While already having a terrible month of a series of unfortunate events, the icing on the cake was a car accident that was completely the other person's fault. Dealing with getting my car fixed seemed like an overwhelming hassle, but I was recommended Caliber Collision by multiple people and now I see why. From the initial call to schedule bringing my car in, Margot who answered and helped me complete paperwork when I came in was so kind and helpful. The stress of figuring out a rental car completely went away, as she called Enterprise to pick me up when I dropped my car off, and I was able to leave the rental at Caliber Collision once my car was ready. Luis who inspected my car and walked me through everything was extremely helpful and communicative as well. He kept me informed through the whole process and made sure every tiny detail was addressed. My car looks pristine and they somehow gave it back to me in better condition than before the accident. Something that was so frustrating to deal with actually became a very smooth and seamless process with Caliber Collision. I could not recommend them and this location enough! read more

This is a long overdue review from my experience in October 2025. TLDR: save your time and money -- this place was an incredibly frustrating experience. I came here after a collision that damaged my right fender, bumper, and side mirror. What I wasn't clearly told upfront was that unless you specifically request OEM parts, they apparently default to aftermarket parts. I only discovered this after getting my car back. At first glance, everything looked okay, so I drove it home. But once I inspected it more closely, I noticed the fender, bumper, hood, and side door were all visibly misaligned. The panels clearly did not fit correctly. I brought the car back and informed them of the issue. My service advisor was Guillermo, and instead of acknowledging the obvious fitment problems, he tried to gaslight me that this was my fault. He pointed out minor scuff marks underneath the car and claimed they normally wouldn't fix issues like this because the misalignment was supposedly my fault. He implied I had somehow caused the improper fitment myself, but that they were "doing me a favor" by addressing it. I have photos of the underside of my car, and the marks were nothing more than minor surface scuffs. They attempted to "fix" the alignment, but the parts still didn't fit properly. I had to bring the car back again, at which point a manager became involved. To his credit, he was professional, responsive, and much more helpful. He approved OEM parts and followed up regularly until he apparently went on leave. After the OEM parts were installed, the fitment improved somewhat, but the panels still were not aligned correctly. Guillermo then sent me photos where he used the tip of a pen to "measure" the panel gaps as proof everything fit properly. I honestly couldn't believe that was being presented as a professional standard of measurement. He also told me that "no car, not even a brand new one, is perfectly aligned." While that may technically be true, there is a major difference between normal factory tolerances and visibly uneven panel gaps after collision repair. * The photos speak for themselves. The panel gaps around the hood, fender, bumper, and headlight were visibly uneven and inconsistent after the repair. In several areas, the bumper was not sitting flush with the surrounding panels, and the spacing changed noticeably from one section to another. After around the 4th adjustment, the car looked okay. And by that point I was sick of dealing with them and didn't pursue the repair further. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. A customer should not have to repeatedly return to correct obvious fitment issues after collision repairs and then be gaslit on multiple occasions. read more

Moe managed my vehicle repairs after being hit twice in the same 24-hour period, and went above and beyond to make sure the service was fast and my car came back clean and in mint condition. He called me at every step and helped me negotiate some work on the car seperate from what my insurance covered. I'm going back to him for all service needs, now. Having been in a hit and run accident was stressful enough so working with such a talented team gave me peace of mind at the end of the day. Took my car in recently after being side swiped on the freeway and they fixed my car so fast! Getting hit really sucked but Moe made everything so light and easy. He answered all my little questions that I had through out the week with a smile. My car looks brand new as if nothing ever happened! It was detailed. It made me so happy to see my car like that cause I was climbing over the center console on account of the accident wrecking my driver door. They worked directly with my insurance so I can't say enough how easy they made things.
