Took the truck back to them 3 times to repair the same issue: front bumper alignments and color matching issues. Their typical answer when you point out the problem area was "there is nothing we can do". Really?!! Brought the issue to their manager Michael Alexander and he promised to "try" to fix it. He "tried" twice and you can still tell from 30 yards away that the bumper alignments were off. Very disappointed with their quality of their work. Just be warned. Had my car towed her for repairs after an accident. After two very rude conversations with one of the staff members I took my vehicle to Wreck Effects and I am quite happy with their service. I brought my vehicle in and told them to go through my insurance, the rude employee was almost confrontational about the fact that once they go through one insurance they cannot change, and if I went through the other guys inaurance that I wouldn't have to pay the deductible, so I agreed. ANOTHER employee called later that day and told me that the insurance company hadn't allocated responsibility so It might take a few weeks to figure out, I said in no hurry can't drive due to surgery. A few days go by and the rude employee calls and tells me 5-6 times that I have to call the other insurace company, and I told him that I was told by my lawyer not to contact them, and someone else there told me this would take 2 weeks. He said he didn't have paperwork in front of him, and he was just calling to check on the vehicles in the lot, and still insited that I call the guilty party's insurance or switch back to my insurance. He had told me 2 days earlier thay wasn't an option once I chose one insurance company I had to stay with that one. Disorganized!!! read more

My experience concerned a minor insurance claim (State Farm). Barely noticeable dent/discoloration on the side, but I wanted it fixed. I've had this car for 6 years, and it has been everywhere with me. My car has been through a lot, more than the ding I brought it in for. A few days later, I got my car back looking like a certified pre-owned vehicle, outside and in. If it's quiet around the office, you can always talk recipes with these guys. Woody is vegetarian, but Nicholas isn't, so... it's fun! read more

I think that the customer service could be better. I showed up with my car to have an estimate, and I think I knew within 3 min that I would be looking for another shop to take my car. Not one person greeted me, and the lady that was doing my estimate did not seem to want to be there. I was rather disappointed, I read a lot of good reviews on yelp and felt very disappointed. It is stressful enough to have to get my car fixed especially with substandard customer service, the other shop I took my car to down the street was very transparent and I felt that they wanted my business. Update: I got my car back from the other shop, I was informed in a timely manner, they were courteous and got the job done in the specified time while making sure I had a rental car. Bottom line: My car looks great, take your car to a different Caliber Collision so you don't have to deal with Woody. Worst customer service. Woody was very rude from the very beginning, even before dropping my car off. He had the worst attitude every time we spoke. Before dropping off my car I had an appointment, when I came in he told me with a bad attitude I didn't have an appointment because my insurance didn't approve it yet. I called my insurance and they said it has been approved. I called back and spoke to someone else (very nice man) and told me he sees my appointment, there was just some miscommunication with the name on the appointment and the name of the policy holder (I completely understand the confusion, that could've been misunderstanding on both parts). During the process Woody called me back saying there was a wait on the repair because the supplement had not been approved for six days. I had called my insurance and they said that it was approved the day before, which I know is true because I received a copy of the supplement repair. I had called Woody back to tell him that the insurance already approved it and they will send you another email in case you didn't get it. With an attitude he told me that he didn't receive anything. On November 18 they told me my car will be done in nine days, on November 19 they told me my car was done and I told him that I couldn't pick up my car the same day (it was 4pm and I was at work so I couldn't make it before they closed) and I will try my best to pick it up the next day (Friday) I had work and nothing arranged because I was expecting the car to be done next week. He told me I had to pick it up Friday because they're closed Saturday and Sunday and "they aren't storage". After picking up my car Woody asks for us to leave a good review however I decided not to leave a review because I have nothing nice to say. I have now had my car back for two weeks and I had a missed call from Woody, I called him back and the first thing says is "I'm gonna need that $1000". I'm confused because I had already paid my deductible when I picked up my car, he told me my insurance sent me a check for $1141 and he needs that because it shows that I cashed it out. When I had picked up my car he told me he would keep that check because he "didn't want another check floating around", he then starts to remember taking the check from me so he loses the attitude and said he will call me back. He definitely could've approached every situation in a different way. The last call I got from him he could've asked if I know what happened to the check, or if I did cash it out. And said the first thing he says to me is "I'm going to need that thousand dollars". Definitely not how you should talk to your customers before OR after asking them to leave you a good review. read more

Called to bring my mom's 2017 BMW in for an estimate and work. Didn't want to go through insurance so they told me to go somewhere else... When did a cash payer get relegated below insurance? Unless your insurance agent directs you to use them, my recommendation is to find someplace else that appreciates their customers vs the insurance companies. Never responded to my online inquiries so I called. Only reason for 2 stars (otherwise would have been 1) is because the representative I spoke with was transparent that they really are a body shop for insurance companies. read more

I found this place on yelp and went to get an estimate before decided on going through insurance. They happen to be on the list from the insurance company , so I decided to get my work done there. My entire passenger side had to be replaced and they told me it would be about 12 working days... it only took them 7 working days! The work is beautiful. My car looks brand new. I have a love-hate relationship with body shops. I hope to never have to go there again in my life BUT if I have to go somewhere, this is the place. Caliber on Arapahoe is really that good. They are worth driving across town for. These guys are 100% trustworthy and all about quality. Why would I take the time to write a review about a body shop? WTF? Two words: Ken Scott. I have never been treated so well. Ken's whole deal is to get you behind the wheel again quickly; he's not about making money for Caliber. Extra service is standard with this guy. On Ken's watch nothing leaves the shop until it's perfect because he personally crawls around and under your car and checks. Caliber Collision was selected following a minor encounter with flying debris on the freeway, resulting in minor damage to front bumper. Customer service was exceptional throughout. Each of the five people I interacted with conducted themselves in a professional manner and were among the most courteous I've ever met. Particularly Edwynn. Shop manager was also great. He made a point to ensure I was completely satisfied before I left with my car. This shop is very busy. Anticipate that each of the two appointments may be a couple weeks apart. Price was spot on with the estimate. They had my car 1 day longer than anticipated as the result of a slight color mismatch which was only noticeable in direct sunlight. They acknowledged the mistake without the slightest hint of attitude or even discouragement, and re-painted it at no charge. They buffed out some unrelated scuffs and detailed the interior as well, also at no charge. Even though I received my car at the end of last week, I waited to post this review until I could examine the work over the weekend in all conditions, levels of sunlight, etc. END RESULT: I can't find fault with their work. Paint matches great and it looks brand new. More importantly, it *feels* new. It's easy to feel less enamored with your new(er) vehicle once it gets into a collision, at least for me. But, Caliber prevented that from happening. So, these are the factors that go into the 5-start rating, despite having made a minor mistake and having my car one extra day. I recently bought a Black Jeep Willys and after four days someone hit it. So Caliber was highly recommended. They were booked and weather related issues, but everyone there understood. When I took it in and they finished it in two days. When I saw it for the first time I could not tell. They not only matched it, but it didn't look like it was ever hit. This location which is in Kia is by far the best I've been to. I'm glad I chose them and I'm extremely satisfied. They are a family and I appreciated the high quality of service. Everyone I met was happy to be there and willing to help you. Sadly my Jeep was totaled in a accident. They asked me where to take it and I insisted to Caliber. The whole team offered hugs and said there were sad to see it, but happy to know I was alive. They even asked if I needed any assistance with removing my aftermarket parts. I will honestly say I never thought we still had amazing people out there who care. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be taken care of like family. The pricing was fair and the quality of work was above high quality. I'm going to have them paint two of my other cars. They definitely earned my business and trust. Long story short as short as possible. I drive Lyft and Uber. I was logged into Lyft at the time of the accident but no passenger. I have StateFarm and I have the TNC endorsement. So I took my car to this establishment and all was fine, right up to the part were they check the car. The guy "woody" walks to the vehicle and sees the Lyft and Uber stickers and immediately becomes rude and disgruntled about the fact that Lyft or Uber are involved. He says he has to call and verify that I'm covered. I told him that I am and my wife (A statefarm team member) also said it's been verified. So I asked why he had to verify anything and what needs to be verified. Instead of explaining what he was doing he became even more rude and now aggressive about the fact I drive for Lyft and Uber and how that to him is a "huge" red flag. He was rude to my wife with me next and asked her well are you claims or just an agent. I stood my ground to this larger and now aggressive "chad" and told him to go and make the verification he needed to make and that we were very busy and that my wife needed to return to work. His response was "we are all busy" so I told him again that's why he should go make his verification call. But instead he started to ask me over and over if I was ok and if he could go do his job now. Only making it worse was his taunting remarks. He went made his phone call and came back saying "it's verified you are good, and he then said statefarm would be calling me". State Farm calls me and tells me that he didn't like my attitude and that he is turning away our business because of me. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is a highly unprofessional environment and I'm confident in saying the carelessness with which they conduct business must be a top-down issue. I stopped in about 2 months ago to get a simple part replaced on my car - after being forgotten about twice (two separate employees - one of whom lost the part altogether and then mysteriously disappeared, the other being Ken who promised me he'd make the situation right & then blew it without so much as an apology), I finally got it done elsewhere within a week. Basically, if you get anything done here, prepare to babysit a bunch of 40+ year old men who can't be trusted to stay organized & on task without constant check-ins. read more
