The team was very communicative, professional, and efficient when replacing my windshield. However, when I picked up my car and drove home, I noticed the fabric on the side was coming loose and the SOS console had fallen. I was initially disappointed, but when I called Caliber to report the issue, they handled it quickly and professionally. They ordered the correct part right away and even offered to come to my location to complete the repair once it arrived. The staff is extremely friendly and helped walk me through the process and made sure I understood it and the timeline clearly. I had an accident on 9/5 that totaled out my car. Copart (the company responsible for picking up my car) sent me a voicemail that stated I needed to fill out a "Total Loss Packet" and that I was missing a few documents still. I was confused because I was under the impression that Caliber Collision was in contact with Copart. I have never talked or dealt with anything related to Copart besides releasing my totaled car to them. Can you see my confusion? Naturally, I called them (on 10/5) to ask for some guidance on what to do next. I was not spoken to with any understanding when Max answered. I told him my situation, he didn't even look up who I was, and just told me that he didn't know what documents I didn't either. I asked if I could speak to Chris (since he's helped me out before), he put me on hold for a few seconds before telling me that Chris was gone for the day. I asked if Chris would be there tomorrow, and Max responded with "I don't see why he wouldn't." This really sucks to say that this man is the reason for my negative review. Chris was good to me. Veronica in front desk was also attentive and willing to help with what I needed before. Max, maybe you weren't having the best day yesterday, and I'm sorry; however, I just found out that my car is totaled. I have to see 3-5 different types of specialists. I no longer have a car of my own to even take me to my part-time job. I have to rely on others. I'm overwhelmed too. The person at the front desk was very rude yesterday evening. I was running late from work and came close to 5pm instead of a 4:45 drop off. I was trying to understand why I couldn't leave my car since the center closes at 5:30pm and my car would be sitting in the parking lot? I asked her if I missed a specific time where the vehicle would be transported elsewhere, trying to make sense of why I needed to reschedule. Her responses were very brief and short and rude, and only repeated that I would need to reschedule to drop off my vehicle at a different time. All I was asking for was communication because I am a busy professional, and it would not be possible for me to bring in my car during working hours on the weekday and it would have to wait until my next off day on a weekday. I left confused and will be taking my car elsewhere due to poor customer service. read more

I took apart my front bumper recently for some small modifications and after expecting some broken tabs or some shaven off bits and bent metal. I found out this car was basically brand new! I installed a kit that revolved around taking apart my front bumper and after expecting to do some minor fabrication or some relocation it turns out I dont need to anything because the car was basically returned back to oem shape! Listed on USAA list of recommended services. I brought in my Sonata to get the front end replaced. Erik was the service person i was working with. Verbally very professional, job duties very poor. What turned out to be a quick job ended up being a month without my car and possibly longer. I expect some delays with the holidays and things usually don't work out the first time around so expected delays. However it was excuse after excuse. Even when i was told to pick the car up it wasn't ready so wasted trip. Finally picked the car up and noticed it had some defects so it needed to go back to the shop so still wasn't read but i need my car and Erik and i had an understanding when to bring it back to get it fixed but again communication was poor until my wife called them to get the answers. Finally dropped the car off again and was informed same day drop off and pick up same day. However when it was time to pick up again wasn't ready after we showed up at said pick up time but with lack of communication again another wasted trip. Finally today i picked up car after said time and Erik informed me there was a paint issue and used the weather as an excuse like this was their first rodeo. He even offered to fix it but it would have meant i would not have my car again. This was after all the issues with paint already and proper fit. Then while checking it i still noticed at the same spot not correct but he was trying to tell me it was fine without telling me i was wrong. He offered for me to talk to his manager where it escalated. The manager continued to tell me i was wrong without telling me i was wrong and making excuses that it's plastic which i agreed but it's the same spot. Now I'm starting to feel like they didn't respect my time and just wanted to release the car. My frustration continue bc i know what i see and felt. Truthfully all he had to tell me was it's probably going to be like that bc of plastic and i would have went with it but due to my frustration with this whole process now im insulted. I escalated and the manager came back we continued to go back and forth and he even insinuated that bc it's a Hyundai it is what it is!!! Again in my point a view there was a lack of accountability just verbally accepting it but minimizing my issues. At the end i refused to leave my car for them to continue to try to fix the issue. This place seems to only worried about cars with higher prestige since he made a comment about mines being just a Hyundai. The Erik really seemed like he wanted to fix everything but after engaging with the manager who lacked professionalism i just couldn't!! read more

The level of neglect and lack of customer service from this shop is unbelievable. My mom brought her car in for a repair from a fender bender (not serious) and the insurance was paying for it. Maybe that's why they had her car for over 7 weeks. Came to find out the hold up was because they ordered the wrong part, which ended up being a trunk lightbulb, and kept the vehicle 4 weeks longer than necessary. When we finally got her car back it was filthy inside! Dirty floors, black smudges and fingerprints on the ceiling, AND they left a large plastic car piece on the ground in the front passenger seat which turned out to not even belong to her vehicle! She could have cut herself or hurt herself on that random piece of plastic! Which also means someone is missing a plastic car part! When I called the GM he offered to clean it but there's no way I'm going to take her car back there and keep it for who knows how much longer. Caliber did not even close to matching the paintwork and then when I complained the manager had the nerve to stand there and tell me he thought it looked fine. Seriously, the guy just had attitude and basically told me to f**k off. You be the judge from photo's below. State Farm assessor came out to see me today and agreed it was unacceptable and they will pay to repaint it. Now taking to Elite Collision to fix the mess. read more
