I cannot emphasize enough how much how much i dislike this place. First they told me my car would take a couple weeks.. it did not take a couple weeks it was indeed 3 months. Not only that but the crew had LOST pieces to my car that were not damaged in my accident so they had to order more parts, which delayed my car another month. Also i had left a few things in my car including brand new soccer cleats, a bag, and a fast charger when i received my car back none of my things were in my car. After a week of my car being fixed my front fender had popped out and now i have to take it back. I do not recommend bringing your car to this location or you will be disappointed. the crew was definitely bullshitting & i got none of my stuff back ! read more

Caliber Collision is a 100% Top Notch establishment. The staff there are very professional and friendly. From setting up an appointment to dropping my car off and lastly to picking it up the entire process was seamless. After being introduced introduced to Adrian Hernandez (service advisor) I was asked by him if I needed a ride home or to pick up a rental. He explained what the steps would be in estimating the damage. I requested updates and like clockwork he called and advised me each time progress was being made toward the completion of my vehicle. After my accident this morning, he assisted me in navigating through the process reassuring me along the way that he was there for me. I set up a reservation with Hertz. They never showed. Blamed one department over another. Jacob reaches out to Enterprise. They not only put me in a car, but Jacob had his porter drive me there. Wow! So impressed with the service we received. First we took a car to them in December with an insurance claim, then this last week we took another car with private pay. Both times we received top notch service from Alex and Nancy. We receive daily texts letting us know the progress of the repairs. They worked with us very easily and quickly. I took my toyota to get repaired to front end. After a week and a half I got a call to pick it up, BUT it still needed a front wheel trim molding. The molding was ordered but due to covid things were running behind on orders at the dealer. I was told in a week, after a week I called and was told it came in but the dealer gave MY part to someone else. And it was reordered, to make the story short it's been three months and no part, I went by and was told "It will be in tomorrow. I even had State Farm insurance call to find out what the issue was, the told state farm " they are sending a person to the Toyota dealer to get the part tomorrow" sound familiar? That was two weeks ago. The part is on the repair list and has been paid for. Tomorrow I'll call State Farm again and then start a small claims case, this Caliber collision center is the worst, I DO NOT RECCOMEND TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.
