I went to a few places to get estimates and landed here. First off, Jeffery's (I believe) dad is often in the office to help with receiving guests, he is an older gentleman that was very kind. And his son was also incredibly nice, he was efficient in getting me a quote and I was able to drop my car off and get it back a day earlier than I had anticipated! GET THIS-my car was a mess.... I am not an organized person and it was pretty full of old coffee cups, Coke Zero cans, and other miscellaneous trash...and I had BODY WORK done on the car. They went above and beyond and my whole car inside and out is spotless. It looks phenomenal.... He also let me know they have a master mechanic that comes in once a week if I need mechanical work done. Supporting a small business is a great bonus and the fact that the staff I have dealt with were all kind and extremely personable was also very nice!

They text you the stages of where your car is at, call you when it's done, and you can always call them if you have any questions. I have been reading some of the reviews and I was surprised after I got my car back. Yes, they are short staffed so it may take a little longer to get a response over the phone. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . I paid over $2200 out of pocket to fix damage caused by a hit and run driver, rather than go through insurance and ding my cars record, and received a mediocre AT BEST service, because they were in a rush to get out of town I was told... The paint was improperly matched to a wrong shade of blue with a totally incorrect amount of flake added. Not to mention the rear bumper was replaced with the wrong year bumper, fitting a different body style of car, which I was not told until it was on the car, painted, and ready for me to pick up. The bumper created a water leak in my trunk due to not sealing properly around my taillights. This made me have to spend countless hours and over $300 fixing both the water leak that was created and changing my taillights to fit this the new style of bumper. Not to mention my rear quarter panel was not entirely straightened or bondo-ed.... you could visibly see and feel the wrinkles and creases still in the panel from attempting to be straightened, then it was just painted over, never actually made smooth or flat. Keith's excuse for this was "oh, you had used tape to hold on your taillight to bring your car here. It had ruined your paint and quarter panel" Whether it had or not, I had ASKED AND PAID for my car to be fixed ENTIRELY, the rear quater straightened, flattened and smoothed out, and then paint matched. It was a hack job at best. Then, the rubber gasket that seals my headlight to the front fender/hood was mounted improperly, causing the hood to both sit crooked and need to be latched with force rather than a gentle press. Not to mention the same tape was holding my headlight in and was touching my hood... and my hood that wasn't replaced or straightened, didn't receive any deep scratches and was smooth, unlike my quater panel... But the worst part was, since the front fender was being replaced I needed to pay for my hood to be removed, AND hood scoop to be removed, and it needed to paint matched to the new fender. Same with my trunk AND wing, to match my rear bumper. Yet when I received my car, I still had the same scratches as before in my hood/trunk, yet I had paid the labor for them to be removed AND painted... I had been lied to and it is all written in the invoice. I would never recommend coming here EVER, for insurance work, custom work, or even paying out of pocket... unless you want Keith to lie to your face and do half-assed kindergarten Lego set work. I could have made a better paint match and smoother surface on the NEW panels I bought with a cheese grater and spray paint. If I could give 0 stars, even negative stars I would. I honestly wish I could have my money back, or would have spent it somewhere that ACTUALLY does the work that you are quoted, and ACTUALLY does a good job at it. I received neither high quality work OR what I paid for.

Because my claim has finally settled with my bank and car insurance, I am finally writing my…read morereview. My 2024 Audi Q5 needed a simple windshield repair. Alongside these newer cars, I learned the camera also needs to be recalibrated for lane assist & other features to function. All of my car's safety features were working prior to this appointment. Scheduling with Roger was fairly easy. He insisted that he worked on newer German cars all of the time, so I felt comfortable after seeing the positive reviews (side note: most of these reviews are for OLDER cars that do not need the recalibration). He was able to come replace my windshield within the week and then had me make an appointment with another guy (Jeff, whose business is Reign Calibrations) he works alongside to recalibrate the camera. Spoiler alert: he was unable to recalibrate the camera. So I contact Roger asking about next steps. He tells me these cars can be finicky and that he wanted to look at the installation again. I actually called Audi at this point and asked for one of their tech's opinions. They told me the gel pad almost always needs to be replaced. When I told Roger what Audi told me, he told me, and I quote: "Do not listen to Audi, because they just want your money." Don't listen to the people who work on these cars all day? Interesting. After this comment I was losing faith. Over the next couple of days, Roger and Jeff (the guy who does his windshield calibrations) changed the course of action for what they wanted to do about the situation several times. First, they wanted to take off the bracket, reinstall it, then try a recalibration. Then, they wanted to replace the gel pad and try again. Lastly, they wanted to put on a new windshield and try again. At this point I felt as though they were using my $50k car as a guinea pig and I'm very suspicious at this point. I ended up calling another auto glass company in the area and they gave me a lot of great advice. They were very surprised at what I was telling them about the situation (Audi included). Roger ends up coming by to look at the windshield. He sends me a text about 30 min before he wanted to show up. Not sure what he did but he was gone again in 15 min. Jeff then texts me about making an appointment to attempt recalibration on a Friday. I respond by saying my schedule is open. He doesn't reply for a day and then responds by saying he's changing the shop location. When I asked where I'm taking it, he did not reply for another day. Next day, which is Friday (the original day he said he would do the recalibration), he texts me saying we can do it on Monday and has changed the shop from Lynnwood to Everett. Now, I did some research. Many times these guys realize they don't have the proper equipment so they'll rent a bay at a different shop. I was done at this point. I stopped replying and called my credit card company and car insurance company. I got scheduled with the shop Audi recommended and my car was good as new. Roger was extremely unprofessional with the way this was handled. He wasn't honest about knowing how to work with these cars and other things as well. I would never trust these guys with another vehicle. What was supposed to be a one day job was turned into a two week headache. Side note: he told me he wouldn't offer a refund because the windshield was installed properly, but the new shop was shocked at the installation. It was totally botched, of course. His partner in crime somehow turned off features that technicians aren't even supposed to have access to. The car completely locked up all of these features as a way to protect the system I later learned. This was a lesson learned. There were a lot of positive reviews for his Wind-Tech Yelp page, but going to his actual business' page was a different story. It seems like Wind-Tech initially belonged to someone else but now it's Roger's as well. His other page is Windshields To Go. This isn't even something allowed by Yelp. TLDR: do not bring your newer car here if you care about your car's safety features. He'll also botch the installation with gaps in the windshield and an absurd amount of glue.
