(If the owner reads this, I recommend you look at other options because if are providing third party your business and they're not taking your needs seriously, then it's making you [Caliber] look bad.) Heidi, the "service advisor" did an exceptional job communicating with me throughout the entire process and this is the only reason I'm giving this posting 5 stars. This posting doesn't not reflect the work done on the truck because it seemed there was always something going on with the service department or third party alignment that caused delays. Overall and despite the delays, I had a good experience and my truck looked good!

She sent a email containing estimates and notes stating to the insurance these exact issues she deemed were not related to the accident for example the abs and traction light had illuminated after being rear ended. when I called and inquired she denied everything regardless of emailed documentation when I told them I will pick up my vehicle it was returned with more my miles on it then when it was first dropped off It had 154,620 upon pick up it had 154,624 the truck still contained marks all over the from their inspection. The experience I had with this body shop was very unprofessional if a vehicle is sitting in the body shop and has not been taken apart or sent out anywhere how is it retuned with more miles then it had when it was towed to the shop but also how can you send emails claiming things are not related when you never sent the truck anywhere to be diagnosed the vehicle was dropped off 3/25/2026 at 8:00am I picked up the vehicle 3/26/2026 3:50 pm with my truck containing 4 extra miles on it how does that occur if a truck was just sitting at a shop and never went anywhere that's very suspicious activity if the vehicle never moved outside the shop

The "replaced doors" have major imperfections and the paint work is extremely poor. On top of it all, I received the car back in the dirtiest, dustiest possible conditions to the point where I needed to have it professionally detailed. They wouldn't even try as soon as the heard the age of the truck. One other place looked for parts but said they couldn't find any. Enter Clovis Collision/Clovis Auto Body! They looked for parts and FOUND them and agreed to do the repairs. They did the repairs quickly and kept us updated via text and phone. There was one hiccup where we had to bring it back for a fix but they took care of it the same day. They also worked well with our insurance. We are very grateful for Clovis Collision/Auto Body and their willingness and ability to fix my husband's favorite vehicle. :-) We highly recommend them.

It turned out that the damage was extensive and that the best option was to replace the engine, which wasn't worth the cost. What I appreciated most about All Access is that they were honest and up front about the extend of the damage and the cost of the repair and transparent about the fact that anything less would not be worth the cost - even though they could have taken apart my engine for $800 and then told me the same thing. They also allowed me to keep my broken car at their location for a week while I figured things out. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness, and if I lived in Fresno, they'd be my go-to for repairs!

Chris, I continued to poin out other little things that I would like to fix... at my expense of course. Chris responded with "why don't you just buy a new truck!". First of all its my truck I decide what I fix on it and second why would YOU! The Repair shop deny the customer the service? Idk where this guy's head is? When the truck was finally finished I was unable to pick it up before they closed so they offered to drop it off. Great! Thank you! I was happy to finally have my baby home. I drove it to show my wife the finalized job and was pulled over for no brake lights while on way. I called them and they sent someone to reconnect the light harness...thanks a-lot guys So that should have been a red flag, but i decided to take my 2006 bmw 330i to redo the haze on the headlights as well since the headlights on the Silverado came out good. But, when I went to inspect the work on the headlights I noticed that there was cracks in the headlights from them over sanding them. The rep... a diff guy/maybe the owner Andy I believe his name was, said..."I would talk to Chris about this so he can give you some sort of discount" I called Chris...this seems like good cop bad cop to me! But Chris says "someone else did that, not us" he went over the charges and said it was something like 228$ for the work and they did not remove the headlights they just taped off the engine bay and sanded and shot the clear he said they had headlights removed I know he was lying because they would have to remove the whole bumper to remove the headlights in this model. Chris tells me he can get me a headlight 1,000$ I was like really? I vowed to never return took my car and have been living with the damages and defects on both of the vehicles!

They are also honest and demonstrate great integrity when it comes to the actual work. The list of what they have done for us, includes, the damaged rear bumper of a 2011 Prius, another hit rear end of a 2014 Volt, and very recently, the damaged front bumper of our 2018 Model 3. Renewal's workmanship, professionalism, and customer service are incredibly amazing, fair, and friendly. They don't pretend to be friendly and nice - they all are actually very nice people. Apart from these work, Jessie and the team have helped me numerous times when I needed assistance on my 2000 Insight. Often I needed to force them to charge me for their service! These sort of humans are becoming rare to find and almost extinct. I am attaching a picture of the bumper of the Tesla afterwards with impeccable paint job. [I will briefly mention my opposite experience with another 'Tesla-approved body shop' when I reached out for their help on fixing a sensor issue after the same parking lot accident recently. Tesla Service center recommended this shop for insurance-covered service. This place was upset that I had taken the car elsewhere for the body work. The front desk lady told me that they pay the insurance company to ensure customers are directed toward them! Well, after I was told that they would have to replace airbags, all sensors, and seat belts which won't be approved by the insurance company, I chose to have Tesla take care of it for $186. It's just one electronic module that senses a seated person on the seat. I guess this would have been too small a job for them, but they could have been upfront about it...] Be careful while choosing a body shop - all that glitters is not gold...
