I giving caliber a 1 star because you won't be greeted with a smile from the young lady at the front desk . They are very robotic and don't realize it a daily routine for them but it's not for the customers. they ended up refusing service stating they don't think they would be able to satisfy me. But if they were proud of their work they shouldn't worry about me being satisfied the office manger has no people skills or patience. He has no confidence in his role to the company and doesn't care about customers. his only solution is just to refuse service lose money than to try and explain how body shops work I would be cautious using this location. read more

I have never in my life had a more friendly and straight-forward vehicle repair experience than that which I encountered today at Caliber Collision. When I called to explain my plight, a broken and fairly complicated door handle replacement, I was lucky enough to speak with Dennis who agreed to take a look and see if the problem was within the team's scope. I took my vehicle in this morning and in less than 20 minutes (when does that ever happen?!) the team's technician Johnny Flores was able to diagnose the problem and replace my door handle! I made an appointment to drop off my Jeep on Monday morning with damages of about $1,500 and got it back fixed (and with a car wash) by Friday afternoon, thanks to the team at Caliber Collision off 1155 East Pyle Ave. They will send automated text messages on the status of the repair every MWF, so when I didn't hear from them on Wednesday, Dennis Termeer (the location's General Manager) stepped in to call me on Thursday to give the status, timing, and options for my repair. He was very personable, transparent, professional, and responsive. These guys are the real deal! They are amazingly efficient and their prices are fair (remember, you get what you pay for). I know there are many locations for Caliber Collision that you could go to, but this one in particular runs like a family-owned business as they are very accountable, knowledgeable, they take pride in their work, and you can just tell that they have a genuine appreciation for cars. Walking in I felt like I was in a high-end medical office-- which I've always wanted in a body shop. The reception area is spacious and VERY clean. I was welcomed by an extremely nice receptionist. I told her I needed some paint transfer removed and she called someone to the front. Dennis came out and looked at my car. He pulled the car into the workshop immediately and removed the paint transfer. The car looks brand new. God forbid anyone needs a body shop, but if I ever do, I'll bring it here.
