accommodating, polite, and well educated. He took me to the office where I needed help and drove to the rental car place. I believe they damaged paint and tried to cover it up I was referred to them for bumper repair, they did a good job with that, and I was kept updated via emails. BUT, when I picked up my suv, I noticed a 'powdery' white residue on rear passenger-side door, it had a matt not glossy look like the rest of the car, but I didn't think anything of it at the time, just figured maybe it was some dust that would wash off. Although, I did point out several tiny dings along the door in the back cargo area where they had been replacing the bumper. Rep used a bit of paint to dab and conceal those tiny specks. A couple months later, I found another tiny ding along driver side door with a tiny glob of uneven paint to cover it up. I have never globbed on paint to cover up dings, so it was them trying to cover up a ding that they knew they had caused. But the worst part is: now the paint along the rear passenger door where I had noticed the powdery residue is PEELING. If I had to guess, I'd say that they damaged the paint and then covered up without including a proper gloss/top coat finish. So now I have damaged paint that is peeling in that area. I doubt that they'd take responsibility for it, but I am quite angry that they tried to just cover it up and not tell me. Mostly importantly, they did a BAD JOB fixing it up. I can understand things happen, and had they told me they caused some paint damage but had corrected it appropriately, I'd be okay with it. So with this experience I would not recommend this particular location. read more

If I didn't know better I would have thought that my husband had bought me a new car! I am almost at a loss for words...which never happens. James was so wonderful in dealing with insurance for me, fighting to get what I was owed, and keeping me apprised of the progress. They offered to come pick me up so I could retrieve my vehicle, but when they realized I had a little one....they brought the car to my house! My vehicle was spotless and restored to almost brand new condition.... And it's 7 yrs old! My only regret is that I could not rate them 10 stars! Do not go here and be lied to repeatedly. Initial estimate was padded with items to be replaced and repaired that were not needed. Lied to on numerous occassions as to status of work and car took almost three weeks longer than originally promised to complete. Two and a half months later, the work is still not completed. Almost every other day the reason for incompletion was that the car needed to be "washed or detailed"!--no kidding washed or detailed at least 4-5 times in 4 weeks. Finally the work was delayed by 10 days due to a "water leak" that eventually the local BMW dealer resolved by determining (very quickly) that in fact THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR! read more

Who can say that, after their car is totaled, and their insurance company are being a pain, that they had a great experience with the collision people? I can.
