Although this was my first experience with this place it was the second one for my family my wife had her car fixed here before back in 2011. She always said this place was great. Upset & don't even know where to start. Had my car since 8/27 & was told it would be ready by 9/26. Insurance gave me a rental until 9/25, however come 9/26 my car was still not ready. Was told they were waiting on a part that would be there 9/29. 9/29 comes, no part. Now I'm being put in a tough spot & having to share cars with family to get to work. Monday comes & now all of a sudden the brakes don't work. Next day more things aren't working. Seems like my car sat for the entire time & worked on at the last min. Got my car back 10/5 & it's still not 100% finished. Things are missing and weird sounds are being made. & im STILL waiting for parts. Come to find out my mom had to call around to find a part. Which is strange cause it's not her job. We're paying YOU but doing your work? This whole situation was stressful to begin with & im still being stressed. read more

My experience with caliber was the best. Any time there's some some of accident, or damages to a vehicle it causes a lot of stress. From the moment I arrived at Caliber, the service at the front desk was exceptional! The young lady at the front desk is very sweet and took care of all the paperwork. Kevin was the one who serviced me. He walked me through the process of it all, kept me up to date with phone calls and text messages. My expected due date was September 11 and date of drop off to day of pick up, it only took 10 business days, my car was ready for pick up. It was thrilled with how quick and easy they made it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WITH LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF CARS. Took my car here in September for a front bumper replacement. It has been a nightmare ever since. Immediately after I picked the car up, the engine light and tire sensor came on. The engine code indicated an issue with the grill sensor. Caliber claims they didn't touch this but 2 other shops and the dealership have told us otherwise. Can't pass smog. I've gone back to Caliber and spoken with the manager, and he did not help. He just denied ever causing the problem. Caliber claims to run a scan on cars before returning to the owner, but if they had run a proper scan they would have been aware of these system malfunctions. Considering taking legal action now based on the contract I signed prior to getting the work on my vehicle and the outcome. read more

Overall, Jason and his team were great. They saved my new orange Jeep Gladiator from both the collision AND the HORRIFIC MESS that Service King next door kept making of my initial repair efforts (4 times and they STILL kept wrecking my Jeep - but that's a different review). The paint job is perfect, all welds are perfect, the bumper and tailgate are perfect, etc. The only issue I had was a failure to reconnect my electrical lines to my door for my review mirror and a vent line to my rear axle. But Jason came out and met me where I was stuck and fixed it on the spot for me so that redeemed everything. HORRIBLE PLACE! Estimate done March 14. Appt made May 2... said they are busy. May 2 comes to drop car off. Old guy in office walks out with paperwork in hand. Looks at back bumper and says I don't see any work that needs to be done. REALLY... paperwork says front bumper Then proceeds to ask how long we can do without the car. I ask why, he says parts could take 2 weeks or 2 months. Again REALLY?? You evaluated the car 2 months ago and didn't order parts... NOPE. Then goes on to say that because the insurance company is not a "Big ticket" company. They make room and cater to big insurance companies. Even though he acted like a horses' other end that was right from the horses mouth. What a joke this place is. Horrible customer service and very disrespectful. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. Terrible business practices. I called for an appointment in October and was told that the earliest appointment would be December 19th. I set the appointment, agreed to their estimates for the repairs. Now today, December 15th, I get an email telling me that they are canceling the appointment. Took my car here as recommended by my insurance company after an accident. The staff was very friendly, and although the repairs took longer than anticipated due to some issues between the shop and the parts warehouse, the end result came out nicely. The reason for one star, is about a week into my car being in the shop, I was notified by a friend that he had left his Oakley sunglasses in the sunglass compartment next to the rear view mirror. I did not think to check this spot when removing my personal items from the car, as I don't use it and was unaware that he had forgotten his glasses. I called the shop and asked them to check, the girl who answered was very short and put me on hold while I was in the middle of telling her where to look. After about 30 seconds she came back on the line and said they weren't there. I asked if she checked where I asked her to and she just said "yes, they said there are no glasses". Upon picking up my vehicle, I spoke with Lee and mentioned that the glasses were missing. He helped me look and after obviously not finding them, told me there was nothing he could do. I understand that I should have been more thorough when removing my personal items from the vehicle, but did not expect that employees of a reputable company such as this, feel compelled to steal things from vehicles that they are repairing. I will not use this business in the future, and will make sure no one else I know does either. read more
