My Mustang's A/C stopped working a few days ago, and with the Las Vegas summer heat, I needed it fixed as soon as possible. My original appointment was scheduled six days out, so I called on Wednesday morning around 8:00 AM to ask if there were any cancellations that might allow me to get in sooner. Todd told me to bring the car in, and they would take a look at it. To my surprise, they were able to inspect it, recharge the A/C, and have me back on the road the very same day. This place use to be top of the line 3-4 years ago, Josh and the team rose above and beyond during the first 2 years of me using service here, finding things that were becoming an issue catching them before they were a full issue. After getting my suspension checked they replaced everything along with everything else. After the 3k repair the very next day my bearings were extremely damaged something they didn't catch after all that work in that area, after a week I came back due to clacking noises, turns out some of the nuts and bolts were loose, they fixed it all took about of month of extra work. After 6 months I hear the same noises, after going back for more work another 3k for bushings and other simulators items, I found my suspension bushings were not replaced and the noise continues. The place is suck a joke now, last time I went in will be the last. The incompetent front desk lady that doesn't know anything was just dumb, no knowledge of what she's doing. Has to ask someone else for questions I'm asking her. Rude responses from a very unintelligent person, I would not recommend this place at all. They give free work for fake reviews I've seen a it. All these people with the fantastic reviews are all lies, bar friends and family. Don't trust it. Next door they have a lot of good mechanics, don't go here. If you don't believe these good reviews are fake please read them carefully, people that don't live in Nevada nor have been there in the last couple of years are writing reviews even in 3rd person cases. Went there for a fuel pump and they aggressivly went into upsell mode. 150$ oil change 600$ tune up . Swore she was good to go . 500 miles later , failed smog 250$ to change fouled spark plugs they just installed . 1200$ to get it to smog. Go at your own risk. I just had another very positive experience with A+ Automotive. I called them on Wednesday afternoon and described the work that I wanted done. Kelly quoted me a price of $130 and she said that I could drop off my car that evening after hours. Josh, the service manager, called me on Thursday morning. He told me two different ways that his mechanic could fix my car: one was a definite fix that would cost $600, and the other was a "maybe" that would only cost me $80. I went with the "maybe," and that cost was $50 cheaper than what I had originally been quoted. The work was finished by Thursday afternoon. I picked up my car and it is working great. I really appreciate the fact that Josh was so honest with me and did not try to gouge me. He runs an excellent shop that can handle things from straightforward maintenance to restoration of classic cars from the 1950's. If I need to get more extensive work done, I will be sure to head back to A+ Automotive. I know that I can trust them to take excellent care of my car without slamming my wallet. read more

I found this shop when my mom blew out her tire & really messed up her car hitting a curb. I've been complaining about my car honestly from day one, this car has been in the dealership more times than I can count. Last month my engine mount + coolant valve broke and I was honestly just tired of the car drama. I almost bought a new car but I wasn't super excited about anything at the dealership so I prayed to the car gods that my RAV4 wouldn't continue to be mega financial burden until I found a replacement. I wanted to do some preventative maintenance on my RAV4 in the meantime and after the amazing experience we had at A+ Automotive with my mom's car I trusted they would take care of my potential lemon. Their communication is top tier, they're trustworthy and reliable, and highly knowledgeable mechanics. They truly care about their customers and are worth far more than they charge. TLDR : my car honestly drives better at 90k than it did when I drove it off the lot with 2 miles on the odometer. Josh is the real MVP. I've been going here for 4+ years I remember the care and knowledge that was here. It's not the same, the shop is crap. Front desk lady is a b and definitely has some dirt on the owner because she should have been fired long ago. the mechanics quality is not there anymore. I went in for full suspension work 6k they missed bearing they missed the bushings but still charged me for all. Have wasted my time everytime I have brought my vehicle in because my car still has every problem they "fixed" save your money find a real shop that cares and helps. Todd is a used car salesman, will lie to you about how great your car is now. His own car is a POS, stays drunk trying to run a sinking ship. Glad I've learned and will never go back. read more

I asked if they offered smog check services and she said unfortunately no. I then asked about an oil change and she apologized that there's nothing available for a few days and asked if I would like to schedule something. Called to get a quote for my car and they told me it was going to be $250. Drove across town to have them work on my car. After, 10-15 mins after the fact I dropped off my car/keys they called me and said the labor is bumped up to $450. Kind of inconvenient this whole process. I called beforehand and gave them the year and make of my car in order for them to be ready to work on it. I have had so many times where the person was rushing me or barely paying attention, and I feel that reflects in how my car will be treated, and how I will be handled if something goes wrong. The gentleman who I believe is the owner was super pleasant and even let me know that there were specials for the Friday after Thanksgiving. When I arrived I accidentally went into the shop to the right of them, and it made me a little late. He was very nice about it, and my car was in and out within 30 minutes.
