They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door.
