    I've been thinking about leaving this review. It's been over month since we dropped off our car to get fix. It's hard just writing this. We trusted them to fix our car. My husband love how Max took care of my son's car. First of all they were a lot of miscommunication on Max's end. We know we were told our car could be in the shop a little longer than usual. And of course it was. Not sure we but were told it's because of our insurance and they're not in network. That we can always call them and speed up the process. It's fine again cause we trusted them from previous experience. We took our car in. It's been a little over a week. Lauren called on a Friday to let me know everything's good to go just waiting on approval from our insurance. Few days later into next week. My husband called to follow up. Since we were told we can call and check. My husband first called spoke with Max and he was told something different from what I was told by Lauren. So as a customer I had questions. I called back immediately and his response was I told you that with your insurance it can take anywhere from few weeks. I told him I'm aware of that but I spoke to Lauren she called. So confused just wanted to clarify we're still waiting on Progressive. Moving forward there was a lot of miscommunication. The following week comes I was told by my insurance claims adjuster will be there on Monday. Monday comes the adjuster called my husband give him the run about the car. He said we can call ask Max but his claim after checking everything was a little more than Max. See if Max will fix it for us. (Lift gate) When my husband called he was getting the run around by Max said they denied the first claim he put in. That he has to order the new part. Because we had a rental almost a month already. My husband just asking if he has time frame when our car will be done. Lauren called me prior on Friday before Monday saying the cars already done just waiting on the adjuster to come and approve everything. He said well no waiting on the part. I told my husband why didn't you tell him I spoke Lauren and that's what she told me. He said no he don't want to deal with it since Max giving him the run around. We just won't come back anymore. When Lauren called me a few days later to follow up with since that's who's she's been communicating with. I voice my concerns frustration with Max how he was handling things. We hung up few minutes later she called and apologized. She's told me I can call anytime busy or not. I'm a customer. Now that's for one star. Lauren made me feel better and told me she had the info of what happened. That the car should be done the following week. She knows we have the rental. Now it's going a little 3wks. She said car should be done mid week. Ok that came. The minute we pulled up my husband noticed that's the wrong bumper hopefully that's not our car parked and ready. He ask me too look up our plates. Sure enough that was our car. You know what sucks is we walked and my husband pointed out. The first thing Max said was do you have pictures. He should've went to back and checked our old bumper first. It's sad and disappointing as a customer we put our trust in you to put back our car the way it was. If you took off the previous parts. You should CONFIRM it's the same. If not notify us instead just putting it on there and it's not correct color. It seems there's NO care and respect in his work. My point is he said he order off the vin number. Lauren knew I was upset and frustrated. She said I think Max is saying he ordered off vin number. We can see if you can take the car home and come back once he order the correct bumper comes in. Still why would you assume and NOT QUALITY CHECK your work. Ordered the new part they called us to come look since there's a slight color difference. It was a dull blackish gray. Max had our old bumper in the back and showed it to my husband. The one they ordered first time was silver gray. I post pictures of our previous and the one they put on without letting us know first. I just said we have no choice I'll just stick to new one he already put in. Since he told my husband someone must have painted it that color. That if we want he can try to get it as close by can't confirm. Why would I want to keep going back and forth. Too late. TIME and MONEY wasted. Just BECAREFUL take pictures of your vehicles BEFORE and AFTER. Luckily my husband had some pictures as PROOF. Also we were asked which we shouldn't have since they have our original. We dropped our car to have fix. We want it back the same as the original. We are first owner on this vehicle there's no way someone painted. Not recommending this place as we were before. Lauren you made it better that's the one star. Thanks to Lauren!

    Today the parts were finally put on my truck after 27 days. I gave them the list of all of the things that were stolen out of my truck. They gave it to the owner that could not get up out of his office to come and talk to me at least. I was a customer and they were paid in full. I ask the receptionist if my truck ever left their property, she said no, She also stated that it was on there Property the whole time . So that means somebody that works there definitely stole my stuff. I asked if there was cameras, she says yes they have cameras I said well why didn't you guys look at them? Then they could of seen who stole my stuff. She said that's not her job. To me that sounds like they think it's OK. Wow warning if people are going to be like this there's a lot of other places to get your car painted or fixed. They're probably even ripping off insurance companies I would not doubt it. FYI everyone I paid out of pocket I did not go threw my insurance.

    Started off amazing, nice people...reasonable quote for the work I needed. Just a simple grill change and splitter installation. Work was done in one day and looked to be in good shape! However, THAT SAME NIGHT after driving my vehicle on the highway the splitter installed by Classic auto body nearly broke entirely off. Revealing the very quick work done by the mechanic. Though the screws used were the ones provided with the part installed, a good mechanic SHOULD know better to not use short screws to mount a piece on a car. So, I called the shop back having shown them proof of their work(pictures) and was told "I am so sorry this happened we will do our best to have something done for you". I then received a call back stating, "there is nothing we can do for you since the parts we used are what you provided." I really didn't appreciate the way this was handled by the staff and would really have liked to have seen some sort of reimbursement due to the lack of knowledge on mounting and half done work. The piece was clearly not installed properly and I was told to basically figure it out myself. I now not only paid 200$ for the install and 125$ for the part. But, I now have to purchase a new part and install it myself because evidently, they didn't know how to do so properly.

    as blown away. I was previously quoted $2,000 by a different recommended body shop... Classic Auto Body West ended up costing me $200 total. That's a savings of $1,800!!! Thank god I called around and found Classic Auto Body West. Max checked it out and said. "This might buff out. " Then took my car around back. Within 10 mins the scratches were gone. He charged me zero dollars. Then he told me I could purchase the missing/broken letters and he would install them on site. When I brought the letters in he was finished and I took this after picture 40 minutes later. I'm so very grateful for the hospitality and service. It's hard to find a trustworthy body shop... but just take my word... You don't need to search. Just call Classic Auto Body.

    They turned my trunk into a mess :/ whatever but at least put the push pins in the right slot and don't rip my reverse cam wire out.

    I was hit in my 2005 mustang gt and had to bring it in for a driver side door repair after another party had hit me. It required the entire door to be replaced but due to a difficult to work with progressive adjuster I needed repairs quick since I work full time. Estimated cost for damages were at roughly $2,400 and about week to fix. Plus probably the time to ship the part out. I was satisfied that they kept me updated on my vehicles status about once a week but repairs took a lot longer than estimated, about 3 weeks. The part I'm not satisfied with was getting my car back, it had an orange mark where it looked like someone had hit it with another car and a scrape on the same side. I had to notify them to have it buffed out. They checked their video footage of the car upon drop off and confirmed that the orange scrapes were not there prior. At least they buffed it out though. Some minor issues that were annoying too though, my rear trunk looks like a bunch of burglars went into it. The net I had to keep things organized were taken off and everything in it was now scattered all over, cool thanks. One of my reverse lights is out along with my fog light too now so I'm thinking they probably burnt out a fuse too since both were working prior, what is really bothering though is the wire that I installed for my back up camera just a few days prior was now ripped out. I have no idea why they had to go in my trunk and take off the plastic trim for a driver door repair but whatever reason I have to rewire my reverse camera now -_- Also they put one of the push tabs in the wrong slot trying to put the trunk trim back on and now it's suck inside it, so i'll have to get a tool to pop that out. Oh and my car interior is filthy. Im not asking for a detailing or anything but c'mon did they really have to make my car a mess when I got it back and rip the wiring I just had done a few days before taking it in? Also the inside of my car side scoops is black, but now one of my driver side scoops is white because they painted over it so I have one white scoop and one black inside. It's hella weird, i'll have to paint that myself. Just make sure you check out your car thoroughly if you decide to take it here, and be prepared to have to clean it up.. not so great service I rank my review on how likely I am to return to get repairs done here again and it's not likely judging by the scrape they had to buff out and the issue I have to refix with my reverse camera now..

    I came into USA Auto Service for a squealing noise that only happens when my AC is running in hot…read moreweather. To be fair, they did attempt to replicate the conditions, and I chose not to proceed with a full diagnostic at that time because I initially wanted a visual inspection first. After that inspection, I was quoted $1,800 for a compressor replacement by a technician named Gary. What concerned me was the level of confidence in diagnosing the compressor as the issue without a full diagnostic. From what I understand, and based on further research, it's very difficult to definitively determine that a compressor is the cause of a squealing noise without running proper tests under load and evaluating related components like the belt and tensioner. To be clear, I did decline diagnostics initially, but I was still reassured that the compressor was the issue, which didn't feel like a fully supported conclusion. I also looked into pricing, and while compressor replacements can be expensive, most estimates I found for Las Vegas are generally in the $700-$1,200 range (with some variation depending on the vehicle). That makes the $1,800 quote seem on the higher end, especially without a confirmed diagnosis. Part of me speculates if the high quote may partially due to me being a woman, however, I can't confirm this suspicion to be true. I did not move forward with the repair and will be getting a second opinion. I would recommend others ask for a full diagnostic and possibly a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. After more research I'll be trying Busy Boots for the second opinion, as they have higher yelp ratings.

It was done in a very timely manner although there was a couple people in front of us and having two vehicle smog checks done we were in and out within an hour. NOW... never in my life getting a smog check has the place done any type of other Inspection. At first I was grateful. Then I was told that I would immediately need work on my motor mounts. I was told that for just over $1500 they would take care of this for me. They marked this as "urgent" on my paperwork and explained it as such. When I got back into my vehicle, I realize there was not a noise to be heard and generally with motor mounts, you hear some type of rattle or something inside of the cab. I took my vehicle immediately for a second opinion, and they advised there was absolutely nothing wrong with my motor mounts! I AM NOT ONLY DISGUSTED, BUT SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN PERFECT AUTO. Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D
