If I had the choice of giving 0 stars I would've done it. I had the worst experience I could've ever had. I took my vehicle to this caliber collision in Laguna Niguel to get my car fix from a small collision I had on my side fender. they took the car for 3 days just to give me an estimate that I never got. Also I never got a call or an email, nothing from the service advisor named Stephan Nissen, that sadly was taking care of my vehicle. Super unprofessional from him I had to call him to get some information about my car because otherwise he wouldn't have gave it to me. When I go this morning to pick up my car they tell me they were unavailable to fix my car for some random excuses they had. When I receive my car back I see the bumper being all damaged and broken from the job they have done by taking it out and putting it back on. When I mention it to them they try to go against my word and say the damages were already there and that they did all they could. And doing all they could would be putting your parts back no matter how they look and no matter how much they have broke. I have pictures of how my car's looked before I took it to this shop at Laguna Niguel and pictures of how it looked after when I picked it up. it's upsetting how this people lie to your face and try to cover their bad job by blaming it on their customers. Now my car looks horrible thanks to caliber collision and their terrible customer service. read more

Exceptional care and kindness during a difficult time!! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Caliber Collision in Laguna Niguel. My daughter and her boyfriend were recently involved in a stressful multi-vehicle accident, and we had the car towed to this location. Throughout the process, we received the news that the car was totaled and that our liability coverage would not cover the repairs. Despite the situation not resulting in a repair job for them, the team at Caliber Collision was incredibly supportive from start to finish. Our vehicle had to sit in front of their business for nearly two weeks while we navigated the insurance and logistics, and they remained professional and compassionate the entire time. They went above and beyond when they noticed it might rain, taking the extra step to ensure the windows were rolled up to protect the interior of the vehicle. It is rare to find a business that treats you with such genuine care and kindness when they aren't even performing work on your car. They turned a very stressful and upsetting experience into something much more manageable. I am so grateful for their help, and I will definitely be bringing my future business to this caring team whenever I am in need of auto body services. Highly recommended! read more

Wow.... I love this place. I have had two auto "mishaps" last month... one was my wife's 2016 Honda Odyssey and another was my baby... my 2016 BMW. Caliber took great care of us. For starters, the repairs on both of our cars were perfect.... the cars looked like new when caliber was done repairing them. Seriously.... there is no evidence of a mishap after these body shop professionals repaired our vehicles. Also, the office personnel have true customer service awesomeness. They are nice, they communicate, they are kind. Not only are they kind to the customer, they text you with your car updates, and are very available if you wish to call. By the way, they facilitate and work out your car rental. As a busy guy, I want a good product and good service. I was so happy with Caliber. I'll refer them to everyone. I recently had occasions to have work done on two of my automobiles. I also had them paint my Yukon Denali and do some minor repair which was not an insurance claim. I chose Caliber due to a pleasant experience my sister-in-law had a few years ago when caliber did some repairs on her Camry, and I live in Laguna Niguel. They did such a good job on my Denali that I then took my Lexus to them following an unfortunate run in with a road cone late at night in a construction zone on the San Diego Freeway. From the first time Lori greeted me at the front desk to when I met John F who handled my work on both of my automobiles I had a good feeling. Both experiences were pleasant, efficient, professional, quick, and the quality of work excellent. John kept me informed at all times during the repair process via text and phone messages and I couldn't be more pleased with both outcomes. I would personally recommend Caliber to anybody. read more

Signed up with Yelp just to do this review. For many years the 6 drivers in our extended family have been taking all of our cars to Caliber in San Juan Capistrano. Justin Frost would make sure everything was done correctly and on time, and that we were always happy with the results - we felt more like family/friends than like customers! When he left the San Juan location for the Caliber in Laguna Niguel, we followed! He always seems to pick great office staff and skilled technicians, and it shows. Can't imagine taking our vehicles to a shop he doesn't manage! This was the 3rd estimate that I stopped in to get. The 1st 2 could not get my repair in and out within my week timeframe. I had to rent a car and didn't want the added expense of the weekend. I hit the front door and was greeted just like a friends home. I was a bit taken back by the friendly greeting by the receptionist and manager after a hot days search. I was surprised at my service managers eagerness to help with my timeframe and also get my rental taken care of. Every detail was handled for me with my insurance company too. Needless to say Caliber delivered on time and taking care of ALL the details. My car looks as good as new. Thank you John Fosco and the team at Caliber! Unfortunately, I've had to take a few cars to Caliber over many years, and they've always been very helpful, honest and always kept me appraised of the progress of my vehicle. This car, a Toyota RAV4 has a very unique paint color, and a windshield that apparently has lots of electronics built into it; they did a great job with both.
