Absolutely horrible customer service. A close friend has been dealing with this company for over a month, promised to be called over and over after they called her and told her the company damaged her vehicle on the tow truck to the point it damaged the frame and the vehicle would be totaled. This has been well over two weeks ago now at this point. Have refused to help with a rental. Zero communication from them unless she forces it. Just as an outsider looking in I would NEVER do business with this company especially this location. Their staff is clearly careless and they want to now backtrack and say none of that was said even though there are MULTIPLE witnesses. All meanwhile she has no transportation to work and is having to still make payments on a vehicle that caliber damaged and total due to the carelessness of their employees. read more

I dropped off my car, thinking it was damage from something hitting my car, like a cart hitting it hard, without the person telling me. As soon as Brian looked at it he could tell it was previous work failing. (I had taken it to a different Caliber about a year ago.) I even received a call from this location's general manager explaining what had happened and that the work was guaranteed for life. My RAV4 was fixed under warranty and rental car provided! Brian updated me through texts along the way, so I always knew what was happening. This shop is honest and has great customer service! My experience here, from the moment I walked in and was greeted, until I drove away, car like new, was top notch! BTW, I was told the technician at the other store that did the original, failed work no longer works for any Caliber Collision. read more

My husband and I have used Caliber Collision a few times. They are friendly, professional , helpful and reasonable! We will definitely use them for any auto body needs!! On my way home from Michigan I ran over a large piece of a blown tire from a semi. Immediately my car sounded like I was dragging tin cans. I stopped in and they were so gracious to take a look! Fortunately there wasn't as much damage as I feared. They were able to fix it in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision and will use them again! read more

Progressive towed my 2005 Maxima to Caliber. They did barely enough estimate to total the car, removing unnecessary pieces from the car. We made them put the bumper cover back on, but they spent little time with it, and many of the fasteners are missing. The inner fender well is missing, as well as the side skirt, and NOTHING was inspected under these covers. This is the worst BS I've ever seen in my years as a mechanic. I hope they're ready to go to small claims over this one. read more

I took my car into Caliber because my insurance company recommended them. The paint job was excellent, although they returned my car to me with rubbing compound all over the wheel and tire. Had to clean up myself. When I got into the back seat I found the bumper reinforcement laying in the back seat floorboard. I took my car back to them the next day. They told me that they had to take the front bumper loose in order to put the reinforcement part back in. I drove my car home again and this time I noticed that the fender was not lined up correctly. Took the car back a second time and this time I was not at all happy. I had to make an appointment for a third trip to them to get the fender lined up correctly. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Caliber Collison again. read more

I will not be giving this location my business and would not recommend it to others. I went in this morning for an estimate and was treated as though I was wasting Jeff's time. After waiting almost 10 minutes for my scheduled estimate I maybe spent 3 minutes with him. He took a few pictures of my car and said an estimate would be emailed to me. When I received the said estimate he didn't even bother to include a message with it. No thanks for coming, let me know if you have any questions, or give us a call when you're ready to schedule. I was totally made to feel as though I was not important enough for his time or business today. If I'm going to give a business hundreds of dollars to fix my vehicle, the least thing they can do is provide basic customer service. read more

I DO NOT recommend this place at all! Total fiasco! My car was damaged in a hit and run in December. My insurance company (Progressive) instructed me to take my car to this location. Between Caliber and the insurance company it was a terrible experience! There was no communication. I was NEVER contacted by anyone about the status of my car. I found out after the fact that I was actually told to drop the car off before they were even ready to work on it. All in all I was without a car for 12 days. I was actually hung up on by someone there named Forrest. At one point I was told by Caliber that my door (the damaged one) could not be re-attached b/c the hinges were twisted. But miraculously, less than an hour later, I was told the door was back on. Very shady operation!!! read more

My car was rear-ended and this was the company my insurance sent me to for estimate, the lady at the desk was very polite, I was running late and she said it's okay, they will see you. Well the person (Tony) who supposed to see me had a MD appt so instead they send had another person (Erik the Viking) to my CRV for the estimate, this person wasn't polite, no people skills. As he came out to my CRV, I was putting my gloves on, and he said " can you close the door, I need to take some pictures" not please or hi Sir, we would like to take some pictures, if you would exit your CRV, I would like to proceed. I mentioned to him I was trying to get out my CRV as he was approaching, I just hope the rest of my service at this shop will be better than this. He tried as he finish the pictures to be caring, by saying "are you hurt" and I wonder do you really care or is this just a veneer gesture. As I said, I hope he doesn't represent Caliber Collision as a whole, if so, I rather go elsewhere. read more

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Cailbar Collision. I notice when I picked my car up that my time was different and they changed my set stations. I didn't think anything of it. I picked my car up on a Friday afternoon, by the way. I wanted to use my remote control starter Monday, it didn't work. Every since then my remote control does not work properly. The light on my dash broad works when it wants. I made an appointment to have it looked at. I talked to a service advisor, who gave me a terrible excuse. Stated I had to talk to my insurance before they can take a look. Also, that they didn't touch the engine. Now I have to go through loops and hurdles to get them to fix it. They were scheduled to have my car a couple more weeks. I wouldn't have a problem with them having it a couple more weeks, to make sure my car was fixed correctly. I turned my car in on Dec. 30, 2022 and picked it up on Jan. 27, 2023. It was scheduled to be completed on Feb. 27, 2023. Now I have take time out of my schedule because they did something wrong. On top of that, they didn't paint the door handle to make the rest of the door. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I would give them 0 stars read more

I recently had a small ($370) repair done at this Caliber location. Everything about the work was perfect and I was treated with courtesy. The service writer took me through a couple options that had to be looked at and I was dropped off at my home. When the car was ready - on time - they came and picked me up. I will say that since this review was posted, the new management has reached out and attempted to rectify the situation. By that time id already sold the car because it wasn't performing anywhere near the way it did before I took it there. I've bumped up the rating a star because they're clearly trying but the fact that they contract out the work anyway just doesn't sit right. One place for this, another place for that, and another for the third. Just skip the middle man and take it somewhere that the person doing the work is the person that shakes your hand, takes your keys, and tells you that everything will be alright. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did not choose this collision center it's where my insurance company sent it to, must be because it was cheap, and that's was the kind of workman ship I got as well. I had a 2016 Dodge Ram that has been lifted and some custom parts on it. They sent it to an alignment shop to have it aligned and it took the 2 business 2 weeks to figure out how to align it with the custom lift kit. They sent it to another company to have the window retinted and they scratched the window in that process. They went thru 2 sets of fender flairs because they couldn't install them correctly. After them having the truck for 2 months it was returned to me with the fender flares not installed right and starched paint and had to take the truck back to them again to fix their mistakes. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Took it back for them to fix the fender flares again and they sent it back to me again with the fender flare not installed right. Needless to say I just fixed them myself since I was the one that installed the first pair, was tired of messing with them. Also the truck came back with more mistakes, it came back with two more scratches on it cause they scratched it while it was back in their shop that they didn't notice. They left the masking tape on the truck, and returned it that way. Then when I took it back for them to buff out the scratch they put on it, they told me they was busy that I would have to come back another day. I didn't come back another day I buffed it out myself I would never recommend this shop to anyone worse place I have ever seen!!! read more

Biggest issue was they forgot to refill my radiator and it over heated twice on the way home. I took it to Ray Skillman for them to check it out as I did not know what the true issue was at the time. It cost me $100.00 to do a refill and pressure test. 2nd issue was my truck had 6 completed dates only to keep getting postponed. read more

Unfortunately I've had to use Caliber for accident repairs a couple times recently due to my own accidents. Fortunately, Tylor Dillman and the rest of the crew at Caliber made all traces of my past transgressions disappear with their top notch repairs. They handle the process professionally and swiftly, getting me back behind the wheel of my ride in no time at all. I took my car there when I got into my car accident and barely kept in contact with us. I didn't get my car back until 3 months later. Took my car back because they didn't fix my rim and said they would contact me when the tire came in and they estimated a week. I called 3 times to talk to Erik because I haven't heard anything about my rim, keep in mind that it has been 2 weeks and a half, and eventually had to come in in order to talk to him and to find out my rim had been there for a couple days and Eriks excuse was that "I don't work in parts". If I could give no stars and save people the head ache from this location I surely would. They got my vehicle Dec 1. They have poor customer service and kept placing all the blame in covide which half of it was poor communication. I started working with someone then the guy quit shortly after. Calling in the lady I happened to get each time was rude so I was rude right back. I went in one day to see my car Karen and Ryan were very rude and had no clue where my car was. Luckily I had spare key and UVO I could see the location of my vehicle and when they would move it to work on it. Eric took over my vehicle and he would call every other morning at a unrealistic hour before 8am every other day with pointless reason to call since nothing had changed. Months later I get my vehicle back and it was rushed and sloppy but together. I let Eric know and talked to Dan about switching my car to a different Calbor since I did not trust them again with my vehicle. This is my experience and I would say skip this location and go to the Fishers store which by far was a better experience. read more

Awful place and lied to me several times during the process it got so bad I was begging progressive to take my car to another shop. My car still has issues. I spoke to the person in charge named Tyler and was lied to that my car was being worked on and going to paint but when I showed up to get my garage door opener I found my car in the same spot as the tow in. I took photos and when I spoke to another person named Nancy she informed my car hadn't made it in for tear down yet?? So how was it in paint then the next day I spoke again with Tyler and again he lied so I drove back over after work to find it in the same spot as before and still no work done so I again took photos and sent them to the corporate with no response. They offered me a $50 carwash card to make up for this but that doesn't cover any of the problems I have read more

I had to take my car in for an insurance claim and was taken care of in a very timely manner. My car was done and completed in a few short days and came out flawless.
