From when I came in, he did not hesitate by jumping into my questions giving me additional information that ended up helping me even further but he's hospitality was unquestionable best service I've had in a very long time. He was extremely patient with gathering options for me and I'm not usually a person to review and I had to for this gentleman I mean 10 out of 10 I would go back just to have his expertise. read more

Update,, Joel the manager reached out to me and expressed that he wanted to fix the situation with my crooked step pad. He told me to give the paint 2 weeks to dry and then return. Not only did they take my car back right away when I returned, but they also corrected the alignment of the step pad to where it was even on both sides. I appreciate Joel and his business sense to make the customer happy by making things right. read more

If their business was to provide excuses - they would be the biggest FIVE-STAR winner in town!!! Unfortunately, their job is to fix cars and all you get are excuses of why everything is someone else's fault... - Sorry, the girl at the front didn't know what she was doing. - We ordered the parts but the company sent the wrong parts. - The parts arrived, but one piece was broken. - Our internet was down Thursday and Friday so we couldn't order the parts until Tuesday. - The parts were shipped on time but the delivery company lost them. - Our systems are having problems, that's why you didn't receive our texts. The customer gets one contact from the company and if he isn't there when you call - nobody else can help you. And, as I'm sure you already guessed, my contact was never there and never returned my calls... or maybe the phone service was down! Hopefully I never have to use a company like this again - but if I do, I will not use Caliber Collision. read more

Taking an EST. 3 Weeks just to fix a bumper. Week 2 and they haven't even started. Ordered cheap parts to fix my car instead of the ones requested which would void warranty. When asked since they didn't start can I take it to a different location, I was told I'd have to pay for work which they stated themselves to not have started. Crooks. No car for nearly a month for just a simple bumper repair. Save yourself the time, stress, and headache and just take your car elsewhere. This place isn't worth it. read more

Repaired car in timely fashion and took care of dealing with insurance company. When I initially came to pick up the car, there was a problem with the paint, which they took care of immediately. Had to come back twice- once because front right headlamp was not reconnected properly, and a second time because the float from the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was missing. They dealt with each problem promptly, but it was kind of a hassle to bring the car back. read more

I had high hopes for this location due to the good Google reviews. That is where my hopes ended. I visited today to obtain an estimate for minor paints scratches throughout the body surface of my vehicle. The estimator, who never introduced himself, said that he could give me an estimate. We walked outside to the front where I parked my car and I pointed to the cosmetic concerns. He verbalized generic number figures and spoke in a demeaning manor. I asked if I needed to make an appointment in order to get a written estimate of charges to which his reply was "Are you going to show someone?". He said that I could stay and wait until they got to me. This entire encounter was a waste of time and they must have plenty of business. I left and will not be returning. read more

Lam and Freddy took care of my every need and explaining everything through the process. There were no surprises, and quality parts were used. I walked in without an appointment hoping for an estimate, and they got very cold at me for doing so, like, "How dare I show up without an appointment". At first they wouldn't even entertain a conversation with me, until I mentioned I was referred to them by USAA, and that I would let them (USAA) know, after which they (Caliber Collision) tried to appease me by saying they would take some pictures, and email me an estimate later that day. That was okay with me. To make a long story short, there were more minor snaffus that I was willing put up with, but when I tried to accept their estimate and asked to schedule an appointment to do the repairs, I was informed they didn't work on BMW's (despite having them looked at and talked about my car for several minutes, and wrote an estimate). They knew it was a BMW they whole time, never said a word. They just didn't like that I walked in without an appointment. I can understand needing an appointment to start work, but because I didn't know I had to call ahead and schedule, and kiss whatever behinds needed just to be their customer, they saw fit to waste my time. BE PREPARED! IF YOU DON'T KISS THEIR BEHINDS (Caliber Collision), these people do not want you as a customer. read more

After the tires were stolen off my husband's car, our insurance suggested we bring the vehicle to Caliber South Loop to have the undercarriage and brakes checked for damage. I live 8 miles away and Caliber had an employee drop me off at home while they worked on the vehicle. They did an amazing job and offered to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I spent little time in their office but it was clean and everyone was very friendly. I'd give this location no stars if I could. Complete was of time. Came in last week to see if I could get a repair quote but was told the only available date was 7 days from the day I went in. Got my appointment set up and went on my way. Today, I walked in ready to get the ball rolling on getting my vehicle fixed. Came in 30min early and started to fill out the Information Form. As I'm filling out the form, the front desk lady asks what vehicle I'm bringing. After telling her it was a Mercedes, NOW she decides to inform me that the shop was not Mercedes certified, they can't do the repairs, can't give me a quote, and that I would have to call a different location and set up an appointment with them. Nice to know I wasted a whole week waiting for this quote, left work early to beat Houston traffic and make it on time, to just get told they can't do anything. Didn't even offer to help me out for wasting a whole week on waiting for them, whenever I could of probably gotten my quote done already. Just gave me a sticky note with the other shop's info and looked the other way. read more

I had damaged the side view mirror and window on a car I had borrowed and was anxious to get it fixed quickly. I just showed up at Caliber Collision without an appointment. Lam Vu took my car into the garage and was back in less than 10 minutes. He had fixed it that fast. This guy is amazing. Customer service like this is very rare and I really appreciate it. From the first phone call I was impressed, they sounded sharp and on top of it. They worked closely with State Farm and a local Hertz so that everything was seamless and easy.
