Did an excellent job repairing my car after I was rearended. I really like that they have an Enterprise right on site to make driving away in my rental a breeze, and appreciated the text updates as to the status of my car throughout the entire process. The only hiccups were that it took a long time to schedule both my estimate and repair appointments, and the estimated completion dates were always wrong, lol. It took longer than they expected initially, they redid my estimated date, and then it was finished faster than the second estimation. None of which is that big a deal since I was not at fault for the accident and insurance covered my rental, etc, but if you had to foot your own bill or needed to plan around their timeline, I could see how it might be an issue. Regardless, i would go here again to get my car repaired for sure - it's also a USAA approved shop so their work is guaranteed under my policy (which is why I chose them in the first place.) read more

I had a disappointing experience with the staff and Javier, the manager. I initially called them about replacing the vented window in my Toyota van, having had a frustrating experience with SafeLite (another story for another day). When I arrived on Monday, June 22, Dan (the adjuster?) haughtily stated they couldn't use the required accessory parts needed, which I specifically bought from Woodbridge Toyota, because they couldn't "guarantee the quality or that they were the correct parts." Dan stated he wouldn't order their parts until I left the van with them. News flash: That should be clarified with a customer before they stop by (as a professional courtesy) so that the customer can make plans AHEAD OF TIME and avoid the back-and-forth and wasted time that so many businesses (like Caliber Collision) think is "acceptable." Needing the van back ASAP, I drove it over after hours that same night. Dan assured me he would order the parts Tuesday, June 23 and that it would take a couple days. Thursday, June 25, I get a message that the parts have arrived and that the van would be ready later that day. Great! However, I got a call late in the afternoon that, oops! They needed to order another part but that the part would be delivered Friday, June 26. Okay, more shagging rides and imposing on friends. On Friday, I'm again told the van would be ready later that day. But wait! Dan "the expert" informed me that his technician stated they still need two additional parts! (Again, THESE ARE THE PARTS THAT WERE RESEARCHED, WHICH I ORDERED FROM WOODBRIDGE TOYOTA, and which Dan snootily rejected.) When I expressed my frustration about having to wait for another delivery, Dan stated, "Well, normally when we order a used window, it has all the parts with it." What? Wait a minute! Dan REJECTED my authentic Toyota parts (sans the window itself) "because they couldn't guarantee the quality or that they were the correct parts." And yet they're installing a USED window in my van!!! When I finally was granted the opportunity to retrieve my van a week later (Monday, June 29), I asked to speak to the manager, Javier. He came out of his office and I explained the fiasco and incompetence, including the condescending way our man Dan had addressed my concerns (and those of another customer, who came after me on Monday June 22.) Javier seemed to listen to me, but when I pointed out the hypocrisy of rejecting the accessory parts needed to complete the repair (which had been painstakingly researched) while ordering a "used window," Javier handed me the tired excuse of, "Well, that's what we have to do, because your insurance will only cover so much." I said, "Hold on, that's crap. You're using a used part to increase your profit margin. I'm not stupid." Javier said he would "look into it." And here's the icing on the cake: When I called today (July 7, just 8 days after meeting with Javier) to hear what he had found out, I was told Javier was on vacation for 2 weeks. I am deeply disappointed with the service at Caliber Collision. They did not repair my car correctly, leaving it with poor workmanship, misaligned body components, and unresolved functional defects. Even though they heavily advertise a "Limited Lifetime Warranty," they have completely failed to honor it or fix their mistakes. My car was rear ended and I was sent to Caliber by the other guys insurance company. Caliber did a poor job fixing the car, leaving adhesive slopped all over the liftgate. In addition, they made large scratches on the quarter panel. I left the vehicle another 3 days for them to clean up the sloppy job they did and fix the scratches they made on the paint. I picked up the car and everything looked good. That night I noticed something rolling around inside the liftgate. I brought my vehicle back a second time for them to fix their sloppy work. It took them another 3 days to tighten a bolt that fell between panels. Again, poor attention to detail. The man at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Their workmanship is horrible and they act like they are doing me a favor fixing the additional damage they caused. read more

I had my car towed to Caliber Collision on March 10, 2023. I didn't get it back until August 31, 2023. If I was told at the outset the repairs would take this long, that's one thing. But like other reviews posted, every estimate was wrong. On May 30, I was told a part was supposed to arrive on June 2. I didn't get notified until June 16. On July 10, I was told a dealer would need the car for one week. That turned into three. And when I finally got my car back, parts weren't properly installed, functions didn't work like they were supposed to, and there were big interior stains that look gross. When I contacted Caliber, I was told "we'll contact you when you can bring the car back"...even though it's clear that mistakes need to be fixed. read more

i got rear ended on my sienna 2008 silver van, it's old but it's properly maintained i brought it here at burke caliber collision where it was recommended by the other party insurance, i spoke with bryan the estimator and we agree upon the work needs to be done. the repair is fantastic very professional the dent and paint job is very well done that they even clean and vacuum the inside, it was so clean that they even clean my coins inside my cup holder, i collect spare change every time i go to store or any spare change in my pocket i put it there, but when i pick up my van the coins aren't there anymore, so i guess this is one thing they have to work on to earn the trust of a customer coz i wouldn't recommend that place coz of that issue... i was impressed of the work coz it was good but on little things like this i wouldn't recommend it no more. sorry read more

NEVER again! If you care about your car, DO NOT go to Caliber Collision in Burke. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because a 0-star review wasn't an option. We took 2 of our cars here, and they messed up both repairs, costing us more in re-repairing their mistake on one. Our 2018 Honda CRV: they completely missed a cracked part. When we pointed it out, they apologized and said they'd fix it right away. Instead of replacing the part, they melded the whole thing together. Their receptionists were so nice and the location was so close that we gave them another chance with our Chevy van: big mistake! They knocked out the keyhole (presumably because the mechanic got locked out), and they forgot to fix it. There was a big hole where the keyhole was and the custom trim was missing. To top it off, the car tires and guard were covered in mud. When I asked our rep, David, about the issues, he smiled and said he'd look into it and be back. He then walked into his open office and told his colleague that I was "some lady trying to scam them for free service." (WOW...WHAT?! Even the other customers waiting in the lobby turned to me with stunned looks.) They claimed that our van had a missing keyhole and was muddy before they started repairs. After we presented pictures to document and prove everything, David actually sent me doctored photos with false dates. It was such an unbelievable experience that even I was in denial at first. When issues escalated to upper management, Gary stepped in to apologize and said they would reimburse us for fixing the keyhole they knocked out. To date, all my emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. My last attempt was March 2019. This epitomizes their "quality" of customer service and gave me real insight into how they think about and treat their customers behind their backs. Unprofessional is a complete understatement. If you check out their detailed "good" reviews, a lot (if not most) of them tend to have issues or "hiccups" that the customer decided to overlook/forgive. This is by far the WORST auto shop period! Do not take your vehicle to this location if your insurance recommends it. My vehicle was here for over a month due to BS from the techs info on delayed parts, damaged parts or they messed up on ordering parts. On top of that they took my car to another shop with a mechanic who was not Honda certified or had any knowledge on my vehicle. They also maxed out my rental allowance and lied to my insurance. Everyone there is unprofessional, I literally argued with the adjuster there in the lobby in front of customers. The mechanics there have no knowledge of what they are doing! My car is still not fixed and since I already paid my deductible they told me there is nothing they can do now. I called today spoke with Calvin to see about coming in to have a look at my MDX passenger side, top corner door frame, bent out a little due to a locksmith (from a different company) damaging it, when they accessed our locked car. My insurance was covering everything. I swung over around 3:3Opm, Martin took a look and said he'll knock it out quickly for me and within 5 minutes my door frame was back to normal. What fast service and didn't even want to charge me anything (even though the insurance check was minuscule). AWESOME! Excellent service. Caliber collision saw me on time for my scheduled estimate. One of the sensors on the rear bumper of my Lexus was out of place. Kenny came out to at look at it. Right on the spot he got down on the ground and reached behind the bumper to see if he could snug it back into place. It worked! They've had my car for two months. I finally went to pick it up today and the hood was crooked and does not close properly. Clearly nobody inspected the car before they decided they were finished. We were told it was a "simple oversight". Now I still don't have my car and am very concerned about what other "simple oversights" may have occurred. They were clearly in no rush to repair my car, so I had hoped they were paying attention to every little detail and fixing my car properly. Hardly! I now have no trust in their workmanship, they do not care. I wish I had gone elsewhere but am now stuck with a car I will always worry is going to have issues. read more

You as a consumer have a right to take your vehicle to a quality body shop, not one pushed down your throat by your insurance carrier. Your carrier steers you to shops where they can get the repair done at very little cost to them. In exchange you get, less quality of a job, substandard work, work not done correctly, work billed for and never done which is insurance fraud. Very annoyed with Caliber and Geico, and you might as well throw in Enterprise. We are USAA customers, but a Geico customer caused the need for this repair. It seemed easiest to go to the fairly close Caliber, where my husband had previously taken other cars for repairs. Gieco kept us waiting on the repair for three weeks as their customer, who exchanged insurance information and took photos at the time of the incident failed to respond Geico's contact. I'm not pleased that: - OEM parts were not approved. - Caliber is polite but ineffective and not meeting deadlines - car wasn't ready when they said it was (their Saturday receptionist doesn't know to contact a supervisor) - Enterprise car has Bluetooth that is featureless - The rental car does not have Sirius XM - The rental does not have GPS This morning at 8:00 my husband went to pick up the car as he was informed late Friday afternoon that it was ready. The business was unlocked at 8:00AM (no one there) and the receptionist arrived at 8:15. The car was not ready but he surely could have found keys to another car. (Security issue?) You may think I'm fussy, but this accident was caused by a teenager driving a big truck who backed into my car at a gas station. I've been inconvenienced for a month. Terrible service. Avoid at any cost. I.have Geico and had to go there since they have their express service with them. This.is how it goes... I call Geico and tell them I have a fender bender and have to go out of town next week. Geico advices to go to caliber and tells me the work will start the same day if I go to another shop they will have to schedule an estimate and can only start work in 2 days. I get an appointment next day at 9:00am. I.dropped off the car the day before in the night drop. Next day morning I call the shop and young lady picks up the call. I state that I have dropped off the car for a 9:00 am appointment and to have them call me at 10:00 with the estimate and approximate time it will take to fix the car. I waited until 12:00 and still no call from them. Called back the lady said he is working on it called back at 2 and talked to the estimator and he tells me he will get to it in an hour. Mind you this is with me having an appointment at 9:00 in the morning. I get an.email at 4:30 with the estimate. I call back at 5:30 and he has left for the day and the lady tells me.that they will start on the car on Friday three days from then. I asked again how.long would it take we will order parts on Friday and then will start work whenever it comes. I used this body shop because they have a Geico express as well as an Enterprise car rental in house. At first they promise me my car will be fixed in four days but they kept extending it and blaming the delay due to parts. I keep getting text message everyday from them about the delay. It's absolutely annoying. They should have ordered all the parts all at once instead of one at a time. As the job progressed. I had to pay extra out of pocket for the extended car rental for two weeks as well. I will avoid coming to this facility at all cost. read more

I know COVID can delay a lot for my vehicle but 3 months almost going on 4??? Never calls when promised to give me updates on my vehicle but the only update they give is having to delay my cars finishing date. AT LEAST 3 times they have already delayed my finishing date and never informative on why that is. Also we don't hear about the delay unless we call ourselves to ask why we haven't receive a message about our vehicle being ready on the date they told us it would be ready. Then get an explanation about how they meant to call us the day before to let us know about the delay... mind you they delayed us at least 3 times already and never once have they called first to let us know about these updates. I'm just hoping to get my vehicle back and not have any problems after having it repaired here because seeing the other reviews and how uninformative and nonchalant the workers are on the phone, I fear of my vehicle coming out worse than how it was when it went in. In November '21, my son was in an accident (driver behind him didn't stop) and USAA approved the repairs by Caliber Collision. The first question from USAA & Caliber Collision was, "Is everyone OK?" Not, who was at fault, what's the damage, but asking about all the drivers and passengers involved. Caliber Collision was excellent to work with; they helped coordinate the Enterprise rental pick-up and drop-off. Caliber Collision kept me updated w/text messages and phone calls, and explained why the repairs might take longer than expected (supply chain issues w/Ram parts & COVID-19 related staffing issues). Given that we're all trying to get back to normal, I thought they did a great job at meeting their estimated delivery dates. For a cruddy situation, USAA, Enterprise, and Caliber Collision did a great job at helping to get everything back to normal. read more

The pros: 1- it was convenient to my home 2- Geico express location 3- They did reach out to me twice a week to give me updates 4- on the second repair that I had to go back for, they did complete it in an hour 5- overall, the people are nice enough The cons: 1- they took 4 weeks to fix my car. I thought that was a little excessive based on the repairs. 2- When I got my car back, the interior was completely covered in a white dust. I had to get my interior detailed to get rid of all the dust. There was also clear coat overspray on 3 of the windows. 3- The bumper popped off in 2 spots within 2 days of me getting the car back. They blamed it on "after market parts" and said they would order me a "real" Honda bumper. This didn't make me happy since they had my car for 4 weeks and I still had to go back. 4- So after they put on the supposed new bumber, which i'm not 100% convinced they replaced it, he brings me outside to show me that the bumper can easily pull off on both sides, but insisted that it's normal. Doubtful of this explanation, I went and looked at my neighbor's car (which is the same model as mine) and their bumper does not pull off and it's not a cheap flimsy piece of plastic like they have on my car which they claim is an actual Honda bumper. 4- Overall, the people who work there are nice and pleasant but professionalism doesn't seem to be high on the priority list. People are just too casual here. Inappropriate, personal conversations between employees within earshot of customers isn't good. I'd rather not know who is sleeping with who at this establishment. I would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to take your car. read more

Never deal with people from this auto shop based on their word, unless you want to set yourself up for disappointment and losses. Anything they promise to you get it in writing. Ask what happens if they don't keep their word. I recently had two cars with them, due to an unfortunate course of events that we weren't even responsible for. The first was promised back on 12/18/19 and was finally done in early January 2019, after one return for blatant quality repair that I signaled the day when I had to take the car back, after additional delays) - On December 25. The second car was eventually totaled, but the totaling verdict took one month to reach. Caliber offered a rental car for an undetermined time, then took back their verbal promise and charged me for a week of the duration of that rental. Use other services for fixing your car, until this shop and their director get their act together and their connection to truth restored. read more

These guys saved my bacon after my bumper popped off my aging 2002 Honda Accord. They assessed and were able to fix it on the spot, without upcharging me for additional repairs. I came in at 5 pm and was home by 5:45, after expecting that I would need to leave it there at least overnight. They do seem rather busy, so for other repairs it seems like calling them ahead of time and checking in on the vehicle before arrival is best practice. But I have to commend them for their honesty, speed, efficiency and friendliness. I think if you go in with the right attitude, you'll get the most convenient service on this side of the county. read more

I have had two very disappointing transactions at Caliber Collision. In each case, the initial estimate was "low balled" and subsequently increased by the shop significantly, to the point that the projected repair costs were close to the actual cash value of the cars. Most recently, when I said I would take my car back, and repair it elsewhere, I asked that it be ready the following day. I had to wait more than 40 minutes for the shop to just find the car keys. In addition, my car was still covered in grease pencil marks around the damages and Caliber Collision paperwork was strewn inside my car. I have a strong sense that once I decided to remove my car from its premises, Caliber Collision wanted nothing further to do with me. I will not use this facility center again. read more

I brought my car in because I had pulled the front bumper fascia loose backing out of a parking spot. I came by for an estimate without an appointment (which I didn't know was necessary). The service technician , Ari, was very welcoming and offered to take a look. After inspecting it, he asked to take it in the back to see what they could do. After waiting a few minutes, Ari returned with the car completely repaired at no charge! I've been driving for over thirty years and have never experienced anything like that. I don't post reviews unless service or a product is fabulous or awful. In this case, I have no words for how AWFUL Caliber Collision was. I brought my car in because I had some scrapes on the side that needed to be buffed out after being hit in a parking lot. In brief, here is what happened: 1- The car took a week to get fixed. What needed to be dealt with likely didn't take more than an hour. 2- When I went to grab the car, I went to look over where they were supposed to fix the scrapes and it looked like someone had drawn on the back side of the car with white crayon. I asked them to fix it and they had to get the buffer back out. This is the exact place they should have been looking to make sure it was finished before calling me. 3- When I got in the car, I noticed the door light was on. Come to find out the side door wouldn't open. AT ALL. How did they not notice this? Something was clearly broken. I had to leave the car with them AGAIN so they could fix it. This was Thursday. Friday morning they leave a voicemail saying the bands on the door are broken (by them) and they need to order new ones and that they've been ordered and I should have my car back by the end of the day. Friday at 6pm, no phone call. 4- Saturday I call and they say that "no one is here who can tell you what is going on with your car" despite the fact that they are open all day. I don't hear anything back until Monday. 5- I finally get my car back only to get home and realize the clock and radio don't work and have to go back...AGAIN. They fix that and I get home and find out the side door now won't open from the INSIDE. I drive back...AGAIN. In a nutshell, it took them 3+ weeks to fix some minor scrapes on my car and in the meantime broke the door and failed to do any type of quality control before getting my car back to me thus meaning I had to go back 3 additional times to get them to fix issues that weren't broken when I brought the car in. If I could give them zero stars I would. Go ANYWHERE else but here. read more
