I had multiple scratches on my 22 Ford Fusion, my fromt bumper was dispatching, my front head light was foggy, and my rear back up light was out. Jacob took the initiative to make all repairs to my car with excellent customer service kindness and care for my car. This is how a business should be run. I have worked with Caliber Collision multiple times, but their excellent customer service this time reminded me I should post a review. My service advisor knew I was paying for my rental, so prioritized my car to minimize the cost to me. The car was ready, and then a technician made a mistake that needed to be corrected. He paid for the extra days of my rental, even though I would have been none the wiser if they told me it just wasn't ready yet. Honest people that do good work are hard to find in the car repair business. Especially given other experiences I've had (ahem, reference my review of One Toyota of Oakland ), this was so refreshing. The service we received was above and beyond anything we expected. Although there were several Caliber shops to choose from, we chose the Hayward location because it had slightly better reviews than other nearby Caliber shops, and we're so glad we did! Our bumper was damaged from a fender-bender. We also had a deep dent from a previous hit-and-run that had been an eyesore for us for a couple of years. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. We felt totally taken care of by staff - from the front desk, to our service provider (Victor) and management (Edgar). Location The location was welcoming, clean and comfortable. There was popcorn, beverages and a movie playing while we waited for our service provider. We really appreciated the "extras" at the location and the wait times weren't long at all. Communication They were communicative with us, giving us regular updates as to what work was being done and when our van would be ready. They answered any questions we had promptly, and were very responsive. Customer Service We needed a rental car and didn't even have to contact the rental place! The Caliber staff did it for us and we were pretty much picked up by Enterprise shortly after to sign paperwork. The Caliber staff made a point to show us that they care about the quality of service they put out and how important it is to them that their customers are completely satisfied. Work Quality When the work on our van was completed we were ecstatic to see that our bumper looked brand new. They didn't do the bare minimum. They went the extra mile for us at no cost to us and we are truly appreciative! Overall We couldn't be any happier with the quality of service and workmanship they provided. We have gone to other body shops in the past but none of them exceeded our expectations like Caliber has. read more

Amazing atmosphere and an amazing team. This team shows that they care, and value their customers very much! Their repair service on my car got done earlier than we were expecting! When I brought in my car I was a little upset having been in an accident, but the cheerful staff made my day all the much more better. They even gave me an uber ride to my house and I have high appreciation for them because I didn't have a rental car service planned out. A previous shop that I had gone to repaired my rear bumper but there was a connection missing, so I inquired about how much it would be to have it repaired alongside my main repair, and they said they'd do it as a customer appreciation! I brought my car here not to long ago and I left my stuff thinking I would get my car back then later they called me saying my car wasn't be able to be fixed and had to pick up my stuff, I lost my tools, air pressure, and new tool bits, and I told them I had more stuff and they told me if I wanted to review the camera for the person who was taking stuff out of my car they had to put my insurance money on hold. I brought my car in for repairs after it was rear-ended and Victor was my service advisor. Initially the car was going to take longer than a week to get repaired but Victor was able to expedite it and it was finished the same week I dropped my car off. I really appreciated it since I was having trouble getting a rental car from the insurance provider. Their team or their subcontractor installed a catalytic converter that failed within a very few months. Now I cannot pass smog, and cannot legally commute. It's interesting that I cannot find an email address for Caliber on Teagarden. An email to Caliber would leave a paper trail and, dear me, we cannot possibly have THAT, can we? No we cannot, my precious. It almost makes you wonder if the difficulty in finding an email address is deliberate. Why don't I call? Because I've already been ignored several times. I took my car here to fix my rear bumper because of an accident. They fixed it in 3 days and returned my car on time. After picking up the car I noticed the driver side door rattle when I closed the door. I reported to Victor Campos about this issue and he asked me to bring the car for inspection. Well I don't know where to begin. . . . . . First of all I need and want to give a great big thank you to Ross, Star, Christy, Milton and Manny and everyone else at Caliber of Hayward for helping me every step of the way in getting my beautiful Suburban back on the road in record time. I will never go anywhere else for any automotive repair needs. From start to finish--I dropped my Suburban off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. As soon as the San Ramon location called(because they were too short staffed to help)Hayward--I was met with open arms to take care of my repair. The staff is friendly--offered me coffee right away. Any employee that came through the customer waiting area greeted me and had a wonderful smile to share. I simply cannot say enough on nice the staff is, how well organized and clean the facility is, and just a terrific company to do business with.
