We ended up at CC through our insurance after a fender bender because they were one of the in-network service providers. What we thought would take just a few days, ended up taking a little longer than expected, but Brandon and Alex kept us updated every step of the way, making the process smooth and seamless. This comment that was made made me feel confident in their work, effort, and integrity: "We won't release the car to you until we know that it's 100% right." And I appreciate them for that, being a family of 6, with 4 small children, safety is a major priority for us! They went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were done right and that we were satisfied with our experience. I would recommend this particular location, as I don't have experience with the other locations, because of their integrity, work, and communication! I you have an older car they will not even give you the courtesy of calling you back to let you know they will not deal with you. This was the closest reputable location the insurance provided me.. I see their lack to detail in customers might reflect on the quality of people and work I don't want to deal with. read more

I am APPALLED!!! Went to pick up my vehicle and left with nothing. Why? Because the job that was done was horrid. Weird indents where there should be smooth lines/corners. A careless paint job. Almost looked like bubbles the guy said it was due to rock dents that the insurance wouldn't cover so they just painted over them (didn't sound right but I guess) When I pointed all of this out I got no explanation, no apology I was just asked to leave it AGAIN for repairs with a 2 days expectation. After it's been at their facility for over 10 days already .... Not the first time I use them but definitely my last! I would stay as far away as possible from here. Images for reference... but i promise it looks worse in person. It took 2.5 days to be returned to me and my vehicle now actually looks finished but the entire experience was poor, when I picked up my vehicle Brandon didn't even say a word to me just parked it outside and let me have a look at it and went to wait inside until I was done. Once I was done he came outside gave me my key and that was that. Still no apology etc. I did get progress calls from their General manager and he did extend an apology. Still don't know why I got the careless service I did but my vehicle is now fixed. I still would not recommend anyone come here tho. read more

Recently got my car back with still bent upper links, a brake fluid leak and connectors unplug. Do people not quality check the vehicles before release? It's honestly astonishing the crappy quality they've done. When I called the next day, I was greeted with an attitude and a sense of dismissal. Clearly I wouldn't be concerned over safety issues and bent parts. Completed wrong, it felt like once the vehicle was out of their possession there was no opportunity to bring me back in to make it right. I ended up taking it to a shop to get it done right because i would much rather pay them then to deal with this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE GO TO THIS CALIBER COLLISION! My husband, Christian Prado, took our car to have body work done. They give us a call that it's ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, my husband notices the side view mirror is not repaired. The workers say my husband didn't mention that it needed to be repaired. So they take a closer look at our report and discover that he did mention it and they needed to fix it. They say to bring it back another day so they can repair it. When my husband enters the car, he notices a humid, mildewy smell. He comes home and tells me to look at the repairs that were done. I ask him if he checked the trunk. He says no and opens it up. We discovered our trunk was wet and covered in mold/mildew. (It had been raining/flooding while our car was in their care) There was also a crumpled up paper towel with green mold on it as if someone tried to clean it up. So my husband calls and they say to bring the car back tomorrow to assess the problem. He arrives and they basically shrug him off by saying they didn't open the trunk at all. He notices on their paperwork that they uninstalled the rear bumper meaning they had to open it. So he caught them in their lie and calls them out on it. So they finally assess the damage, and they agree to clean it up. A little while later, they come to my husband saying that upon further inspection, there was previous damage to the bumper and that's why water got in. Basically saying it wasn't their fault and they can now do nothing about it. My husband agreed that we had the minor damage on the rear bumper for about 2 years now. They told him that damage had caused a little gap under the trunk door. But in the span of 2 years our trunk has never gotten rain water in it, despite all the rain/flooding that happens in Houston. My husband tells them that and they're still saying it's not their fault. They lifted up the carpets in the trunk and there was puddles of water underneath. They recommended I throw the carpets away because they were too badly damaged. My husband agreed and they threw them away at their shop. They even sprayed mold killer all over my trunk. They demonstrated to my husband by taking a hose and spraying it up into that gap and of course water got in. But it was a few drops at most, not puddles. But beside that, obviously, RAIN CAN'T GO UP AND INTO A TRUNK. They either left our trunk open in the rain or let it flood and don't wanna tell us. My husband leaves but is still not convinced. So he returns the same day. And is met by the manager, CAS SIMON, who claims to be "a very busy man". As if he doesn't have time to talk to my husband. As if my husband, didn't miss a whole day of work to go deal with their mistake. Anyway, my husband argues with these people for hours and they still refuse to accept responsibility. They refer him to a detail shop. He goes to that detail shop to get an estimate. The workers and the manager of the detail shop agree that there's no way the water damage could have been caused by that small gap in the trunk. They also mention that the smell in the cab of the car is caused by water damage too. They give him an estimate of $1000-$1500. They advise him to call his insurance. We did and had to make a claim. Now we're waiting to see if they'll cover the cost of the damage. Hopefully, they'll provide a rental too because this is our only vehicle and my husband has to work. He risked his health to drive it to work today. We also have a toddler and an infant and we refuse to drive them around in our car in that condition. If our insurance can't cover it, we'll be getting a lawyer because we refuse to pay out of pocket for the mistake of Caliber Collision. We trusted them with our vehicle and they left it in worse condition than ever. It is unsafe to be in our vehicle now due to the mold. I'm not even upset about the water damage. I'm upset about the lack of accountability and lack of customer service here. read more

Great experience, great customer service. I went in with no appointment just looking for an estimate to remove some paint I added by hitting the garage wall (yes a woman driver) anyway.. the Manager came out to do an estimate because everyone else was busy. He fix my problem immediately, I was taken care of and back home in 20 minutes. I've been to a previous caliber collision(not this location) and they were Amazing. this one however, is not good at all! they took waaayy longer to fix my car, kept pushing the dates back and having me to continuously extend my rental for a fee and eventually max out my rental days. when I dropped off my car for fixing the must didn't do a full inspection and my under cage on my car came off during the accident. I told insurance company but I guess they didn't tell them. then I called personally to let them know about it and to inform them it was in my trunk-it was still in my truck when I got the car back. the under cage was never fixed or replaced and when I told them about it the tried to sucker me into not reporting to my insurance that they didn't fix it, but instead gave me new rims-that I didn't ask for or report to try to replace & that was on there part as a "favor" I dint ask for. then they told me they would order one out their pocket cause it was inexpensive but when they supposedly did it was on back order for a month. I gave them a month and a half. they never called back and when I called they said they would check to see if it's in and call back, they never did !!! this is by far the worst caliber collision I've been too so I'd advise going to the LIBERTY LAKES LOCATION they really take care of you there! read more

Pick this repair shop for my collision repair based off other online reviews. They provided fantastic service. Repairs were completed quickly with no issues even buffed out a couple of scratches on other areas of my truck that had nothing to do with the claim. Greatly appreciated. They are a Geico certified repair center and I would definitely use again. I have had prior experience with service king and a dealer collision repair. Honestly they sucked!
